Armand ended up at a bar. This was odd because he normally didn't drink. It wasn't his thing. He wasn't too into the feeling, and it just made him really sleepy. The most they'd ever give him was some water and a bowl of ok-grade noodles. Shinobi benefits were bullshit. He was hoping for some kind of benefit for serving in village's army, but there was none. Shinobi were just contractors.
Looking around, this was a usual hotspot for shinobi. He knew this because there were as many budding ninja as possible gunning for the corners of the establishment in which they would no doubt try to brood in. There needed to be more...things happening in this village. He wanted projects, a goal...not just...whatever this was. Unfortunately, his low rank would prevent him from doing much of anything for quite a while.
[Timeline] Cecil walked into the bar looking around and spotted a guy who looked like he hated this entire place. It was a good place as any to start he supposed. He walked up to the guy and spoke."You seem like you hate this entire place yet here you are, I'm wondering why. Hey can I get my usual." He talked to the bartender like he was here often and that they were buddies. Then again the only way to ever get anything good was to make friends with the bartender. "You see you just have to make friends and the village becomes a lot more manageable, that and be able to use water jutsu and the rain is no longer a problem too."

Armand turned in his chair to face the newcomer. Did he really give off that vibe? "Sorry...didn't mean to seem like that. Just wondering if this is the right line of work for me is all. The...ninja thing. Village is great, love this place...but it's been slow for work. Don't feel like I'm getting anywhere with anything, you know?~"
With that slight tinge of emotion posed, Armand stuck his face back in the bowl of noodles and slurped loudly. No sense in letting it get cold. "It's hard making friends with other people who wear the headband. Everybody tries to occupy their own little corner of brooding, it seems~"
Cecil sat down and listened and then finally when Armand was done he busted up laughing for a good minute before he quieted back down. "I'm sorry I just couldn't help myself, work is slow huh. Most people would be cheerful with the less work they have to do. I'm out there on recon missions with Jounin all the time and I'm only a Genin. Of course its not easy and I'm not even supposed to get involved in any fights but I do on the rare occasion we have one. What I'm trying to say is that I didn't let my stupid rank hold me back, it took a couple favors and pretty much licking Lady Kyas...forget I said anything. Anyways I got something Genin should never normally do." His drink arrived and he finished it pretty quickly, then sighed.

Armand started to smile. Thank the powers above, somebody that was actually approachable. The last line of his was humorous. Clearly, Armand didn't have much money, but he did what he could do. "Hey barman, give our mutual friend here something that'll fit into my tab~" All the barman would do was laugh, roll with eyes, and slide Cecil a glass of water that would have been free anyway. "Guess we're friends then, hm?"
"I guess I'll take a page out of your book and start throwing myself into the fray. Ain't great at what I do yet...but there's always a scenario where somebody needs something blown up. I guess I'll try to convince Lady Kya to give me something extra...hell, maybe I'll ask for my own unit soon. Stranger things have happened~"

Armand noted the name mentally and would make sure not to forget the face that went with it. "Armand Tikoshi." He listened to the advice Cecil had to give and would take it to heart. "Just convert to a religion and I'll get some favors? Well...I guess there's worse things out there. Not a bad trade off~"
Clearly not enjoying herself, Hana stepped out of the back door of the Rain Drop bar and into the empty alleyway behind the establishment. She took a few deep breaths of the night air. Refreshing wouldn't be the word to describe it, but it was at least better than the stale air inside the bar. The people she worked with at the hospital had insisted that she hang out with them at the bar, and they only grew more insistent when Hana revealed that she'd never been to the bar before.
she summarized her experience in one thought, already beginning to feel the relief of leaving the crowded interior. There were so many chakra signatures and so many drunks. Lots of loud noises. A typical Friday night at the bar. It wasn't all that bad, but Hana didn't find any reason to endure any of it, either.
Outside, it was much quieter. Hana could only feel a couple chakra signatures besides her own nearby. Although, she had to wonder if that was whimpering she was hearing ever since she stepped out into the alley.
Raphael walked around the Raindrop Bar on his mission to route out crime in the village, a mission given to his squad earlier in the day by the Amekage. He looked up and took notice a girl going into a dark alley behind the bar. "Hey, what are you doing back here?" He asked her as he approached her in the alley scanning the surroundings for anything out of the ordinary. "You know, its dangerous out here. The village's borders haven't yet been established and the gate hasn't been completed around the village either. There are gaps everywhere allowing all kinds of crime to sneak through."

