How does one cope with spoilers? Someone just showed me a clip of a climatic moment in one of my favorite animes.
What are your tactics for dealing with someone when they ruin an ending, unintentionally and intentionally?

Online I try to avoid it like the plauge, or just be near what I've already seen or I know i'm going to see soon (if it's not to climatic)
Offline only a few people I talk to watch anime, and while we're very close we're really watching different things. If they want to talk to me about something they're watching and I'm not or never will I'll let them tell me about it, but if I do want to watch it then I tell them that I haven't seen it yet so they're not allowed to talk to me about it. Having a close group of friends makes everything a lot easier.
