	I've found that the best thing to get rid of sniffles is to hock up tons of spit. And to spit it out. Preferably in a sink or toilet.

It may just be my imagination, but whenever I'm sick and I can't seem to clear my sinuses, I could always cough/snort stuff up and then swallow it to get rid of it for a while, but it always seems to come back. When I spit it out, it seems to go away for good more quickly. I have this theory that you've got to get the s**t out of your body to actually get well, but that's just my opinion.

XD the phlegm? i think thats what u get rid of when u do that.
