Bio: Susumu was born into a small village outside the cloud, being the older sibling by a couple years, she had a happy childhood growing up with Ariana, at age 5 Susumu's parents went on a mission for the cloud village and never returned home, being completely attached to her mother and unwilling to stay in a foster home, Susumu ran away from the house to look for her mother, she tried to take Ariana with her but they we're seperated upon leaving the families house, when social workers with the aide of ninja came and stopped them, Susumu ran and ran only to be caught up with about a mile down the road, The ninja we're too fast. Although Susumu gave them a good running in to try to keep up with her, they acknowledged her for her overwhelming speed and stamina at such a young age. They took her to the cloud village where she was not to see her sister for many many years.

While living in the cloud village the greater authorities decided it a good idea to let her live alone for any attempts at her living with foster parents ended up terribly. Susumu rebelled and made their lives a living hell. She grew up quick though and studied hard spending much time in the Archives reading about the history of the cloud and the lightning country, Trying to find out more about her family. Thiis is the place where she met her future Husband to be Oroami. Having been a loner most her life and not being able to gain acceptance by anyone in the village he helped her with open arms and made life worth living.

Many years passed, Susumu trained hard under Oroami's guide and they started to develop a loving relationship, Susumu worked her way up the ranks; striving for greatness she did the best she could and met some of her closest companions during the chuunin exams. Neko and Rahenno two of her closest friends at the time in the village helped give her competetion in the village and made her strive to be more. So she worked hard day and night to prove herself, after becoming a chuunin Oroami and her relationship got a bit more insense and nine months later in the furious times of war Susumu gave birth to Kasumi. also in this time Susumu had become a Deity to the Lightning Goddess, which still troubles her mind to this day, Kasumi was born as the next deity. Many strange happenings occured during this time period including the meeting of Mikyo Susumu studied nothing but seals and barriers for 9 months straight while kept "prisoner" at melodies grove. Later when returning home she worked her way up to becoming a jounin and fought hard in the war against the sound and sand. One Asaba completely changed her life the day he broke through her barriers and attempted to forceablly remove the goddess from Susumu and Kasumi, But Susumu would have none of this and Removed the goddess herself, but kept a portion inside of Kasumi in fear that if she took it completely out Kasumi would die. For her valor and hard work Susumu ascended to the level of Sannin and soon after under Snowy's rule became the next Raikage.

As the Fitfth Raikage, Susumu spent her time reconstructing the village after the great wars. She sought to bring peace, but time in time again trouble came. Strengthening the defenses of the Cloud was her number one priority and in doing so she needed to make sure a new era of Shinobi arose. She of course honed her skills further in sealing and barrier control after her loss earlier. She honed everything about herself as the Kage to make sure to live up to the name that the previous Raikages have set forth. Seals and barriers filled the walls of the cloud and security rose to a maximum. Akatsuki showed itself to be quite an enemy. In the fighting with this group, Susumu learned quick their motive, they attacked all the bijuu, the jinchuuriki of the village--which at the time there where about four or five of the tailed beasts in one village. It became quite a hassle to protect the village from Akatsuki or the rampaging and out of control bijuu. Susumu kept training with Oroami and over time learned the secretive and terrible skill of consuming anothers chakra. She was able to successfully do this but once, and a little over half way the other time before stopped by Mikyo. The first time she tried to consume anothers chakra was while battling Naro, a ninja of great ability but had for terms joined Akatsuki and vower destruction upon Susumu's loved ones. They fought and he fought well, but stood little chance against Susumu's emotional onslaught...retreating through a portal, but not quite Susumu was able to speed in and catch him, finding out the location of the akatsuki base while also sucking the kids chakra from his almost dead body. Mikyo swept in since at this point Susumu was in his territory, and saved Naro only allowing Susumu to take partial amount of his whole chakra and gain only the water element. She was weakened from the battle and chose not to press further.

