User ImageDay one; I watch for a day anew, hoping, hoping -- for a marvel in day two
And when that day comes; I tie my hands and sit upon a tree -- only hoping for a wondrous day three
And this day -- although brighter than before -- cannot parallel to the radiance of day four
For this is the happiest of days; the day when I shall come, and all life wherever life lays...
Shall be struck deaf and dumb

"Oh my. Oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my!" The boy continued, on and on, until his breath was out and he needed more. "Leandra, give me more pig balls." The girl nodded her head and handed him sixteen . . . err, y'know -- and he took them all at once and gobbled them up. "Thank you." He looked at her with a bright smile as his mouth opened up and he burped. The force of the burp then proceeded to rip off her head. "Oh. Sorry Leandra." He crawled over to her head and picked it up, the girl looking at him with eyes that were completely dull. "It's okay, Harald." Her head exploded into more pig balls. And up from her lacking neck, another head began to sprout. Regeneration. "Leandra, more pig balls. I told mommy I wouldn't destroy the world until I ate all of my vegetables." The woman bowed her head and turned -- walking back into the high-pointed tower. "Yes," The woman said. "You've only got a million to go." He bowed his head to the floor and picked up the scraps; murmuring back to the only song his mother taught him. "Oh my. Oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my! Leandra, more goddamn pig balls!"

"Goddamn. What's this sexy thing in the mirror?" The boy said; brooding over the impossibly large mirror coming up from the floor. He was too short to see the ones across the walls. So they gave him one that could always be there. "That would be me, sir." One of the servants called; bowing to his master as he politely answered his question. "Shut your goddamn mouth, Model 30042! It's exactly this kind of s**t that I've been evading! Also, I told everyone that there would be no entering my room unless you were here to bring me pig balls!" Somehow -- almost idiotically -- he still had 992,024 left to go. It was almost depressing. "Actually, I did bring you some of them. A whole eight thousand, nine-hundred ninety-nine." So many. But yet, not enough. "Eight thousand, nine-hundred ninety-nine? NOT ENOUGH!" He sliced off Model 30042's head. With a toothpick. His favorite thing about having robot servants is that they didn't regenerate like Leandra. They just died. "Ugh. I miss him. They always say standing next to ugly people makes you look better in pictures. Make me more! Oh my. Oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my! I want a dog!"

"So I met this girl named 'beachbabe42'. What a stupid username! Not nearly as cool as 'stonerguy96'! I don't even know what a stoner is, I just got asked if I was a stoner because of 'my weird personality' and I loved it! Also, I'm glad you got me my dog and all, but it's kinda dead now. It tried to lick me. And I totally do not swing that way." Leandra got her shovel and threw the corpse off of the very top of the tower; where they were, now. But then a random gust of wind came along and she fell off too. "Retard." Honestly, didn't people bother to learn how to fly around here? Maybe he should've made all of his servants bats. But then, Hysteria would probably get jealous. And then he'd have to eat a bunch more pig balls before he could blow s**t up. And he wasn't really enjoying the "oh my" song anymore. It's just, that was what Hysteria kept saying when she gave birth to him. And the word "ugly" over and over. Maybe "oh my, he's anything but ugly?" Yeah, that had to be it. But he already knew that. So the b***h could keep her mouth closed.

"I'm getting impatient--" The boy said to his servant as he sat perched upon the top of the tower; staring upon all that was the world. "I'm disgusted with these things. And I'm tired of being commanded by Hysteria. I made her. I know I only live in cycles of five-hundred year lifespans and thus it is necessary that she has the ability to contain my soul after I die and then give birth to me again, but I never said she could command me. I give her everything; all of this world is mine. Her garden is mine. And she's caused me more trouble than anything else. I should've made a son. They're less batshit crazy." The servant actually laughed at the irony of that statement-- "I think you might be overestimating yourself a little, there." No one was more insane than the Madking. Was it expected of the daughter to be any different? She was just like him; crafted in his image, crafted from his bone. "I'm tired of this day-to-day shuffle. I want to see the world. I want to meet people and be loved. How is it that a god like me isn't allowed to meet with my creation? I control the flow of their lives because I rule emotion. They should thank me; but instead, every time I arise, they scream. When I made Rikudo Sennin and he made the others; they were happy. But when I made the Jubi, they screamed. When I made Dahka, they cried for his loss. People are so stupid. Things like that don't just come out of nowhere. They should know who to thank." Their lives, their history and their heritage -- all of it was made from him. He was tired of these stupid games of laughter. No one knew that what he really wanted was change. "Leandra--" The young infant called to his servant-- "Find me a groom or a bride."

