xxxxxHISTORY
The Hyuuga clan (日向一族, Hyuuga Ichizoku) is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things, and expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

A person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision except for a small blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra (near the back of the neck), which is its only known weakness. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a 2 kilometer radius. making them close range experts.The Byakugan's sight cannot be blocked, unless by some form of chakra obtrusion or barrier.



xxxxxRULES
• They can see every almost everything around them, they cannot see anything underground
• The Neo Byakugan can be obtained at Jounin Rank, you must learn 8 Trigrams: 64, 128, and you must have survived a serious, life-and-death battle.
• The Saishin Byakugan is obtained at S-rank. In order to obtain this level, you must know all of the previous Hyuuga techniques up to this point. You must also perform a 2000-word mission. Usually, this mission entails extreme meditation and training meant to unlock the true power and meaning of your eyes. Once this is complete, you will stand at the pinnacle of power for the Hyuuga clan; one of the true heirs to the legendary bloodline.



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Byakugan: Blind spot near the back of the neck
• Neo (Second Stage): Blind spot behind their neck
• Saishin Byakugan (Third Stage) No longer carries the blind spot.
• Only truly effective at close range. Fast opponents can dodge them, and Ninjutsu-heavy opponents can constantly put them on the defensive.
• The Byakugan's vision can be obstructed by the Ranmaru eyes, except for the final stage.

• Byakugan: Can see 359 degrees around themselves, can see through walls, the only ones who able to use Gentle Fist Taijutsu

• The Hyuuga clan members are more physically diverse than most other Taijutsu users.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• May use one Taijutsu style for free and gain stats, may learn one additional taijutsu style.
• Direct hits on the opponent take away [10] chakra points. When hitting an opponent with Hyuuga techniques, 10% of the usual chakra drain is applied. For example, using the complete 8 Trigrams 64 Palms on an opponent will take 64 points as opposed to 640.

Expel Passive
Hyuuga members have an intense control over their own chakra system, allowing them to expel chakra from any point on their body with a simple thought. This can be enough to break most ropes, and anyone holding onto them may also have the chakra points in their hands closed when the chakra is expelled.

Hakke Kuushou - Eight Divination Signs Air Palm Genin-Rank
Extending chakra from his body, the user will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock his opponent back. It is unknown if this wave can also collapse his target's tenketsu points.

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand Chuunin-rank
Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Byakugan bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou - Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand Jounin-rank
Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Byakugan bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Hakkeshou Kaiten - Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin Academy - Chuunin
Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Byakugan bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. This level of rotation will block all attacks of its rank or lower.

Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Guardian Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand Chuunin-rank
Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, The user uses his/her natural flexibility and his/her precise chakra control to create an absolute defense.

The user will emit chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, he/she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Hakkesho Dai Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palms Great Heavenly Spin) Chuunin Rank
This jutsu is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin.

Hyaku Retsu Sho (One Hundred Violent Palms) Chuunin Rank
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho
This jutsu is the weaker counterpart of Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho, in which the user only does 100 strikes instead of 128.

Hakuro Tenbu (White Haze Dance) Chuunin-rank
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho, Hakkesho Kaiten
This jutsu causes a shining blue light to consume the user's hands. He then attacks the enemy with several powered-up Gentle Fist attacks and finishes off by using the light to blow the enemy away.

Hakke Shō Ranbu (Palm Dance of Divination) Jounin Rank
Requirements: Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho
The user traps the enemy in the zone of eight trigrams and delivers a series of palm attacks from Hakke Rokujuyon Sho to Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho. More skillful users may reach up to Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuichi Shiki. This attack is too fast for the opponent to react to when it connects.

Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Sphere Chuunin-rank through Jounin
Requirements: Palm Rotation
The user strikes the enemy into the air where they performs a large and powerful Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, forcing the enemy into the ground.

Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin Absolute Sannin-rank
Requirements: Great palm Rotation
An orange, larger, and far more powerful version of Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin.

xxxxxUPDATES:
• Can now see underground, but vision is still obstructed by dense chakra formations.
• Obtain five new techniques for this stage of the bloodline.
• Are now capable of copying taijutsu. However, this can only be performed for up to two styles in total. Also makes you deadly at close range, similar to Sharingan perception.
• Sight range increased to 5 kilometers.
• On-hit effect increased from 10 to 15. Retains 10% [2] reductions from before. Damage to chakra has now capped out at a maximum of 200 for any given technique.
• Highly sensitive to genjutsu. Now capable of halting their chakra flow to break illusions, with a two post cooldown between uses.


xxxxxTECHNIQUES

Ougi: Hyuuga Kusokuna (Ultimate Technique: Rapid Fists) (Chuunin-rank, passive once learned)
Once this technique is learned, the Hyuuga is able to strike twice in the time it would normally take for them to strike once. For B-rank chakra usage, they can increase this value to three for a post if they wish. However, this has a one post cooldown.

Shuchu Boei (Focused Burst) E-SS Rank
From any point on their body, a user of this technique is able to generate a concentrated burst of chakra. This is capable of knocking opponents--and all attacks of similar rank--away from the user. This effect increases exponentially with rank, as does the size of the generated burst. This can be used offensively and defensively--a sudden burst of chakra can propel the Hyuuga forward faster then they could normally move, or that sudden burst of chakra behind their elbow could turn that strike into a much more powerful attack. Really, the creativity is limited only by the user's imagination. The generated bursts of chakra possess enough power to knock away opposing ninja, but the chakra is not focused enough to disorient them.

Genjutsu: Akai Shinkirou (Red Mirage) Jounin-rank
After making physical contact with their opponent, the Hyuuga is able to cast the only genjutsu in their arsenal; Red Mirage. One post after contact is made--during the user's next post--the opponent's vision will begin to be clouded by a foggy haze. At this point, the opponent that they're seeing is a mirage. Completely manipulated by the genjutsu. One thing that is particularly...strange about this Genjutsu is that it cannot be broken by Genjutsu: Kai. Because the Hyuuga inserted their chakra directly into the opponent's system, this makes it incredibly hard to break, meaning that physical pain is a requirement to do so.

The illusion is at its maximum power when the user is at least ten feet away from the opponent. Once they get within this range, the illusion begins to weaken. The illusion will break when the user is within five feet of the opponent, as the mirage can only remain when seen from a distance. Otherwise, the illusion will last for five posts before contact must be made again.

Asai Kuyashi (Crushing Air Palm) Jounin-rank
A more powerful version of the first stage's technique. An incredibly powerful bullet of chakra--about the size of Gamabunta's Liquid Bullets--erupts from the user's palm with use of chakra. Opponents of Jounin-rank or lower will find it incredibly difficult to block, and the technique is capable of clearing even the thickest trees with relative ease.

Ougi: 16 Trigrams 256 Palms S-rank
One of the most powerful techniques in the Hyuuga's Arsenal. If an opponent is within 15 feet of the user, they are able to use this technique. The 16 trigrams formation will appear, and the user will lunge towards their opponent with extreme ferocity. If the opponent is caught within the first palm strike, their body will feel like it was held down by one ton weights, making it incredibly difficult to dodge the rest of the combo. Any opponent that takes the brunt of this attack will suffer a tremendous amount of damage. Their body will be tattered and broken, and their strength will be next to none. It's ultimately retreat, or die. This attack may only be attempted once per battle.

• Sight range increased to 10km, and the Saishin Byakugan's sight can no longer be obstructed.
• On-hit chakra damage now increased to 25. Reductions from before still remain. 10% = 3. Chakra damage has now capped at a maximum of 300 for any given technique.
• Obtain four new techniques, Including the clan's awakening jutsu, Jiyunaru.
• Ability to detect Genjutsu heightened even further; the clan member is now incredibly sensitive to Genjutsu, and can detect most illusions immediately.


xxxxxTECHNIQUES

Shihai Tekina (Dominating Hands) Jounin-rank
After spending the chakra, two large, ethereal arms will form at the side of the hyuuga clan member. These hands can either mimic the movements of the user's hands, or be freely manipulated. They take whatever color the user's chakra is, and when it comes to size...they're about ten feet long, and seven feet wide. They're large enough to dwarf most other chakra hand techniques, making it very disadvantageous to fight a Hyuuga at close range if they know this skill. The hands are durable enough to block one Jounin-ranked attack before fading, and attacks of lower ranking shave one post off the jutsu's duration. Without any complications, this jutsu will last for three posts before chakra must be spent again.

