Izanami is....controlling, to put it nicely. She doesn't like for 'her' zodiac to interact with the outside world beyond what's necessary (like school or work). This is born out of a fear that they may be hurt by outsiders or leave her and forget about her entirely. Once would say she is like a scared, spoiled little kid, which would be pretty accurate. She's not used to having people go against her wishes, and can get somewhat violent when that happens. The only one she seems to act like a normal person around would be the object of her affections--Daichi.

Izanami was born prematurely to the previous God and another Sohma that belonged to a distant branch of the family. The doctors were convinced she would die within the first few months of life, distressing both her parents. But still they did everything they could, saw every doctor available, to keep their baby girl alive. They were relieved when the doctors announced that she would live, but that was shortlived when her father passed on. Her mother was devastated, and sunk deep into depression.
From then on, it was mostly maids and other family members raising her. They treated her like a little princess, and soon that was how she expected to be treated by everyone else. Meanwhile, her health started taking a bad turn again, eventually making regular trips to the hospital. It was then that the family began to suspect that she was the next God, and it was confirmed when she met her first zodiac at the age of fifteen. She had approached the Dog of the zodiac, Daichi, and when he began to cry for no reason, everyone knew at once what that meant.
When this news reached her mother, the woman snapped, and killed herself. Izanami was the one to find her. The image of seeing her mother in the tub, wrists cut and soaking in her own blood, still haunts her. After this, Izanami retreated further into her own world where it was only her and the zodiac. She began lashing out at anyone who she suspected of disobeying her or trying to seperate her zodiac from her, and her already terrible health further worsened. Lately, she's heard whispered rumors that she might not have a lot of time left, and she's starting to think they're right...

Koga's main personality is a courageous, protective type. He is gentle and calm around those he really cares for and if anyone tries to hurt those he likes they pay. Koga is kind hearted with just a little hint of insanity problems. His other personalities are either happy or cold. Only Fang has an odd type but that's only because he is the drunk side. Koga likes to be around nice people and even if he doesn't like all of his family he would protect them all. He is brave and strong at heart.

Koga was often ridiculed by his parents when he was young. He never was allowed outside or have friends. The boy grew lonely and because of it and the constant verbal abuse from his father he created a personality. The first one whose name was K. Koga didn't know about K and anytime the other side takes over Koha freaks out after coming to his senses. Koga often wakes up in random places or unknown buildings. This stuff freaks him out slightly but he can't exactly explain it to anyone. When Koga got out of school he left his family's home for the first time in his life. He wasn't used to the people and the real world but the world excited him.

When he went to college he was harassed by a certain group because of K. K was lighter, happier and the group knew something was off. The harassing got so bad that another personality was born. This personality was harsher colder and meaner. He called himself Tiger, a name after his zodiac animal. Tiger always wore a hat, that was his symbol of control. K and Tiger knew of one another but Koga didn't know about them. When the sleeping moves got worse he ended uo going to a doctor. This didn't please his God but Koga knew he needed some sort of help. Koga started his medicine was he was eighteen but he stopped taking it after a month.

Koga quit college and took up work at a book store. He was hoping to start off his career as a novelist, but his plans didn't to exactly as planned. Staying at the main house created a third personality for the man. This personality rarely came out but he called himself Koko. Koko was definitely more feminine and he was nicer then the other two and he often embarrassed Koga, but since Koko was so rare Koga hardly noticed his third problem. The man often stayed at the book store so he could escape the Sohma house.

Be often drank and was found at the bar also. This was his fourth side and he called himself Fang. Fang was arrogant and cocky and he often hung around even after the drunkeness was gone. Koga now resides in the main house but he is a little unlredictabke and wild. He annoys the family when he can and other times be is just a problem.

