Nevermind. I've heard the whole thing is a scam which is rather believable considering the fact that I can't access the Steam website by clicking the logo at the top. And if you read the copyright claim at the bottom, it states that it is its own service. Don't trust that link. I'm not going to trust it at all because I've heard it hacks your account. You don't need to give your password to get the unique link, but I gather you do to redeem the code and that's how they hack you. Just disregard it. I HIGHLY suggest you don't trust that website.