Times cooled down as the ninja of the cloud village became stronger. Less people sought to attack the place and the most trouble came from everyday skirmishes and broken buildings from friendly spars. This momentary peace was interrupted by a devious Akatsuki member by the name of Blade. He almost destroyed the cloud in many attempts and did in fact bust through Susumu's barriers. It was only because of Susumu's fight head on with this man was she able to stop the cloud from being completely destroyed. The final scene of the battle played out as Blade and Susumu charged at each other blade ontop of a giant river of lava, and Susumu with nothing more than her wit: closed the range and was able to send an electrical blade through his heart. Stopping him cold in his tracks, Susumu for the first time was able to consume all of ones chakra. Blade however was a fire and earth use and therefor only fire could be used by Susumu as earth by her clan's definition becomes impossible to use.

After all the battles to defend the cloud and all the attempts to destroy it, Susumu knew it was time to pass the torch.

Description: the user makes a series of handsigns a dark chakra surrounds the users body but does not stray far. it flares out from time to time. in a second post if the user has
been attacked by ninjutsu or genjutsu. the dark charkra lights up and reflects the attack back at the attacker. taijutsu makes the dark chakra reflect and sends both parties into a
genjutsu like state in which neither can attack for 2 posts, but they are controlling each others genjutsu like dream. without even really knowing since they are trying to control
the image that is put in front of them. if not attacked a bright shining light appears then sparkles away over the user body. perfect for priming a target for a genjutsu.


Lightening Bow. _WEAPON_

a bow and arrow made unique at melody's grove. created from purely lightweight metal the arrows conduct electricity as well as the bow itself. only a person trained with high level lightening resistance would be able to use this bow. a hidden cloth in the front section of the bow can be pulled tight againt the string to convert the bow into a fan.

the user flash's a couple handsigns and focus's chakra to a focal point on their iris. lightening shoots from the users eyes and takes an electrical imprint (photo) of the area. the
lightening emited is not dangerous to humans since upon shooting it out. after a certain distance it returns to the point where it came. (iris) and gets transmitted as an electrical
message back to the brain making a photo like image. it is merely used for scouting purposes.

The sealing on this arm tattoo took Susumu three years via rp'ing to finish and complete. The ink used only adheres to Susumu's chakra and natural energy. The seal is very powerful indeed and as such the draining effects are substantial to Susumu's health. Only when in sage mode can one effectively use these chains without draining life force at an accelerated rate. Susumu's whole left arm is covered in strange sealing patterns and glyphs of an unknown language. Her palm has the symbol "ki" 木.

Description: The seal when activated takes up either chakra and drains life force thus aging the person quickly, or the person uses natural energy and can remain young and without depleting life force. When activated the seals and tattoos move slightly. From the palm of the chakra chains can be attached to a friend or enemy and thus heal them. These chains help calm people and are tough to break. If the chains are out the user can cast a certain element upon them and for a short while (2 posts) the user can use ninjutsu without handsigns. However, only ninjutsu of one element can be used without handsigns and there is a cooldown period (3 posts) in which the chains cannot be used for greater ninjutsu weaving. Luckily Susumu designed these seals with Jinchuuriki in mind, and other hosts of powerful monsters within. The chains are able to subdue and calm the beasts within for a short time and even be used to help hosts overcome their fears of the demons of whatever it may be within them.

Description: This arm instead focuses on destruction of matter instead of creation. It is the balance ying for the yang. The chain when activated emerges from Susumus palm or forearms and unlike the left arm these chains remain a solid black color. The chains if in contact with a human and without contact of the healing chain causes increased cell decay through radiation. (every one post the person attached to chain looses a one inch radius portion of cells in a spherical shape around the chains. The destruction chains can only decay one type of material at once and therefor needs to be changed (1 post to change, can't attack in changing post.) The chains can destroy fleshy water based material (humans, human cells, and animals, blood and fat included), Metal based objects, Earth (calcium, quartz, etc.), plasma type object (fire), and plant type cells. Now only one of these types of objects can be destroyed at a time and thus leaves the user quite open.

The other chain effects Jinchuuriki by keeping the beast calm while the destruction chains seal away chakra and allow user to gradually feel the power of beast being controlled. It is tough to master and usually takes quite a bit of time. Susumu is only able to achieve this through intense use of her eternal sharingan as well.