A completely robed figure approached the throne of the Madking. The castle had been eerily quiet, which put the woman more on guard than usual. Her body didn't seem to show that, though. Instead, it remained relaxed, as it always did whenever it sensed danger. "God is dead," Kageko quoted as she saw the lifeless body of her target, "God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?". Quotes were just words of another, though. Very few things in this quote, in particular, were true. It simply matched the situation marginally. There, in front of Kageko, was a dead God, or at least, what seemed to be a dead God. That trivial opinion of simply reciting the quote since it seemed to match could be easily read in Kageko's own skeptical tone as she recited it.

Her true thoughts remained veiled in silence, . She had never met the Madking, but she had twice met another god, Lydia. If Lydia could be used as an example, these beings were no pushovers. thoughts continued to whirl in a cautious frenzy.

Kagemko remained standing in the spot she had stopped at once seeing what seemed to be the Madking's dead body. It seemed she was the first to arrive, so for the moment she was completely alone in the room. Unless, of course, there was someone present that she had yet to notice.

Vincente also approached the throne...he'd been training hard for this very moment, only to find that the Madking was dead already, but without a sign of him being murdered...so what was Vincente to think about this...it seemed odd, but other things were on his mind, and other words came from his lips. "Tch..." Vincente was disappointed, over the years his hatred had been growing...and now he had no way to get rid of it all, killing this "god" was the last chance he had...and now that chance had perished. "I was expecting more...I've been waiting for this for a long time...and I discover you've already passed." Vincente wrapped his blackened wings around his body, but he didn't even look like Vincente anymore. He radiated cold aura, and when he wasn't doing that he radiated a terrible heat that was a signal of his rage. "And after all of this...no reason why...no reason as to why you destroyed everything..." Vincente may have changed, but he still wasn't smart enough to take a look around the room to notice he wasn't alone...that's why he was crying. "You took my home, my memories of a dear friend...and even my life, and I can't even take revenge." Vincente bit his lip...his mask was down on his neck since he didn't need to obscure his face. "For every sin...due recompense...why were you...you of all beings allowed to escape this fate?!" The crying Vincente shouted at the Madking's body...he didn't expect a response however so he just gave it up there, everything was fairly normal again, but what reason did he have to stay in Konoha now? Once he cooled himself off he began to think, and when he was thinking he was actually pretty...thoughtful. "How did this even happen...what could kill a god besides another god? Age?" Vincente guessed that didn't make too much sense, so he wiped his eyes and focused on the now, not the past.

Vincente had seen this man once...and that one time was more than enough to implant the image of his face in to Vincente's memory.

[━━━━━━This body of mine is expendable━

┏━━━━━━━━━┓

A masked shinobi reached the throne room next, his son standing beside him, gripping his cloak in fear of what was seen in front of him. The body of the deceased Madking, lies there, the mere sight of it made the son turn away. Why did the mask shinobi...feel hurt from the sight of this? One who had portrayed his fate to be that of emptiness, now lied there with an empty and dead expression upon his own face. He looked on yet questioned two things, the death of "God" would be rather odd, how could the world still be intact...in fact, better, if God had died? and also, who would've went so far as to kill "God"? The masked shinobi removed his mask to reveal himself to be that of a Heiland and soon his son lowered his hood to reveal that he was a Heiland as well.

A spiral could be seen in both of the son's eyes while the other's eyes glow bright in blue hue. Within that of the night, the man and his son(s) had trained within that of secluded night, Lars, also known as the man, had trained the sons that were willing and wanted to be trained by him and he taught them as much as he could, getting them strong enough to be Chuunin while he himself became strong enough to fight as a Jounin. The two stood there, knowing only by mere assumption, that his sons, or rather, the son's brothers would soon arrive and witness what was seen before them.

"Father, what happened here?" said Yamato, also known as the present son, looking over to his father as he took a look back at the throne, still oddly interested in this moment, this travesty of the sorts, "I honestly don't know Yamato, I wish I knew...I wish I knew...from what I'm seeing through my eyes, God has died. But then, why does the world look better than far worse? It just doesn't add up. I was told that god dying...or even giving up on this world, would lead to its destruction...could I have been wrong?" He noticed the robed figure that was within the room with them and both shinobi wouldn't speak to her unless she spoke to them, their eyes were too busy being fixated on the corpse that lied upon the throne. They also noticed Vincente as well but would not speak to him, again, same parameters as the robed figure.

Empty looked at the madking. He heard kagekos words but payed them little heed. God was never totally dead. this body might be, but he lived in their memories, and he was quite sure they had not killed him. For all Empty knew he couldve grown bored, or understanding. He knew he had been eaten, but couldnt remember much beyond that. it had all been very dark. He would wait for something interesting to happen. He wondered what happened to kleine in the end. Maybe he'd find out. Hed have to wait and see.

Tekkou was lead to a place he had never been before. He had no idea what was going on as he just made his way towards the back behind everyone. He would just wait until an explaniation was given or something to let him know just what was going on. He just remembered blowing himself up in an attempt to kill some new strangers that were bothering them.