Kaimetsu kuki-yashi (Demoralizing Air Palm S-rank
The most powerful 'air palm' technique in the Hyuuga's arsenal. After the chakra is applied, the Hyuuga is able to let loose a devastatingly powerful burst of chakra from their palm, one that is significantly larger than the liquid bullet. The technique is strong enough to clear stretches of forest in its wake, and shinobi hit by the brunt force of this technique usually aren't walking very well afterwards.s

Jiyunaru (Balance) S-rank
Arguably the 'sage mode' of the Hyuuga. One post after chakra is applied, the user will being to see white lines appear across their body. The form they take is up to the will of the user. From there, a chakra outline will coat their body; what appears to be the visage of a peaceful monk will reveal itself over their body, reaching up to ten feet tall. This monk has a total of six chakra arms, making it an incredibly formidable opponent at close range. The Monk visage decreases the power of incoming techniques by one rank, and is capable of withstanding up to one S+-ranked attack before fading. This technique lasts for five posts, with a six post cooldown between uses.

Ougi: 8 Trigrams 361 Palms SS-rank
The final--and arguably the most powerful--technique in the Hyuuga Clan's arsenal. After getting within ten feet of their opponent, the eight trigrams symbol will appear. The initial lunge of the technique is ferocious, with the user receiving an additional +1 to their speed that extends past the cap(for the single lunge only). The first strike is so fast that it leaves an afterimage in the user's wake, making it an incredibly hard attack to dodge if the opponent isn't prepared. If the first strike hits its mark--a Master Stroke to the heart--the opponent's feet will be locked in place, leaving them almost completely helpless to the ensuing punishment. Their body will be almost completely ripped apart with the sheer force and power of the Hyuuga's palm strikes. If any opponent takes the complete brunt of this attack--unless they have some sort of bodily defense, like the Kaguya--they will die almost without question. Even for a member of the Kaguya or similar bloodline, the chakra damage will scale up to 350, leaving them with almost nothing to fight back with. This skill may only be attempted once per battle.

• RPCs that want to obtain the third stage of this bloodline may not have a Dojutsu implant. The eyes of the Hyuuga are pure, untouched; any tainting will prevent them from unlocking the full power of the bloodline. Implanted eyes may only reach the third stage with a 3000-word mission, and may not use Jiyunaru or the 361 Palms. They do not obtain the stat bonuses of the Hyuuga upon doing so.

The Abilities Continued here are odd. The users can use their amazing sensing abilities to tell where chakra signals are coming from. Easily spotting enemies and allies alike. With this bloodline it is nearly impossible to hide. As well for the fact that a blind man with this bloodline can find someone better than a man with sight. Also their bodies and chakra have a strange healing factor making them natural medical shinobi. However even if they’re not a medical shinobi this bloodline still allows anyone who bites into them and suck's there Chakra to be healed.

• Body Sensors can detect the demons inside of people instantly.
• Can sense how much chakra someone has, their bloodlines, any chakra enhanced gear, etc. Basically, you can instantly learn your enemies strengths and weaknesses.
• Body Sensors can discover the hidden weaknesses of bloodlines.
• You can find stealth-based enemies, even when they use chakra stealth.
• Can sense the slight variations in chakra caused by Genjutsu.

