I have the Gamecube and DS versions; I'm considering restarting the DS one yet again, because it's fun to build up a town. But after a point, it gets to be more like a chore maintaining things and I lose interest. Still, it's so much fun that I keep restarting!

I would love to get the 3DS version, but I think I have to wait on my birthday for that because I'd need to get a 3DS too. I hope that with the new additions, there's more to keep me playing over time. Just once, I'd like to maintain a town through an entire year.

In 2 after you marry, you have kids and choose if its a boy or girl. After you go to find your dad (yourself) then after that theres pretty much nothing to do