Orias actually had no idea how he found the whimpering excuse for a college student. “Please,” the kid begged “I told you I don’t know anything!” His blue-grey eyes were wide with fear and shock. With a sigh of defeat Orias through the kid on his ground to the left deeper into the alley. With piercing golden eyes and a halo of golden lockes he looked at the quivering boy below him. His collar was messed up and his backpack full of books and studying materials was scattered across the floor as they slowly took on a red hue, absorbing the blood pooling from the two corpses. Putting his hand to his forehead Orias sighed “Ok, look I’m a very nice guy so I’ll give you a chance to start over. So tell me your name.” The teenager looked up at him unsure if what he was hearing was right “J-J-J-Jonathan” he managed to stutter while fixing his now broken glasses. “Okay Jonathan, and how do you know these two people,” he gestured to the corpses just inches from behind Jonathan’s back. “They’re…In my Calculus 3 class, at the college I go to.” Orias’s eyes narrowed, “You want me to believe that these two people, in charge of a drug cartel, are college students you just happened to meet and befriend. Then you took liberties to waltz home with them even though they literally ooze danger on a Friday night?” With his glasses firmly on his face, the dark blond hair plastered against his face due to the rain and the scuffle around his mouth and chin made him look like a writer, Jonathan nodded as if his life depended on it….which it actually did. “Yes I swear! I was just in the library and I was doing the homework and they sat down next to me. I helped them on a few problems and what do you know now we study together all the time. I’m a really nice person I don’t want a fight.” He rung his skinny hands together, “I have no idea where they run their operations or anything I swear!”
Either the kid was hopelessly stupid or he had absolutely no street smarts whatsoever. “Welp thanks for the help but….you probably do have to die now can’t have you running off and doing who knows what. Maybe I’ll dismember your bodies afterwards. Post them on stakes in the center of the village, maybe on the Amekage’s office. That ought to get everyone’s attention.” Blood pooled in his hand and elongated outward into a lance. With a kick Jonathan was launched against the wall and the spear grew, pinning both his arms and legs to the wall. “Of course, a quick bite to eat wouldn’t be so bad.” His fangs elongated and he stretched out his mouth when he heard the clatter of footsteps in the alley. Whipping his head to the right he saw a young girl and a guy right behind her. She was a ninja and probably taking the alley as a shortcut after leaving the bar. The probably though was that he was about to feed against a civilian, something Kya had tried to tell him again and again not to do. “Well girl it looks like you just made a mistake. Two ninja fighting two leaders of a drug cartel, both the leaders fall and one ninja left over though with a detreating mental state.” His eyes glowed at the thought of a hunt. “Though of course, if you decided to just forget everything that would also work just as well.”

[Timeline} And of course having Orias watched turned out to be the good choice, because here he was about to kill some civilian and threatening to kill another if she didn't forget what she had saw. "Or maybe Orias you can let the kid go and I'll forget that I saw you trying to eat him, or that you threatened this girl here. Maybe I'll even forget to tell the kage how many rules you've broken already." Cecil dropped down from the bar roof into the alley behind Orias, more then ready to kill him if need be."If you decide to do the stupid thing and not let the kid go well one I will kill you myself, two imagine the consequences it would have for Kya. I personally like Kya unlike you, but the kage wouldn't exactly just leave her alone after her brother just decided to murder someone who was not a target, kages can be so stubborn. Now tell me, are you going to do the intelligent thing?" By this point lightning had formed into Cecil's hand, Chidori as it was. By where Orias was standing it would be impossible to dodge most likely, that and the fact that Cecil was simply faster.