User Image"Are you here for us?" The light seemed to flicker as the girl called out to them, and suddenly she was straddled over Saemus's corpse. "I've been waiting for all of you to arrive for a god . . . god unbearably long time. I've been waiting and waiting and I thought you'd never come. Can you believe it, all of you--" She frowned, her hand held against the boy's shoulders as she stared down at his cold body, "That this marks the five-year anniversary of Saemus's death?" It had been so long since that time when he asked Her if he could come visit Earth. She gave him a sarcastic answer, telling him to go eat pig balls or something like that, and he really did it. He looked up to his "mother" with his weak and innocent dwindling knowledge, and when Saemus came to that world again, his death became absolute.

People were so desperate and so weak. And that was why -- more than anything else -- he wanted to belong to them, where he didn't have to be who he was anymore. "It's been forty billion years since Saemus became the God of the universe. It was a really great struggle for him, I guess, to know that he led everything; and it was harder when people began to vilify him and treat him as the devil. His heart grew tainted, I guess, and he didn't want to be here anymore. So he wanted to kill himself, and to carry on the people, he made a son to carry his name, which is why . . ." She paused, noting that all of them here probably wouldn't have even cared for or recognized their struggle. They'd just see them as the face of evil. They didn't remember that Saemus was also the face of emotion, of light. "Which is why I was born," Lucas added, standing over Saemus's body. "A long time ago, God tried to kill himself. He made me to fill in as a replacement before deciding that he couldn't go through with it. In his mind, though -- I was born to take the throne. And that's what I did. Saemus has died so that I may take the throne. But . . . I didn't kill him." Lucas made sure to remind them that he wasn't nearly strong enough to kill his father, "Neither me nor Hysteria nor Lydia could've killed him. Not even all of us combined. Maybe no one could've. So how do you think he died, people? What do you think killed the Leader of your world?"

The man smiled, being followed by another figure; a familiar figure, that of Lydia. "Something even stronger than him. Many have said he was already did, but his sheer universal strength is what drives the movement of the universe. Without him alive, all of you would be dead by now. He is the true God of this Universe; the Creator of all, of my father and of Saemus. Saemus has feared him for his whole life -- all forty billion years. But why? Can anyone tell me why a dead body with no real conscience or personality needs to be looked out for and feared? It'd be like fearing a stale corpse -- they can't do anything to you, no matter what they might have been. Even someone like me can't be feared after I'm dead. So why don't you get out your history books," The girl might've startled them when a large book appeared before their eyes, "And flip to page one out of nine billion. What is this chapter called, I wonder? Might it be the name of the Creator of the Universe?" She laughed silently, as did Lucas, but Hysteria . . . was silent. She was practically their slave, now -- once protected by Saemus, she fell under the whim of those who took his place. She longed for him back. He always saved her like he said he would.

The scene shifted to a blackness lit by the face of a large man reading a book. A book that he made from his own imagination; called "Universe", because he thought it was a pretty title. His name was Nova, and he was the only person in the whole great blackness. He, all by himself, who longed for a companion. He looked down at all of the observers and smiled at them, waving, knowing that they were just dreams. He always had to be nice to his dreams. 'Cause then they were nice in return, and made him happy. "Hello, little human people. May I ask for all of your names?" They were asked this in silence -- asked by the Creator. "Do you want to know what you're viewing, humans? This is one of Nova's dreams; his dream is what runs every single action of the universe. Us Gods have only one power above mortals; the power to defy his dream's imagination and thus transcend his dreamed idea of "death", and because we cannot die this is why we are so much stronger than all of you. However, some dreams hold precedence over others. His strongest dream, the one dreamt of before he "died", which was really only the beginning, was the dream that his sons would rule the universe together. When Takami died, his imagination reacted and saw Saemus as an outsider to his dream because without his brother alongside him, Saemus was not "whole" and thus was to be cleaned out; much like how your blood cells remove infiltrators such as viruses or colds. Because of this, Saemus has been dying for all forty billion of these years, but he could never truly die unless he broke one final rule. Can anyone guess this? Can a single human in this room tell me what this rule could've been?"

[You guys might all want to go to the Madking thread in this subforum and read his background; you'll understand a lot better, though the answer isn't there]

"was he "banned for god modding"?" asked empty. He really had no idea, and doubted he was correct considering what he had read of the story a long time ago, but it was worth venturing. Empty was no good at guessing games.

Kageko remained silent and still even as others entered the chamber. Her silence simply continued as the three deities showed themselves. It was a lot of information, thrust at her in a very short amount of time. Kageko, even with her years of recent practice at keeping a neutral face, couldn't help but show her emotion of shock as the scene shifted. Of course, they would have been shown if her face was revealed, but it wasn't. When she was asked for her name by the being who was later introduced as Nova, the woman remained silent. Was she to respond? Was this simply a show? The further explanation of this entire scene being just a dream did not help with her decision in any way.

