[CLASS] Minipet Training...?! | Wrap on Page 11!

Unlike in the past, the Minipets professor did not state what the class was for, nor did he publicly announce it over the Ickycom - he just wrote a note state the venue and time for the class before pinning it up on the school's notice board a few days before the class was due to start.

Those who had attended his class before would realize that Classroom 13 had changed slightly; while there was still the seemingly bottomless pit on one side and the strip of water on the other, the stretch of land in the middle was no longer covered with sand. Instead, odd red bushes had been planted along the stretch of road. There was barely enough walking space since the bushes were packed quite closely together, and something tells you that stepping on one of them might be a bad, bad idea...

Wait... Did that bush just move...?

Professor Malcolm didn't seem to notice, however, as he sat on top of the desk, a floating red collar beside him indicating that Vlad (his invisible dog) was on the table. He would occasionally glance at the door as he waited for the students to arrive.

Riyo always made sure to check the notice board every couple of days, and it seemed today would pay off. A minipet training class?

The thought mulled over in her head. She could train her cats. They could be a more fearsome army, able to take down more than just a few dust bunnies. Hell. Maybe she could train them to attack DEACON. If there was ever a time Riyo had sparkles in her eyes, it was the moment she took off (in a calm manner) towards the classroom designated on the paper.

Upon peeking in to make sure she had found the right place, Riyo's eyes were drawn to the bottomless friggin' pit. Oh Jack, what the hell was that for? W-what about the water? And... Red bushes?

W-were they... Nah. Well... Maybe. They looked like they were-

And that's when she happened to notice the professor of the class. Oh Jack, why was his chest showing? W-weren't teachers supposed to follow some kind of dress code?!

Immediately her hand reached into her pockets, wrapping around the handkerchief. As she blushed, the ghoul immediately looked away and decided to stare at one of the red bushes instead. Yes, she could do this. She could get through class without her nose leaking crimson. She just... Couldn't look at the teacher!

... She was screwed.

It was her first time in a class that dealt with mini pets. This was all she knew of Professor Malcolm- that he was a teacher dealing with mini pets. Since Levi had recently picked up a new mini that she'd been trying to train, it seemed like a good idea to see what was actually possible if she had a bit of training under her belt as well. Train the owner, train the pet?

Seemed like a way to go.

She found room 13 - it was the same room used for the CLIFF meeting. There was something different about it, but she hadn't caught on to just what. Until something moved. It wasn't straight on that she'd noticed it- the bushes moving. Levi just tried to shrug it off as some sort of...inside...gust. She kept a raised brow suspiciously on the red bushes before forcing to look away. The professor was already there and with an invisible pet to boot! Well ain't that something'. She said this out loud, but directed it to herself.

There was another student here as well, it seemed. One with fuzzy ears ...

and

a shorter tail than her own but-

Levi had to perk a smile, walking over to the cat ghoul and asking something she hadn't in quite some time. Ya ain't a tatzel are ya?

West wasn't really one for checking official school boards, but in this particular case he had been fortunate enough to pass by at the right time to notice that Malcolm had a class coming up. Yay! The minipets professor was one of the only teachers at this school whose classes West looked forward to attending, even if they involved particularly friendly tentacles.

And tatzels.

Dammit. Was he ever going to get away from this ghoul?

"'Ey Professor," West said in greeting. "N'Vlad." He continued a little farther into the room, trying to keep his apprehension with regard to that damn pit under wraps. It seemed there were a bunch of odd red things in the room now as well, but he didn't take much note of them. Turning to Levi, he muttered, "Shame no one can keep th'Snots from stinkin' up th'place."

Riyo's ears perked at the sudden question seemingly aimed her way. Breaking her eyes away from the red bush to look at the student with the strange accent.

"A tatzel?" She repeated, looking over Levi curiously. What was- Holy Jack her tail was long. Riyo felt a little dwarfed in comparison. "No. I'm a bakeneko. Contracts and magic and all that garbage." Riyo was pretty sure a tatzel wasn't a demon, or else she probably would've heard of it.

She didn't usually pay that much attention to the official school board, just glancing at it whenever she passed. However this time she did stop and read a note that was nestled among others. The name on it plus the classroom number had caught her attention firs. Professor Malcolm was having a class! LW felt the first bit of excitement for upcoming classes since hitting second year. As...interesting as the Professor's classes could be, the she-wolf loved them.

Padding along, LW made her way towards classroom 13 (probably the only classroom she knew quite well). Upon entering, the first thing she noticed was that it looked the same as it did when she'd taken her exam in here. With the exception of newly added...red bushes? Oh no... Rule number one she had learned about this Professor: be wary of anything that looks simple and harmless.

"Hello, Professor. Vlad." LW smiled and was pleased to see she recognized West as well. "Hey! Made it to second year too, did ya?" She grinned at West.

Her tail flickered and curled up into a swirl behind her. A bakeneko? It was forward of the ghoul, but hey- wouldn't be the first time she'd done it. Levi's tail unraveled again and came up behind the ghoul, using the end to graze at the end of her black fuzzy tail. Black. It was the real color of her kin's fur and Levi couldn't help but be interested in this new type of critter. Can't say I'd ever met one. Pleasure ta meetcha. Name's Levi.

