Actually, it's supposed to be Nightcrawler from X-men Evolution, as Cerk said. Or so Liar57 is laughing beside me reading over my shoulder (which is rather annoying).

Though personally I agree with c h a o s X t h e o r y. It looks to me more like a smurf now that it's mentioned.