Kira is always energetic. She doesn't like to sit still and loves to play games with anyone she can, even making up her own games to play with them. Since she hates to be alone, she tends to surround herself with as many people as possible, and she always tries to entertain the people she's around so they won't leave her. When she's not able to be around people, she is usually quiet and doesn't do much, unless she's being separated on purpose to set something up, then she gets creative and decorative. She is usually very organized and hates having her room or areas messed up and dirty. She will even go on a cleaning spree around the house when she gets really bored. Kira usually gets good grades and she has a wonderful sense of style that she loves to share with others. People also tend to think she is naive and can be taken advantage of, but in truth she knows what she can and can not do.

Kira hates violence above all things. If people get into a fight she is always the first to be in the middle of it to break it up, even if she doesn't know the people fighting. She hates it when people around her argue and usually has a slightly harsh opinion for them so they will stop fighting or arguing. She doesn't like taking risks all the time but if a situation calls for it, she will gladly jump in to helps someone. Kira also tends to hide her real emotions. She puts on a smile even when she is sad and only lets out her real emotions to those who she really trusts. Also, when Kira is around dogs, she freezes and begins to shake in fear before freaking out. Sometimes things happen differently, depending on the size of the dog.

Kira was born two months premature, and her father knew what this meant. He tried to be there for the moment when Kira was born but he couldn't get away from work. When he finally showed up at the hospital, he found out that Kira's mother had died after giving birth to Kira. He took the small infant in his arms and began to cry as she turned into a rabbit, he hadn't expected that his wife would die during childbirth. After that, he tried to be supportive of Kira. He always was there for her when he could be, and would sometimes spoil her. But when Kara was five, he died in a car crash, leaving Kira alone. She was brought to the main house to live since she was the rabbit of the Zodiac and was usually cared for there. Kira hated being alone and would always find someone to latch onto, which mainly involved helping other members of the family, even those who weren't Zodiac. She was always lonely because she had no direct family and when she tried to make friends with those around the house they usually stayed away from her.

It got better when she went to school, people began to hang out with her, and they came to her for advice since she was usually well dressed or had awesome looking things. Her life had been getting better, but that became strained once when a boy who had a crush on her bumped into her, causing her to turn into her rabbit form. Luckily he was the only one who saw, and Kira had quickly gotten him to the Dragon Zodiac so that he could have his memory altered. Once his memory was altered, he didn't have such a crush on her anymore, which was totally fine with her. Since she believed it was a bad thing for him to try and get close to her. She constantly stops people from fighting and hates it when others try and boss her around, so she usually says something to them about it. Luckily for her, she has friends. Both Zodiac and normal people, so she's happier now, even though she still misses her father.

One year when she was eleven, she got really sick but ignored the family doctor's instructions and went outside to see her rabbit friends. The weather had been cold and she'd tripped over a stick on the way to the shrubs. Once she fell over, she started breathing hard and soon transformed into her rabbit form. Out of no where, a vicious dog came and attacked her. Luckily for her, one of the other family members who wasn't a Zodiac was around and noticed the dog attacking her. He chased it away and picked Kira up before noticing her clothes. He blinked and grabbed her clothes and brought her to his room and tended her wounds. His name was Cadan and he cared for her until she was better and went back to normal. After that, they became best friends, but Kira became deathly afraid of dogs. Which means she doesn't really like being around the Dog Zodiac member, its nothing against him, just his animal.

How to kill time: Kira is really good at drawing, painting and coloring things. She enjoys spending time with others and likes to go to parties. She also seems to enjoy singing, though she thinks that she's not that good, when people tell her she is.

A very patient and mothering soul, Izumi likes to regard herself as very fair minded and balanced; while she can get angry and it's incredibly frightening (especially because she fights dirty when jilted), most of the time she prefers to sort her problems out through diplomatic measures and she would never willingly hurt another person if she could help it. A very mothering soul who always looks out for other people, Izumi loves spending time with other people and everything she does is executed with the best intrests of someone else, even if it may not seem that way and things don't turn out the way she planned they would; however, that doesn't mean Izumi just likes to jump into things. Rather she plans every one of his decisions out carefully before making an executive and intelliegent choice; thankfully she's also excessively charming and so always manages to keep herself out of any trouble she might wander into. Posessing a natural avoidance to violence, Izumi makes a good moderator for problems and the advice she gives out is always well described and helpful, even if it may not seem that way at the time; to make things simple, keep calm and there won't be any problems along the way.