She hadn't expected anyone else to approach her. !!! Oh- it was him. Her somewhat innocent smile turned into a toothy grin. Ya'll should be so lucky. Havin' some actual brains in'ere. The words came out with a hiss.

Dropkick into the pit? She considered it.

The demon's return grin was about as far from kind as it could possibly be. "We'll see'hoo comes out 'n top this time," he replied, narrowing his eyes at Levi as he left her and her new little friend to do their... cat... crap.

West looked out over the pit and the new red shrubs with curiosity, still keeping his distance. He heard a voice behind him, but made the incorrect assumption that it wasn't directed at him, at least until no one else replied. He turned around. Oh, hey. It was that ghoul from his very first class at Amityville. He also remembered her from his FEAR candy group in one of Malcolm's past classes. It was kind of shame he couldn't recall her name.

"Hey," he said, the cruel grin he had reserved for the tatzel softening into a more welcoming one. Nothing like a malicious taunting to put him in a good mood. "Yep, I'ma Knob now. Guess y'are too? Didja pass yer test?" West very nearly winced. Oh, Jack, bringing up tests had been a mistake. He really didn't want to have to answer that particular question if she turned it around on him.

"Yeah. Bakeneko." Riyo nodded cautiously, wondering where this conversation was going.

At the feel of Levi's tail touching hers, the black appendage almost immediately frizzed out, her posture stiffening. "Please refrain from touching me." The feline said in a stern tone. Her words were less harsh than they usually were, considering this was the only other feline-like creature she'd met since... Deacon...

"My name is Riyo." As she spoke, her tail curled around her waist as if trying to be anti-social. Though, her eyes didn't narrow until she heard the comment of the boil who had just entered. What the ******** was his problem? Had the snot comment been directed at just Levi or the both of them? There was a small scoff from the ghoul as she folded her arms across her chest and looked away from the other demon. "What a d**k." She mumbled quietly, mostly to herself.  

[Scyerline]

Bea had been checking the school's notice board almost obsessively. Since she enrolled, she had been dying to attend classes and with a little searching, Bea had finally found a class to her liking... Minipet Training. Unsure who taught the class, though she was hoping the class would go well with no trouble at all.

When Bea walked into the class, she noticed there were already a few students waiting for the class to start. A person and a floating collar sitting on the desk must have been the teacher. As she glanced around, there were plenty of red bushes around the middle of the classroom. Though it seemed the class probably had to do something with those bushes, Bea decided to leave them alone.

Seeing as she hasn't met any of the students, she walked up to the group and decided to greet them. "Hello!" she said enthusiastically to the students in the class.

He was probably stupid to take this many classes, Roch thought as he stepped into the room. But hell, he could use a lesson in making minipets behave. To be honest, he had no clue how to. He couldn't get Jackdammit to do ANYTHING, and he worried he'd kill his little Riff someday by accident. That... actually that one worried him more than Jackdammit. He loved his little Riff! She was his baby ghoul!

So he looked around, deliberately NOT seeing the ghost boil that'd gone in before him. Or the ghost ghoul. Or--

Jack, the only person in the room that he even halfway knew was the cat ghoul that ate the fish and liked to hang on Demi.

Greeeeat. He sighed and went to stand in a spot where there wasn't a... bush... or y'know, a bottomless pit.

She wasn't sure if he'd heard her right away or not, but LW was rewarded in her patient waiting to have the demon glance around and notice her. Alright maybe she could have said his name or something before to get his attention, but of course the thought didn't cross her mind until now. "Yep! I'm a Knob as well. And I did!" The she-wolf grinned, glancing around the room once. "How'd yours go? Who did you get as an exam Professor?" LW glanced over at Professor Malcolm. "I got lucky, in a sense, and had Professor Malcolm."

She heard her name and...yep. The speaker was who she thought it was. LW gave Tybalt a wave and a gentle shove when he was close. "Glad to see you made it to class!" She giggled and tilted her head. "Have you ever been to any of Professor Malcolm's classes?" If he had, LW had never gotten lucky enough to have him in class with her. But she was definitely happy to have Tybalt here now.

"Glad you're in here now, though." She added with a smile to the black dog before looking over to see who had greeted the class so enthusiastically. It wasn't a ghoul LW recognized, but she offered her a smile as well.  

[Inu-Mitsu]

This was her first time attending one of the mini pet Professor's classes but lizzy had mentioned him before. Milo was mostly under control but...Ziggy. Ziggy was still a problem not to mention Mitsu was still fairly unsure of what to do with the rapalicious in her closet. Hopefully attending class would help with that. If not she could always ask the teacher later on.

Glancing in, the room wasn't anything like Mitsu expected. A pit, some water, and...bushes. Lots and lots of red bushes. How odd. It looked like a few others were already present though, including another werewolf that Mitsu had yet to really meet with.

Quietly Mitsu shuffled in being sure not to step on anything that looked important and stood by awaiting instruction.