Kageko finally decided, She bent her head in thought, gathering everything she knew about the gods. What had she learned from her brief interactions with them? Just what had the Madking done? The message of a few years back came into her mind. There, right at the beginning of it was a hint. True, Kageko didn't really like the message, nor could she agree with it. However, it was possible that Saemus wasn't lying when he said what he said. Not a pleasant thought, by far, but not completely unlikely, either.

The chances that her guess was wrong were high, particularly since she didn't know what the Madking had done in the past, but it was worth a shot, "He allowed our desires to come to life?".

"Could it...could it have been that the dream must end and another must begin, before he can truly die, sir?" said Yamato but that wasn't what Lars and Yamato were truly thinking together, maybe they were both wrong or maybe Yamato was right and Lars was wrong, it depends. But behind all of this showed what the world, no, what the universe truly was, hell, its WAY more interesting than what they teach in history class, am I right people?

User ImageThe woman sighed. "Wrong. You're all wrong, but Kageko's close." She didn't even want to answer to Emptai's "conclusion", and Lars must've been pessimistic because that kind of made it sound like the world was ending. It wasn't. The world would never end. "Rather than dying to let our desires come to life, Saemus died to let his desires come to life. The strongest rule of Nova's dream was that at least one of his sons was ruling upon the throne. If neither ruled, neither could exist; they'd be unappreciative heathens who would be purged from the universe. At this point, Saemus knew he could never step down and live a normal life. Imagine the binding of servitude that lasted forty billion years? He didn't really have anyone anymore except for Hysteria, and one companion can't fulfill someone for all of that time, no matter how hard anyone could try. As you can imagine, after his one little visit to your world, he wanted to become one of you. So he stepped down." Her tone was very matter-of-fact, but anyone could see that she didn't really want to say the rest. Saemus stepped down, and died, and yet . . .

"But Nova's wish was also for his sons to be happy. To be happy, they can't be dead, so he contradicted himself. In reality, Nova was a stupid idealist with no logic or social skills; blessed with only unlimited mortal power and nothing else to back it. However, his illogical banter . . . I guess it saved Saemus in the end. I always promised the boy that I'd keep him safe no matter what, and that I'd bring him back to life if he were ever to die. And that's why . . ." Hysteria's voice turned from sad to excited; as Nova faded from view and they were brought to an image of the lands of the West, where Dahka was born. Upon the grassy fields of this place, Saemus wished to live with his people once more, only to die. The God was sitting upon the grassy floor, and Lydia along with Lucas loomed over him. They took his power, and then the sight went back to that of the throneroom, with Lucas and Lydia sitting in their chairs; but their eyes were closed, with blood gaping from a missing spot where their hearts were. "If Saemus or Takami can't rule this universe, then no one can, Nova believed. Lydia and Lucas took over the throne and thus died because they went against his imagination. They thought that once defeating Saemus and taking his power that they'd transcend even Nova, but they were wrong. However, I was not wrong." The woman laughed silently, holding a young black haired baby in her arms, with Saemus's "old" body fading away. "I absorbed Lydia and Lucas's power when they died, too, giving me the blood of both Saemus and Takami. The power of both of them merged is the power of total imagination; the power to break the boundaries of space and time and create anything you wish. This tower became a weapon that shot high into the heavens, and then I killed the remainder of Nova."

Pushing the corpses of her old brother and her ex wife from their places on the throne, she created an even larger throne for her own body to rest in. Five years, it only took five years, but everything worked out int he end. "The reality of what Saemus told you is actually a lie. When you fought the Jyuuha and the Jyuubi, they represented Lydia and Lucas. In fact, they were the avatars of Lydia and Lucas; their divine energies formed into figure. Their fight was not with each other but with Saemus's celestial power; they drained it from him all this time. But on the sidelines, I watched and waited. I knew they'd end up dying in the end when they transcended Saemus, and I created my own power to steal the gift of life. I am the Madqueen, but I am not Saemus's successor. I am the successor to Nova; I am the new Nova. I am Hysteria, your matron, your queen; the Goddess of universe and life, and I am stronger than Nova once was. I am the strongest creature to ever exist, and now I run the light and darkness of your world. Your people will no longer hate the dark. By facing your trials, I have built you as new beings accustomed to my improved world; you will face a world of darkness. Humans will improve from what they are and will grow to master their environment. What this means is for the future to know."

The field changed once more, and now all of them were resting in a ballroom filled with sparkling lights and masked women amongst men. It was Hysteria's coronation party. It had only taken her five years from Saemus's death to defeat Nova -- whereas it took Nova forty billion to defeat Saemus. "To those worthy, I grant my treasures to you. These will be the beacons of my Vigilant and will place you above the rest. Use them as you desire."
