It was another long and boring day at the academy, and again he found himself questioning why he was here. It wasn't for excitement that was for sure, with a sigh Spinar pushed into the gym. Once glance around told him there was no fun to be had, at least that was until he backtracked his gaze to a familiar form.
Darren?
Seeing Rosy's brother without him attached to the ghouls heels was rare, at least he figured as much. Heading over his with hands in his pockets Spinar pauses just behind the boil and smirks. Flicking his tail up and out he gives the ground behind the boil a hard smack hoping to startle him. "Well hello there Darren, you look like you could use a spar.." He comments soon after the swat, announcing his arrival much more pleasantly this time.

Darren did indeed jump at the loud smack behind him. Turning to see what had fallen, he blinked a moment with his good eye as he saw Siku, and hearing his words he chuckled a bit, nodding his head slowly. "I won't say no to that," Darren smiled, though it was a somewhat detached thing, definitely not reaching all the way to his eyes. Especially against you, He continued in his mind. It wasn't a lie that the two barely got along even with his sister present. He doubted they'd get along with her gone. He didn't know what it was about Siku, but something about the boil rubbed him the wrong way. Maybe it was his seemingly endless sense of entitlement or his smug demeanor. Regardless, Darren would have loved nothing more than to wipe that smug grin off the other boil's face. Preferably with a fist. "So then, shall we?"
