Nezumi stepped out of his favorite candy shop; he hated being lonely so he spent a good bit of time in there. He had been looking for a room mate but no one answered his ad. He openned the bag of candy in his hand and pulled out a lollypop, putting it in his mouth.

Ark was walking down the street, not paying much attention to his surroundings. He had no real goal in mind; he had just felt like walking around this part of town. It hadn't taken him long to feel unwell, though, so he had started to head in the general direction of his car. While in his reverie, he ran into a younger man who had just exited a store.
"I'm sorry," he said, "I wasn't paying attention..."

Nezumi fell to the ground, dropping his bag of candy. "Owwy~!" he whined before he looked up at the other, "It's ok" He groan as he started picking up all his candy. He blushed slightly, not looking back up at the other.

Ark quickly regained his composure, and looked down at the person he'd knocked over, not making any effort to help. "Aren't you a bit too old to be going to a store like this?" he asked, "This looks like a kid's store."

Nezumi frowned maddly at the other, before he jumped up. "It's not a kids store," he whined stomping his foot, "And you don't have to be rude! You knocked me over." He finished picking up his candy before sticking his tounge at the other.

"My, my, you are quite defensive, aren't you?" Ark asked with a condescending smile. "People walk on sidewalks. You should have moved." He looked at the young man's face, arching an eyebrow.

Nezumi's face turned red in anger, he could just feel the steam coming out of his ears. "You are the rudest man I've ever met! I've never!!" He slapped the other boy, but it wasn't too hard.

Ark gave the boy a furious glare, but quickly took a deep breath and assumed his former expression of vague annoyance. "You're acting like a child," he said. "Do you want anything from me? You could have just moved on." He ran a hand through his hair, just noticing he was short of breath.

Nezumi frowned and glared at the other. "Fine! I hope you have a great ********' day!" He turned around and started to stomp off. Some of his candy was still resting on the ground as well as a newpaper.

Ark quietly laughed to himself, and then called out to the boy, "You know, it's beyond rude to leave your trash on the sidewalk. You aren't going to pick it up?" He leaned against a wall for support, not wanting to head to his car yet, as the boy was going in the same direction.

Nezumi turned around and maddly picked up the rest of the candy before dropping it in the trash. "What's your deal?" he asked turning to the other, "I was having a great day, until you bumped into me." He had someone call him about his ad looking for a room mate.

"I was having a great day until I bumped into you," Ark said. "If your feathers are so ruffled, tell me what you expect me to do about it." He gave the boy a charming smile, trying to hide the little annoyance he was still feeling.

"Well you could have helpped me up for starts, and maybe be a little less rude... you know what I don't have time for this! I have a room mate to find. Good day to you sir." Nezumi gave the other a huge, yet very fake smile before he picked up his bag and turned to leave.
