Ever faithful and in one of her quiet spells where the words clamored helplessly in her mind, trapped by the soundless cage of a throat that could not process words, Soothsayer was waiting not too far away. She had heard just as much as her brother had seen, but was not the one who could approach. Her moments of lucidity were always silent even though they often lasted longer than his.
She approached silently, hooves barely making a sound. She leaned up, neck stretching forward, to lick her brother's nose clean of blood. She took one glance at the other, irritated, buck, nodded and continued on the path back to where the rest of the family had serendipitously met. Their mother was often away and they saw her very rarely. She came back less for them, Soothsayer knew, than for her father, but she did not begrudge the other doe.
Their father needed her much more than any of the siblings did. They had their own way of coping with their unique abilities and needs. She wondered if the others would be surprised. It was so hard to surprise her that imagining surprising another was difficult.
Ruriska Ahhhhh, finally, I am here. Sorry for taking so long!

Sweetvetch did not move from Sainfoin's side, but he did look over to regard his two farseeing and farhearing siblings as they approached. They seemed as they always did, but it felt as if something was going to happen today, soon. There was movement in the distance behind them and he wondered what had followed his sibling back to their family before turning back to their father, brushing Sainfoin's ear with his nose.
Last Night was, as usual when she happened upon them, watching her family calmly, limbs relaxed and fluid. Her eyes would occasionally go far away as her thoughts danced from one thought to the next, following a progression that led her to conclusions, some foregone and some entirely new. She was hovered close enough to Nose's side that they could feel each other's body heat, but not so close to be touching. Occasionally they'd both turn and their cheeks or noses would touch and it was peaceful.
Only Soothsayer and her brother had any reason to believe that it would soon be otherwise.
Ruriska bleh. even worse post from me. but now we can get the party started.
