Now that the 3DS is out what do you think about it? I think that it is crazy gimmiky with the "3D" and motion control, and the AR Cards. but I'm not hating. I effing love the darn thing!!!

And the 3D is even less of a gimmick than touchscreen, if you ask me.

Is it really worth it? I plan to get it later for certain games...but if I know if it's wonderful or something..I might start saving the money for it starting with my next pay.

Isn't it considered "gimmicky" if the show-offy features don't work? As far as can tell it works out awesome! SOLID YAYNESS FROM DALDO!

I think it's "gimmicky" if the features are just kind of neat at first, but after the first reaction, they are just passable. The 3D is awesome, the built in software is really cool, and the AR stuff is so ********' cool. Online play doesn't lag for s**t, and it's got a ton of little features all over the place lkafjdslkj I LOVE MY 3DS.

I won't be getting one until there's a price drop or new model. Saving up for a monitor right now, and I don't feel as if I need a 3DS right now. Not even any games I'm particularly looking forward to.

Although I've never actually gotten my hands on the 3DS, I just hope that they don't make ANOTHER DS in 6 months. XD
The graphics probably look INSANE and I'm sure in it's whole, it's just darn awesome - but I think I'm going to wait a while before I think about getting it. Waiting for the price to go down before I come in for the kill whee

musicguy16 I just hope that they don't make ANOTHER DS in 6 months. XD Obviously they won't. The 3DS isn't a another DS. This is going to last at least a few years. I can't imagine a redesign, since it's ******** perfect the way it is.
