Personality: Distant Sands is a dreamer, idealist, and longs to be a wanderer. She often thinks of leaving the swamp, and searching for her namesake, but fears setting foot outside the swamp she knows. Each time she decides to venture out, she looses her nerve at the edge of the swamp.
She has, finally, made it to the sea where she has seen sand, and though it was far from home, it was worth the journey. For now it has placated her in her need to search for "sand" but who knows how long that will last.
