Ok, so I haven't played many N64 games in awhile....but I am 100% sure that this would tick any gamer off, new, old or pro.

There is a series of games on the N64 called Turok. Excluding Turok Rage Wars, the first 3 games in order are Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil and Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion.

This never popped into my head until now: From the first game to the third, the graphics got WORSE.

In Dinosaur Hunter, it's very nice to look at. On a site I recently visited, a review says that it beat a Quake games' graphics by a bit. Easy to tell because Dinosaur Hunter is amazing when it comes to quality. Sure, it was hard to learn the controls in the game, but the environment and the creatures in the game....wow, it was like living in a different universe.

Seeds of Evil, the second game, came soon after. The graphics downgraded a bit. The creatures movements looked a bit more choppier, some Special Effects (explosions and buttons) looked strangely animated, and a few other things.

The third game was Shadow of Oblivion. Oh my freaking god. The graphics in this game....were alot worse than the first. When you killed a monster, it took a few seconds for the animations. The scenery was badly painted...the gun animations were kinda skipping frames, and when you shot special ammo (such as the Shredder which shoots multiple lasers) it looked like crap quality.

How did the first game to the third go from Amazing Loving graphics to Horrible graphics? I wish I knew the answer to that one as well. If you need proof, I'll put up 3 links to youtube. Each is of the different games.
