Quote:
Cleaning up Arel's Office was becoming a daily task as of late, but the gnomes kept their spirits up as they cleaned with inane chatter. One of them burst out rather suddenly, "It's not true what they say, you know. Lightning does strike twice!"

The gnome mopping the floor turned to look at him, and took special note of the troll-like quality of his white hair, sticking straight up into the air. "I take it you speak from experience?" He asked, only to be met with a confused glance.

"Sorry? Do I know you?"

The second gnome whistled faintly, and got back to work. A few moments later, he was startled by a sudden outburst.

"It's not true what they say, you know. Lightning does strike twice!"

"Hi, My Name Is..."

Name: Yildirim Ignatius Svarog
Nicknames: He tends to choose to go by his passed down middle name, Ignatius, on the account that hearing Yildirim just makes him think he's in trouble...

Plus, 'Yildirim' is really hard to say while still sounding cool.
Gender: Male
Age: He's approximately 18.

Faction: Ghost
Race: Lightning Elemental -- Based on the fear of getting struck down by lightning--or perhaps just the fear of lightning itself, Lightning Elementals are able to harness the element of lightning for their own usage. They can be good conductors, too?

Natural Ability:
(Y1) Lightning Aura - Ignatius has the ability to charge up his immediate surroundings with a little bit of electricity. While this does not necessarily bother him, it may make people not used to it feel like they just rubbed their feet on a rug!
(Y2) Conductor - Lightning Elementals never need an outlet! They can actually power things using their own abilities, channeling power into items to keep them running so long as they are nearby.
(Y3) Zip - Ignatius can move and run lightning fast, like electricity through a wire.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Ignatius has a tendency to charge in head first and think about the consequences of such later. This lack of acknowledgement of the dangers around him was something that worried his parents, not really wanting to hear about their son managing to dissipate himself someday by doing something incredibly stupid before he had the chance to come into his own within their society.

Sure, Amityville had lost some of its reputation, but Ignatius' parents still knew that if there was any place their son would learn to act a little more responsibly, it would be at Amityville. There were always interesting things happening there...

Like that House Cup! Their son did seem rather interested in that...

FEAR Ability: T3 Gambler's Chance -- Plasma Blast -- Ignatius concentrates on his element, morphing it into one burning hot blast of plasma. (After all, lightning is just plasma!) Because this is burning hot, he will probably a year or two to get better at controlling it before he doesn't end up constantly hurting himself with it...

T2 The Charge -- Chain Lightning -- Ignatius shoots lightning from his hand. It bounces from one person to the next, damaging multiple creeple.

T1 Swift Strikes -- Lightning Volley -- Ignatius sends out balls of lightning in quick succession.

Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Bright, golden or blue.
Hair Colour/Style: To the shoulders, perhaps? Down or up in a mid-head pony...?
Skin Colour: Darker tones would probably would best here to contrast with the various lightning/glowing effects he has.
Clothing Style/Colours: Ignatius tends to move around a lot, so something looser would probably would best for him. T-shirts and track pants or jeans would likely be ideal. His t-shirts often contain symbols or amusing phrases on them.
Extra: I'd really love if he had some glowy freckles, yes. He's also fairly athletic, which should probably influence his general build! He's more square than triangular due to more rounded activities versus gym activities.
References: No actual references, but I do have this inspiration image, which actually sparked the initial idea.

"Tell You More? Sure-- Oh, What's That?"

Energetic - Much like the element Ignatius calls his own, Ignatius isn't exactly short on energy. If some creeple want to go do something, Ignatius is definitely the one to come to. He's got energy in spades. It's a sort of infectious state, a constant cheerful need to go do everything possible that prevades his very existence. This also translates into him being someone who is highly active; he doesn't stay still for very long. A lot of his pursuits involve some level of mobility, and those pursuits tend to be varied on top of that.

Confident - Ignatius has a great deal of confidence in himself and his own abilities. This is not necessarily badly placed--Ignatius is a clever, athletic young man who is certainly rather capable in his own right. It can extend, to some extent, into an egocentric attitude--that he is better than everyone else by ten miles, that is, and nearly no one can dare to touch his abilities--but it is mostly centered on himself moreso than on himself against everyone else. It gives him the attitude that he can conquer anything if he just puts his mind to it, and it keeps his mood from going down terribly often.

Social Dragonfly - This elemental is definitely outwardly focused, energized by the presence of other people to the point where he almost thrives on it. He prefers social situations and functions the best in them, a bit of a social chameleon with how easily he slips in and out of conversations. In general, though, he tends towards the amiable, openly friendly towards anyone he meets and seemingly just wanting to get along with everyone. He tries his best not to come off as overly obnoxious with this, though considering the fact that he's hyperactive, this can still make him hard to tolerate for those who prefer calmer demeanors.

Hyperactive - The problem is, Ignatius could probably do to be just a bit more short on energy. While having so much energy for everything in life is certainly a useful trait, he has too much of it. It's true that he doesn't stay still for very long--he's barely able to stay still for more than a few seconds. Ignatius is constantly fidgeting, looking elsewhere, becoming easily bored with his situations and wanting to do more. He runs at an occasionally breakneck pace that will perhaps get him in trouble--or just so tired he will crash spontaneously--but it mostly translates into a constant, high level of energy. This, note, does not necessarily make him high-strung. For being so hyperactive, he's emotionally rather relaxed.

Reckless - Perhaps it was inevitable with how hyperactive Ignatius is, but he doesn't really ... think before he does much of anything. Occasionally, there will be a voice in his mind telling him that the thing he is about to do might not be a good idea, but his confidence is enough to feed into this idea that he'll be fine no matter what it is he's doing. There's definitely a bit of this that is simple youth--more experience might teach him more caution. will always be a part of him that doesn't understand staying still and strategizing, though. Ignatius understands his situations best in the thick of it, acting first and acknowledging after, though this may not necessarily always work out for the best.

Authority Problems - Ignatius certainly enjoys acting, but he most enjoys improv within his roles. The elemental's ability to follow directions is minimal at best, and he makes following the exception, not the rule; the general rule is that he doesn't listen unless he finds it convenient or if it is put in a way that does not make the other seem like they're in authority over him. It's easy to say he simply doesn't enjoy being bossed around, and something in him bristles any time someone tries. This can result in him not necessarily listening to authority unless it comes across as something that will benefit him as well--for one, not getting detention is probably a good idea. On the flip side of this, he does have a tendency to place himself in the forefront of situations, mostly pushing against leadership of others because, he, himself, has a preference of taking authority in his own right.