This jutsu is one of mystery and legend. Through their unmatched ability to sense chakra and their natural healing abilities, bloodline members can re-attach the soul of someone who has recently died, bringing them back from the dead. The amount of chakra used affects how much power the dead person returns with. This only works on those who have recently died (~1 minute)
      C Rank revives someone and gives them 1CP/ They are on the verge of death, but alive once more
      B Rank- 20CP/ Near death and unconscious
      A Rank - 30CP/ Still near death but has regained consciousness
      S Rank - 35CP/ No longer near death but still very weak
      SS Rank - 50CP/ Can possible get up and fight if they need too


Pulse Radar D-Rank
This jutsu allows the user to send a Pulse through the ground and Sense any placements on the ground. If an enemy nin is in the ground or partially sunk into the ground, the pulse travels through them causing incredible pain.

Aerial Radar Pulse C-Rank
Sends a Pulse into the sky and Tracks anything around fro 1 square mile. Doesn't always detect high Chakra levels. Enemy nin in the sky that are caught by the pulse feel a massive amount of pain and can potentially be knocked out of the sky.

Sphere Pulse B-Rank
Sends a Sphere Shaped Pulse Out and repeats a few times Finding anything within a 3 square mile radius also detecting chakra signals. If they are found, it can also Cancel Genjutsu over the entire area, potentially having the power to free an entire hidden village from a massive genjutsu.

Ultimate Pulse A-Rank
Sends a strange invisible Pulse in a sphere shape which can cause minor nerve damage (-1/-1 (only once not stackable)) Also detects chakra signals, demon presences, and hidden chakra signals.

The owner of this strange blood-line trait has become naturally adept at the use of being a sensor, as they naturally hold a good sense of direction, able to find concealed opponents, and all objects with the slightest hint of chakra with a large scale... This form is for those who are truly one with the ability, and use it extremely often, to the point of natural use in any situation... The history of the start of the blood-line, and its origins are slightly hinted at as its easier for the user to feel and sense jinchuuriki, and demons... Those few who obtain this stage, or even know if its existence, are usually gifted with a full knowledge of the blood-line's history. [Meaning this is a hidden kekkei genkai; you can learn of it at Jounin rank]

xxxxxStrengths
• Able To Find hidden enemies before, but now can find anything with a chakra/life presence.. even items and weapons with stored sources
• A reversed effect of the former healing ability... The user can bite a comrade, and while there teeth are sunk in, there body's will sync and a healing process will begin. A persons wounds will close up, and their stamina and chakra supply will completely regenerate, switching their state with the user of this technique, meaning the user is fatigued, unless powerful enough to sustain this or gets off the comrade.
• In addition to healing, a user can also drain the chakra of another by holding onto them. The rate is 10 CP a post that the user stays in contact with a source. They can also use it to drain weapons and items of chakra is they are present.
      • The exchange for healing is 100/75; if you heal an ally for 100 chakra, you lose 75. If you heal an an ally's health from death to full, you will be at a stage of near-death.
      • The exchange for draining is 100/60; If you drain 100, you get 60.
      • Chakra can only be exchanged at a rate of 20CP per post.

• User is Adept at Sensing Chakra, and calls them by color due to element.. Color Scheme follows that of the guild, to the exception of Seals and 'Infused Items', which appear grey or white.
• The user has become advanced enough to literally see extra sources of chakra, separating them in their view like a visor or pair of glasses was put on... they can see all supernatural/spiritual presence or other hidden things
• Enhanced Range... The User's Sensing Ability is DRASTICALLY altered when used at its full potential, able to sense any individual within 3km perfectly.


xxxxxTechniques

Chakra Body Depletion Passive
The user grabs, bites, grapples with their target, latching onto them firmly. Then using the healing property of the user's chakra, the user will slowly 'Give' the object or person their own chakra supply and healthy nature. They can also 'Take' chakra from objects, people, demons, etc. as well. Chakra Supply wise, they can increase a person's stamina and renew their battle fatigue at the same time. If this used on broken, or dulled weapons, it can almost completely rejuvenate them, as long as a seal or Infusing Material is present... See Strengths for exact conversion info.

