Harley is a very sweet wolf hybrid. She is a mixture of a Siberian Husky and an Arctic Wolf. But when she was born, her coat was different from her brothers and sisters. Her body coat was short and her tail and head both were long. Her father's owner was not sure she would survive in the Arctic so he put her and her siblings up for adoption in a warm place, taking Harley to the pound in Texas and sending the rest to be trained to pull the sleds in Alaska. So Harley was left by herself and she was scared, that is until she met _______, her new owner. She can be shy but is _______'s baby. She is a daddy's girl and loves to snuggle with him whenever he/she has time from work.

Blake is a sniper instructor, usually a strict person, he has a soft spot for Harley. There isn't a time when he won't play with her, he'll even bring her along to work, just as long as she stays out of trouble. Harley seemed a little different when her first saw her, but Blake didn't let that stop him from adopting her, she is like family and nothing can change that.

Harley was in Blake's friend's house, waiting for Blake to pick her up. She didn't like to be home alone so they had made arrangements for her to stay with his friend and his dog when she couldn't go with Blake to work. She was laying with his friend's retired Military dog, Tundra the German Shepherd who thought of Harley as a baby sister, as she waited for Blake to get there. She was being kept busy by Tundra play wrestling with him. He would let her win but he was obviously stronger since she was still a puppy. She loved Tundra and was very sweet towards him and he seemed to love her very much. He was about 5 years old but was retired from having lost his left front leg in an accident when he was three. He wasn't in pain or anything but it was tough at times for him to play like he used to. He could still play but he had to only do what he could. Both dogs were growling playfully and Harley let out a small bark at him and tackled him playfully as she darted back and forth. Blake's friend was watching them on the couch laughing as Tundra played with the wolf hybrid puppy.

Blake had just gotten off work, it had been a long day of training, especially with the number of candidates trying to pass sniper school. Passing through the base's gates, Blake drove off the compound in his truck, heading for his friend's house to pick up Harely. It was about an hour drive, before he stopped in front of the house and got out, knocking on the door.

Harley heard the knock and started to run over to the door barking. Blake's friend, Jordan opened the door and Harley ran right into Blake jumping into his arms, well tried to, as if to say 'Daddy's here!' Then she started to lick his face after she managed to get into his arms making Jordan laugh. "Looks like someone missed you a lot." He said to Blake still laughing as Harley started to cry like only a dog could, whimpering and a sort of yelp. She was acting like she had not seen him in years as she usually did when he came to get her.

"Easy girl, i missed you too," Blake chuckled as Harley licked him, "you didn't destroy Jordan's house did you?" He asked her jokingly, before looking up at his friend. "I would say so, but when doesn't she? So, how are you and Tundra doing? Harley didn't give you any trouble?" Blake asked, as he set her down, then playing with her, by moving his hand around.

"She was a very good girl today. Then again Tundra made sure of that." Jordan said as Harley started to play bite his hand growling playfully as Tundra came over and sat beside of his partner and owner. Harley's tail wagged as fast as it could as she was getting antsy to go home. She started to bite at Blake's legs trying to get him to take her home since she wanted to play with him. She was trained but she was trying to get out all the extra energy plus Tundra got her riled up from play wrestling with her. She had a lot of energy today since she was in a great mood and it was a beautiful day. She got to play outside earlier for a while with Tundra but she still had some balled up energy.

Blake nodded and picked up Harley, "I'm sure he did, but I'm guessing Harley gave him more of a workout than he did her," he scratched between her ears, "thanks for looking after her, we're going to head home now. Harley seems antsy to go, so see you later." Blake told Jordan, as he set Harley down, and then walked out the door, letting Harley jump into the truck, before getting in himself and heading home.

Harley laid on her car blanket beside of Blake before she laid her head on his leg after he sat in the driver's side. Her tail wagged showing she was happy and she was waiting to jump out of the truck and into the house. She was still a puppy and being part wolf and husky, she needed more exercise than some dogs needed. But she could be very sweet and cute. She was laying on her side as they drove home, but when they got there she waited for Blake to open the door before running up to the door panting as she did. Harley was excited to spend time with Blake if he had time. She was used to calming down at bed time but she knew that he was the boss and that he loved her and wanted what was best for her. Once inside she ran over to her favorite blanket that she loved to be wrapped in and picked it up before she went over to Blake with her tail wagging, trying to show him she wanted to snuggle hoping he had no work from home time as she knew it was called.

As he drove home, Blake smiled as Harley placed her head on his leg, which he slowly stroked, occasionally scratching behind her ears. Once they got home, it was no surprise that she quickly jumped from the truck, "Excited to get inside are we?" Blake asked with a smile, unlocking the door and opening it, letting Harley run inside, before closing the door behind him. Blake watched as she ran to her favorite blanket, then back to him, knowing what she wanted, so he nodded and wrapped her in the blanket, and then picked her up. "You're not as small as you used to be, but you're still a pup, a big one at that. Are you hungry Harley?"

Harley snuggled close to Blake but perked her hears when he asked if she was hungry. Harley was a bit spoiled but she knew that Blake loved her no matter what. Then she barked at him telling him she was hungry and wanted to eat. She was wrapped in the blanket and didn't want to move but was really hungry since she had not eaten since he fed her this morning, well except for her treat she had earlier. Harley was a sweet heart and loved Blake very much to the point where she thought of him as her father. She knew this wasn't the case but he was the only real father she ever knew since she was shipped away from her family after she was weened from her mother's milk. She was scared but had latched onto Blake as soon as she saw him. There was something about him that she liked and because of that she wanted to be him.

"Alright, let's get you something to eat, as well as something for myself." Blake carried Harley to the kitchen, where he filled her bowl with food, and then setting her down. Once he did that, he moved around the kitchen, getting his own dinner made; a simple steak and vegetable, Blake wasn't all for the fancy stuff. Blake then sat at the table, eating his own food, while checking his email on his laptop.

Harley ate her food then went over to Blake when she was done. She sat next to him and looked at him, as the smell of the steak was irresistible. She couldn't help but want some as she sat there looking up at him with her begging face. She the licked her lips, wanting some of the steak Blake was eating. She wasn't drooling or anything but she was begging. Harley loved when Blake would share his food since he was a great cook in her eyes. She'd never had raw meat like her mother had before she met her father, but she didn't mind.

Blake looked away from the screen, sensing that he was being watched, so he looked down at Harley, seeing her begging for some of his steak. "Still hungry? Or do you just want me to share with you?" He asked with a soft smile, before cutting off a piece, then holding it out to Harley. Blake then told her, "Don't beg for more, you had your food, plus, I don't know how you will handle meat, so I don't want to make you sick."

Harley's tail wagged as she ate the piece of steak, taking it gently out of Blake's hand, chewing it as best she could, before swallowing it, then licked her lips once she was done, she started to lick the floor where the steak had been before she moved closer to Blake and laid her head on his leg waiting for him to finish eating his food. She knew that she wasn't supposed to beg but his food always tasted better than her's. But then she just sat there wagging her tail as her head was on his leg letting him eat his food in peace.
