 World of Warcraft (WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) by Blizzard Entertainment. It is the fourth released game set in the fantasy Warcraft universe, which was first introduced by Warcraft: Orcs & Humans in 1994. World of Warcraft takes place within the Warcraft world of Azeroth, approximately four years after the events at the conclusion of Blizzard's previous Warcraft release, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. Blizzard Entertainment announced World of Warcraft on September 2, 2001. The game was released on November 23, 2004, on the 10th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise. The first expansion set of the game, The Burning Crusade, was released on January 16, 2007.[9] The second expansion set, Wrath of the Lich King, was released on November 13, 2008. The third expansion set, Cataclysm, was released on December 7, 2010. At BlizzCon in October 2010, lead producer J. Allen Brack announced that there would be a fourth expansion set for the game, though the developers did not yet know what it would be about. On October 21, 2011, the fourth expansion set of the game, Mists of Pandaria, was announced at Blizzcon 2011 by Chris Metzen. 85 gnome death knight, 85 dwarf warrior, 85 draenei mage, and 80 something night elf shadow priest. death knight is frost dps, warrior is tank, mage is arcane soon to be changed to fire since it is the new boss in dps, and priest is a shadow specced. So boom...I was alittle disappointed they changed the release date of the new expansion I want a panda monk...but I must blame the lateast patch which had a load of new content which is pretty beast.

Shortly after I got my Holy Priest to 85, I stopped playing. Trying to get higher iLvl really frustrated me, especially because I was forced to do it alone. I miss riding my Netherdrake though, that was so relaxing.
Rofl. My brother said months and months ago, way before there was any word about the next expansion, "I bet the next expansion they are going to have Panda monks, like Chen Stomstout from Warcraft III." I was like, "NO WAY! NEVER! Not gonna happen!" Oh dear, was I wrong. xDD

Fallen Liath Shortly after I got my Holy Priest to 85, I stopped playing. Trying to get higher iLvl really frustrated me, especially because I was forced to do it alone. I miss riding my Netherdrake though, that was so relaxing. Rofl. My brother said months and months ago, way before there was any word about the next expansion, "I bet the next expansion they are going to have Panda monks, like Chen Stomstout from Warcraft III." I was like, "NO WAY! NEVER! Not gonna happen!" Oh dear, was I wrong. xDD Never underestimate what a video game company will do to increase their sales! I have wanted to try this game but, I have no $$$.

How long did all this take? Well it actually doesn't take as long as one would think. Because of power leveling makes it super easy. Blizzard put in a random dugeon finder, which allows you to get in groups and do instances and raids making leveling much easier because everything in those places are elites plus you get quest for those places. And it is best way to gear up.

There's a few things you can't do, but you can play as long as you want on the Starter Edition (free to play version). If you want to try it, I suggest trying the Starter Edition.