Pulse Visor Passive
The user constantly pumps a steady flow of chakra through their points. The general flow will eventually put the user into a trance-like state, and their vision will become a different color, depending on their own chakra type and color... The user can see concealed opponents, due to there body's showing up as a Chakra Point Structure.. without the points targeted... It can be flicked on and off when necessary, and used without hand signs.. while moving. [Would depend on skill with the blood-line really.. However.. if you made it to the second stage, that's proof enough you can do this]

Radar Expansion B-Rank
The user sets their right hand palm on the ground, and says the jutsu name... A visible pulse, the color of there chakra, will spread in a 360 degree circle, about fifty meters around the user.. The move, if caught in, causes a constant ringing in the ear, high pitched and extremely annoying. The attack does not, however, do any real damage, but paralyzes the target for a few seconds. [One Post] [Only reaches two feet off the ground, unless enhanced or upgraded.. five feet per upgrade..]

Chakra Pulse A-Rank
One of the few offensive jutsu usable by this bloodline. The Shinobi holds up their hand and emits a spherical pulse of chakra that shoots out roughly 20 feet. This can disrupt jutsu, and if it strikes an enemy ninja, can cause mild paralysis for the rest of that post and reduces their speed by 2 for the next 3 posts. During this time, the enemy will also find it very difficult to gather chakra due to the damage the pulse caused as it passed through their chakra network.

Chakra Suppression Spheres A-Rank
More of a chakra leeching technique, this jutsu create spheres in sets of 5 that can be controlled independently by the shinobi. Impact with an enemy causes them to lose 10CP per hit, and in turn, gives the user of this jutsu 5CP back, potentially allowing them to gain 25CP if all 5 orbs hit. Up to 20 can be created in one post.

Ancient Chakra Pulse S-Rank
A super powered version of Chakra Pulse, this one does not send out just a simple pulse, but emits a constant pulsating beam that can be concentrated on a single point. The enemy ninja stuck by this will still experience paralysis for one post as well as a -2 speed reduction for 4 posts. They will also find that they cannot use any jutsu beyond A rank for 2 posts after being hit. Any attempt to use an S rank or higher will result in the chakra being lost, not refunded.

Ancient Chakra Locator's Pulse S-Rank
The user performs an array of hand-signs, before sending out massive, visible, pulses that seem to 'Ride' over the 'Spaces' between the User and the Special Tags the jutsu requires... A tag, within 25 Kilometers, can be easily located by the jutsu.. The real effect, however, is the stream of pulses that quickly release from the tags, once synced with the user... The tags each have a one kilometer range, and are large, like scrolls... There only use is to give the EXACT location of a demon.. then attach itself to them. The scrolls quickly leech onto a demon, and meld with their chakra pulses, blending in with the skin as the Kanji for 'Location' is spell out... The user can track the demon as if it were two feet in front of them and followed a trail of Pulses... Only seven tags can be placed at once, and when placed together are more durable against being destroyed by the demon's release or something of the sort... The users mind is almost like an over-view, or map, and they get a visual picture of the location, and directions in-mind...

Infestation SS-Rank
Using their extreme control over chakra and their ability to give and take chakra, the shinobi will grab onto an enemy, but instead of taking chakra, will give 'infected' chakra, pumping it into their veins. This chakra acts like a poison, attacking and destroying the enemies chakra network from the inside out. This immediately causes a series of issues. First, the enemy ninja will begin to 'leak' chakra through their damaged points at a rate of 5CP per post. Second, they will find that to use jutsu, they need to use more chakra than normal, increasing the cost of all jutsu by 10CP. This lasts until the ninja is healed otherwise it will drain them down to 1CP and keep them there. Continued applications increase the rate of loss and cost by the following rate: 2/5 per additional stack.

The Yuki clan (雪一族, Yuki Ichizoku) lived in the Land of Water. Some time ago, the country was in the midst of a civil war. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people, causing wide-spread persecutions against those with kekkei genkai. Because of this, the Yuki clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei genkai went into hiding.