A lot of people often wonder how Izumi grew up to be the person she is, patient, kind and mothering, despite what she went through as a child. Born the youngest of three, an older sister and brother, from the moment she came into the world it was without a mother figure to mold herself after, as the woman had passed away in childbirth, her body unable to handle the strains of giving life to a baby with such a heavily burdened curse. That left only her father, a well meaning but often forgetful and inept salary man, to take care of her...which didn't go so well. Being as low on the scale of society as he was, to have married Izumi's mother was one of the greatest things to have ever happened to her father..and so when she died, so did most of his faith in humanity; it didn't help that Izumi looked almost exactly like the long passed away woman, and so at a young age Izumi grew used to waiting up late into the hours of early morning for her father to come home from the bar with a cold wascloth and a cup of water with some asprin tablets. There were times when things became extremely difficult, such as the day Izumi came into her curse at the age of six when her brother attempted to take her from the house in fear of her not being raised properly, but somehow the two made it through, knowing they were each just as broken for different reasons, and to this day Izumi still gives almost all her love and undying affection to the man who risked it all to raise a cursed child. In fact, he's also probably the reason Izumi is a singer, and that she's given a lot of freedom in the Sohma household even though God would like nothing more then to lock her up tight in some dark room somewhere. When Izumi was ten, her father encoruaged her to participate in her school's talent show; Izumi was very nervous, but loved the stage too much to back down, and as luck would have it, a record producer happened to be in the crowd to listen to his own daughter's piano recital. The reaction was almost immediate, and three years later, Sugar Spiral was created.

At first Izumi found herself very unsure of being the poster face for an all girl band; what if, she asked her father, she wasn't good enough? What if she ended up messing the whole thing up completely and failed? But her father never allowed Izumi to give up on herself; Sugar Spiral started out small and very exclusively, playing insignificant venues with songs borrowed from other signed label artists, with Izumi providing most of the vocals. It took about half a year for the band to catch on; Izumi still remembers the first day she ever saw someone with a Sugar Spiral baseball cap on, and it's probably one of the happiest moments of her life to this day. But when it [i[did catch on, it didn't just gain attention, it practically exploded, and suddenly Izumi found herself fronting the most popular all girl's band in all of Japan, her father in the background giving her support and praise every time she stepped onto the stage, acting as her manager; soon enough the entire family became involved in some way, Izumi's older sister providing outfits, her brother taking all the band photographs and cover shoots..needless to say, God couldn't really keep much of a handle on her, especially since she was never really around. Regardless of that fact though, Izumi loves her family and the rest of the zodiac more then anything, and comes back for visits all the time. After all, they have to stick together, right?

Jun is cold, stoic, and arrogant, with little regard to the feelings of those around him, even his fellow zodiac members. Due to being the cat, he is often ignored by others thanks to his known future of being stuck in isolation at the Sohma estate. Often he will be the one to start a fight and the one to end it, mostly with the rat of the zodiac. When he was younger he was quite the opposite, often being a crybaby and trying to follow the older zodiac members around even though he was "cursed" and often not wanted.

When Jun was born, it was immediately known that he was the cat of the zodiac. His parents, who had been eager for the birth of their child where horrified when he was born premature, as other members of the zodiac, but then disgusted when it was known that he was what was feared the most. Despite this, his parents tried to raise him normally, even though he had to wear his special beads to keep him from transforming into the cat's true form, a real monster. Even though his parents tried, they were often cold and ignored him in his own home and refused to let him play with other children in his neighborhood. Finally, when he was four his father left the family and his mother was left alone with him.

As he grew up, he was always told how he was meant to be alone, with a mother who pretty much ignored him, and a father who ran out on him, not to mention a whole family that hated him. At a young age he had to harden himself and keep his emotions inside. Often he is violent and likes to stay by himself.