The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
•Bone Strength
Genin: Steel Chuunin: Titanium Special Jounin: Emerald Jounin: Corundum Sannin: Diamond Kage: Hyper Diamond Senpou Kaguya: Unbreakable by physical objects. Only ninjutsu can destroy a Senpou Kaguya's bones. They are even harder than hyper diamond, a level of resistance impossible to categorize.
• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
• Wind: This element gives the clan the ability to use the Flight Transformation as well as makes them lighter by fusing into their whole body. The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. Capable of healing others completely, but after healing someone else they turn to a weakened and smaller state (-2/-2, Transformation techniques strength reduced by 1 rank). Immune to poisons. Healing will passively activate when needed.
• Lightning: This element excites both the muscles and the senses. With acute smell, taste/smell, and sight, along with greater balance, this makes for an excellent tracker. +1 speed
• Ally of Nature Can speak and use wild animals for various tasks. Understands the speech of any non-human species.
• Natures Vanguard Due to the inherent ability to passively absorb natural chakra, Jyuugo members find themselves able to passively regenerate 10 chakra per post.
• Enhanced Survivalist Body After hundreds of years spent in the wilds and also being changed subtly by Nature Energy, the Jyuugo Clan has gained a greater physical prowess than the rest of the world. All jutsu attacks are 1 rank less effective against people with this bloodline, and jutsu 3 ranks lower than them are negated entirely. -

She had felt chakra accumulating into a jutsu and sensed that the caster was a Vladian of novice caliber while the other signature was a simple civilian. Hana's face sharpened into concentrated worry as she tentatively stepped towards the signatures.
She didn't take two steps before she sensed that a third signature was definitely approaching her and a fourth signature was definitely approaching the Vladian's position instead of milling around, minding their own business like the other chakra sources. This aura belonged to a ninja at around the same level as a Vladian. She turned to look before he spoke and her muscles tightened. It was obvious she was on edge and uncertain if this man was a comrade of the violent Vladian she sensed. When she heard his warning, though, she visibly relaxed. She was probably a fool to change opinions so easily, but she trusted that the samurai was speaking the truth.
There was no time, so the only warning Hana gave was a brisk, "This way, please," as she ran the rest of the way down the first long alleyway and into another alley. This one was empty, but right around a corner not far from where she and Ranmori had turned into the second alley, were Orias and his victim.
Hana was seen before she could say anything and Orias got the first word. Then that fourth chakra she had sensed made his appearance and got in the second word. In that span of time, Hana had already processed the entire situation like any good medic, combat-trained or not, was taught to do, . She had been ready to tell Orias to stop hurting the poor kid, but the one she sensed Kaguya and Jyuugo energy from already appeared to have handled that aspect of the situation. Hana had to wonder if she should repeat what he said just to emphasize it. She wanted to. She still felt indignation at this man's toying of the innocent, but she knew better. Thoughts unclouded by anger told her that ganging up on the Vladian would be wrong. She couldn't do it with a good conscience because, after all, he was still a member of Amegakure.
Hana stepped between Cecil and Orias, "Wait. Wait everyone. Hold on," she addressed the ninja with the headgear first, "He hasn't done anything to hurt the civilian yet. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. And you," she turned to speak to the Vladian. There was a pause that, combined with Hana's yet angry eyes made it clear that she was still indignant at his treatment of a noncombatant. However, despite what her expressions continued to show, her words were polite even if they were tinged with anger, "You should let the poor man go. He's just a civilian. I can vouch for that as long as nothing is distorting his chakra signature. If-".
There was a second obvious pause as Hana stopped herself to reconsider what she was going to say next. It was obvious that this man was a Vladian, but still, it might be less awkward if she didn't mention that. She waved off what she was about to say, "Ah. No, never mind that. Just let him go," she moved over to the pinned student, "Please?" and began to try and tug away at the solid blood that was keeping him attached to the wall, "That way, we won't have any need to report you in the first place." Even as Hana made her demands to Orias, her voice had lost its edge of anger. What Orias had done was wrong in her books. She wasn't going to let what he did to the poor civilian go unnoticed, but she had to wonder if maybe he was just really, really thirsty.
Raphael rushed next to Cecil as Hana attempted to mediate the situation. "His name is Orias. I remember you from the Amekage's office. You have a sister here, Lady Kya. That would make you one of us and ask that you stand down." He said as he held within his hand and over the shoulder of Cecil, his Dragon Bow that released thorn vines that wrapped around Raphael's body. He begun to talk to Hana without taking his eyes away from Orias. "What is your name girl, you might want to stand back from those, you don't know what they can do." Raphe said, though neither did he, but it was best to play it safe.
He willed some of the vines to wrap around the spears and pull them from the wall releasing the kid. "Don't try to run kid, you will not escape from us." He said to the youth just released from the wall. "Cecil, would shall we do from here? We were to search out crime throughout the village and due to the corpses in the area something is afoot within the village. It would seem a murder mystery is at hand."

