She tells me how im a disappointment
to her. i may not show my anger
on here..but its burning inside
of me right now..

Lol my mum's the same. Except she doesn't she's doing it so even if i let her see how angry i was, i could never justify it to her. Pisses me off more sweatdrop
Something i've found to help is writing/ranting. You could write in notepad or something and delete it if you want. Just kinda letting it out and talking through your feelings is calming.

Is there any specific reason why your mom does that izzybella? Seriously, it's not right for a parent to do that to their child. It hurts their child's self esteem and other negative junk that goes with it. She should be encouraging you in a positive way, not the opposite. It's just wrong.
