[ NOTE: Was given exception for this, given my other enrollment (Spiridon) was posted way before the event and I am retarded and didn't know to post him FOR enrollment then. :/ ]
DEUS EX MACHINA PERSONNEL FORM
The Hunter
Name: Bradley Evans
Nicknames: Brad, Evans, BA
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Category: Death - The "intelligence" operation, in charge of gathering information and maintaining the network of Hunters. They gather the information prior to a mission.
The Weapon
Name: Yzalin
Nicknames: Yza, Short Stack
Type of Weapon: Scythe
Unsummoned Form: Spade shaped earring with a mini scythe blade on the end. It's on his left ear.
Former species of weapon: Blood Dragon
Gender: Female
Brief Background: Yzalin was the 'high bred' daughter that was sent to schools in Halloween as a 'ambasador' to see if the place was suitable for the rest of the clan. She thought, for the lack of a better term, that she owned the place. This inevitably backfire and at some point she was captured and became a scythe weapon. She doesn't remember and if she did, she wouldn't tell Bradley.
Yza was also a tiny, tiny little dragon, barely four feet tall in a humanoid form, and only about seven feet from nose to tail as a dragon. She's quite happy she's a giant scythe (if that's the only thing that makes being a weapon bearable).
Personalities:
- Bradley [ Adventurous, Positive, Yandere, Reckless ]
Bradley's the sort of person who seems incredibly jolly and just always positive about things. He never seems to be down or in some sort of rutt, but always has his gaze ahead of him. He's been told he lifts the mood of the room, just by being around. He's an adventurous sort, as well, and is always going out and seeing the sights and doing things just to do them. A lot of his life before becoming a hunter was spent being outdoorsy and getting into a whole lot of trouble.
On the flipside, Bradley is reckless. He has little care for his own well being, as long as what he's doing is fun. More than once in his life he's tried going against the monsters with nothing but a steel pole. Brad also tends to have a 'flip switch' should you piss him off. He can go from 'oh aren't you wonderful' to 'let me sever your head from your shoulders' without batting an eyelash. The yandere switch is, usually, moderately difficult to trigger with most other hunters. You call his cousins some bad names or try and make their life hell? He'll draw Yza on you. If you're of Halloween or a Horseman, just assume Yza will always be drawn on you.
- Yzalin [ Duty Driven, Cautious, Arrogant, Stubborn ]
Yzalin is not quite Bradley's counter. She's driven by her duty (which in this case means being a weapon and the missions they go on) and rarely likes to deviate from those missions. It quite pisses her off when Bradley just walks the other direction because oooo look at that cliff lets climb it! She's much more cautious than her hunter, preferring to assess the situation before jumping straight in. She's keen on keeping Bradley alive and scream as loud as she can to make him listen to her.
Her way is the only way and she's incredibly stubborn about it. She's also stubborn about most things, like the way to do the mission, the fact Bradley should sleep and not go adventuring, that being on Caelius's badside is not the right path of action, and other sort of things. She is right and he is wrong and by the clutch why can he not see that. Yzalin is incredibly arrogant when it comes to what she thinks is right.
On Authority: Of the pair, Bradley is the more calm when it comes to higher ranks. He's aware of his place and understands that reacting will get him hurt or worse. The 'trigger' switch can flip with authority figures but he keeps it as controlled as possible.
Yzalin on the other hand detests authority and tends to vocalize this loudly. Her stubbornness and her arrogance that she only she is right aggravates this and Bradley is forever happy she can't be heard outside of his head.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? Bradley's always seen the shadows and how they moved. Unlike most children, and one of his second cousins, he didn't fear them. In fact, they excited him. Early on, he developed the idea they were monsters and not just shadows and started trying to fight them. He spent hours chasing after the monsters and trying to beat them over the head (usually ending up in him injured because he'd fall off a boulder or hit himself with his own fake weapon) because it was fun. During his school years, he found he had to ignore the 'friends' he enjoyed so much; 'playing pretend' only lasts so long before they start wondering if something's wrong in the head with the kid.
His middle school and high school years were calm, though the monsters never went away. Bradley attempted college for a few years, though it made more sense to just work and keep an eye on the shadows. There was never a question of not being a hunter. If he could fight the monsters and actually win (and that they weren't just in his head)? Then yeah, he'd do it.
Weapon Ability [ Dragon's Rage ] The Charge When fully charged, his scythe glows blood red. Bradley cocks it behind him and gives it a heafty swing to attack those around him. Only useful in close combat, and can miss if dodged.