Ice Release (氷遁, Hyōton; Viz "Haku's Secret Arts of Water", English TV "Ice Style") is the advanced nature kekkei genkai of the Yuki clan, and allows the users to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice which they can manipulate through willpower alone. The ice Haku created was resistant to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with Sasuke's flames. Using his special ability, Haku developed the Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, which allowed him to create any number of floating mirrors made of ice to use as a shield or trap an opponent.

Description: The very foundation upon which all Hyoton is based upon. By using chakra to manipulate water and wind, a hyoton user is able to freeze an available water source which can then be used for Ice or Snow based Ninjutsu. Hyoton users are able to use this ability to freeze moisture found within the enviroment in order to create ice in any situation as long as moisture is present. This jutsu is required for the rest of the techniques in this tree.

Ice Manipulation: Barrier E-S
Description: By quickly creating an ice barrier out of the moisture in the air or by nearby water, the user is capable of defending against jutsus its rank and below. Katon jutsus must be two ranks higher to destroy. This manipulation is almost instant, taking very little time to form to protect the user.

Reinigiri [Zero Grip] E
Description: By forcing chakra onto the their feet, the shinobi is able to walk atop of snow with ease and move around on Ice with no problem whatsoever. This jutsu is mandatory for most shinobi as it allows them to be a master of their element and enviroment.

Koori Waku No Jutsu [Ice Slide Technique] D
Description: A usefull technique for dodging or manuevering around upon the battlefield. As long as their is a small amount of water located near or around the users feet they are able to force chakra through their feet and instantly freeze the moisture and use it as a slide of sorts. This technique makes the water stretch out and create ice for the user to slide upon as long as their is sufficient amount of moisture. This jutsu can be used to avoid oncoming techniques and attacks, or just for moving quicker than one is normally able to run. +1 to Speed while using this skill.

Shikki Kansei No Jutsu [Moisture Trap Technique] D
Description: A jutsu that can be used in a variety of situations. By manipulating some sort of moisture [Whether that be spit, water, etc] by focusing chakra into it before it is thrown, the user is able to make the moisture freeze upon contact with human skin. This jutsu is mostly used to trap an opponent or his body parts in a shell of ice. The ice can be broken by most regular means but can be very annoying to deal with when multiple portions of the opponent are frozen.

Retsu Kaze No Jutsu [Cold Breeze Technique] D
Description: By using a source of water and throwing it into the air [or just the moisture in the air itself if Chuunin/Jounin] the user is able to force the moisture to spin around and form a very cold and harsh breeze to swirl around the user, extending forth from the user for about twenty feet. This wind seems to bite the skin and if one is not used to a very cold climate, they could find themselves in trouble. The particles of ice within the air also tear at exposed skin, causing minor cuts.

Hyouga Bunshin No Jutsu [Glacier Bunshin Technique] D
Description: A clone formed entirely out of ice. This bunshin is formed of compacted and very dense ice. The result of the compact ice is a clone that is very hard to destroy and is fully capable of combat, being able to use a single chuunin ranked jutsu. Where most clones are only able to take one or two hits, the Hyouga bunshin is able to withstand multiple blows, with the ice chipping away as each attack lands. This bunshin resists up to B Rank Katon jutsus.

Koorikoku [Ice Carving] D
Description: Forcing chakra into ice the user is able to carve the ice into any item they can think of making. The only restriction of this jutsu is that they must have an equal amount of ice in order to carve out the item/weapon they wish to create.

Hyouga Kassha No Jutsu [Glacier Block Technique] C
Description: By freezing a moderate amount of ice the user is able to create a ten foot tall and ten feet wide block of ice. The block by itself is very hard and can withstand various attacks. By using the small amount of wet ice near the bottom of the block the user is able to move the block towards the enemy or position it so that it can withstand a fair amount of damage.

Hyougatama [Ice Sphere] C
Description: By placing a moderate amount of water between their hands, the user begins to condense the water into a super cooled state while it still remains as a liquid. This ball can then be thrown by utilizing chakra and should it strike the opponent he or she would be entirely encased in a hard layer of ice. It should be noted that if the opponent is not freed quickly enough then he would pass out from lack of oxygen.