This was not how everything was supposed to go, not at all. He would have been fine with the interference of the girl and the guy that seemed to protect her. The major problem was the self-proclaimed Social-Justice-Warrior of Amegakure, fighting for “equality and protection of all citizens.” In other words, he protected a dream built by bullshit on top of preexisting bullshit and it thoroughly angered him. When the girl moved to grab the spears of blood piercing Jonathan’s clothes, Orias sighed defeated. Some of the people here, were too easily fooled and believed overwhelmingly in the innate goodness that lay dormant within people. Regardless he let the boy go while turning towards the two that stood on the opposite of the corpses and Cecil. Thankfully the boy had somehow remembered his name even though Orias hadn’t given a formal introduction. Keen and observant while not being overwhelmingly rude, traits that were actually quite enjoyable to see and have around him. Contrary was the girl, she seemed to strictly follow the codes of the law and definitions of good; however, she wasn’t a nuisance like somebody in particular. “I will let you know Cecil I haven’t broken any rules. All fights that arose were within the descriptions of ‘self-defense’ in order to protect my own precious life.” Orias placed a hand on his chest, his facial features stretching back to reveal a mock experience of shock and disbelief. ”And Cecil do you have to be so apparent in your feelings? I mean I know I just have a very radiant character and am extremely likable but please enough with the flattery.”
Stepping over the pools of blood and notes Orias went over to Jonathan and grabbed him by the back of his shirt. This gesture wasn’t aggressive but more decisive, protective, so he wouldn’t do anything out of the ordinary. It seems like the guy who had arrived with the girl, controlling the vines, actually had a bit of intelligence by telling the kid not to leave. ”Besides Cecil, if you keep telling me to do the smart thing, that would mean killing the boy.” Orias’s left hand trailed along Jonathan’s shoulder and tenderly touched the bottom part of his chin turning his face towards himself like if he was inspecting a prospective slave before purchase. “I mean, if he is a civilian than ‘oops that was a mistake’ and we make our merry way. If he’s not though, then we could remove a key piece from the group ruling the underground at the moment. Questioning is likely not to work either but do what you please.” Orias gave the boy a shove towards Cecil, maybe he would accidently get skewered by the Chidori in his land by dumb luck. “On a side note, there’s no reason to suspect a murder. It was very unfortunate, but while looking for information those two tried attacking me with weapons, poisoned at that, in order to kill the one ‘causing trouble for their boss.’ I tried my hardest to keep them alive but there was only so much I could do.”
Turning on his heels, Orias turned, hands in pockets and began walking past the girl and boy who he had noticed in the first place. Within an instant Orias took a hold of their chakra signatures using his sensory abilities. While not extreme, it would give him a baseline if he ever ran across them again. Each signature was its own unique petal on the tree of Amegakure, similar but with features that made them their own. Among the group for instance, they were all the same rank. Their chakra signatures were close in size, though physically the difference seemed to shine like a bright light. Stopping he stared at the girl. Of all the people in the group she had seemed to know instantly who, or what, he was. It was the pause that gave it away. Knowing eyes, questioning which information was appropriate to share just like a friend of his back up North. An ability useful in a fight but far more useful in politics, detection, planning, and assassination. Most of the northern people had strong sensory abilities but they couldn’t instantly know somebody’s true nature. She would be interesting, very interesting to have along. Orias gave forth a bright grin and made a half-bow to the girl. “Please Madam, would you mind taking a walk with me?” A hand stretched out, palm up, waiting for her response while hoping it was an affirmative one and not the contrary.