Hyougai no Jutsu (Frozen Armor) C
Description: By covering their entire body in moisture the user is able to freeze this moisture to the point where it becomes extremely hard but somewhat flexible armor. This armor can withstand up to three attacks that are Genin level and only one Chuunin level attack. While the body looks encased in hard ice, the user is able to move around and perform feats like he would normally be able too regardless of how the ice looks.

Koori Tsubame No Jutsu [Ice Swallow Technique] C
Description: By manipulating the moisture in the atmosphere the user is able to form a rather large group of sharpened kunai shaped icicles. These icicles can be aimed in a general direction and are able to curve around some obstacles like trees and buildings. Once the direction has been decided and these projectiles are sent they are unable to be stopped and may only curve around something once. If these projectiles hit an opponent they will create a patch of ice upon the point of contact, freezing a limb in place if struck in the right area.

Hisame [Hail] C
Description: A very deadly jutsu that involves manipulating the atmosphere above an opponent. Unknown to the target, moisture above them begins to form into somewhat large and sharp spears. These spears then descend down upon the opponent in a large hail of sharpened ice weaponry.

Akakoori [Red Ice] C
Description: A useful jutsu for when a shinobi has been infected with a certain type of poison or other chemical substance. By creating a somewhat small wound upon their hand, the user is able to force moisture into his bloodstream which then finds its way towards the desired poison or substance and begins to drain it out in the form of a red icicle about the size of a senbon needle. This needle contains all of the poison that was within the user and can be used as a syringe of sorts to inject into another foe or just to keep.

Hyougakage [Glacier Shadow] A
Description: Starting out behind the feet of the user, two streams of ice begin to spread out from behind the user and then head towards the target. These streams act similar to Kagemane and move fairly fast. Once these streams reach a target two large hands grab onto the target and from then on the ice spreads up the opponents entire body, encasing him in ice. This ice is hardened to a nearly unbreakable level. This technique is usually used before a finishing blow.

Hyouga Boufuu No Jutsu [Glacier Storm] A
Description: By focusing a fair amount of chakra into the atmosphere while beginning the spin ones body, the user is able to create an extremely large blizzard in the remote area. This blizzard spans for about thirty meters and turns the visible conditions into nothing but a haze. In addition to this, anyone caught within the jutsu will suffer severe slashes as the ice particles in the air are about the size of senbon. Combined with the rapid spinning of the wind, this can shred into skin fairly easily. The user is protected from these effects by being in the middle of the storm itself.

Kaizen Hyougai No Jutsu [Improved Glacier Armor] A
Description: By covering their entire body in moisture the user is able to freeze this moisture to the point where it becomes extremely hard but somewhat flexible armor. This improved version of the Glacier Armor allows the user to withstand up to three jutsus of its rank and one jutsu of a rank higher. While the body looks encased in hard ice, the user is able to move around and perform feats like he would normally be able too regardless of how the ice looks. This armor lasts for two posts.

Touketsu Ijin [Frozen Devil] A
Description: A jutsu that requires a moderate amount of chakra and is a variation on a bunshin technique. By forcing chakra into ice, a large demon comparable to the size of a large Snake summon emerges forth from the element of choice. This large demon is very intimidating looking and is a very hard foe to defeat, only succumbing to S Rank level techniques. When defeated the large devil will explode with the force of an exploding tag while sending shards of sharp ice in all directions as it leaves this mortal coil.

Hyougadangan [Glacier Shot] A
Description: A very deadly jutsu that was invented by the most recent Hyougakage. This jutsu can only be used twice per thread and has been forbidden to use against anyone but an intended target or enemy. Never a sparring opponent or anything similar. By focusing pressure and ice together, two orbs of supercooled water are formed near the users head and are shot towards a target with extreme force. These jets of water have the brute force similar to a Decaying Fist user and are able to cut through Rock and steel with ease. These streams cannot change direction once they are fired and if they make contact with the opponent without killing him, the supercooled water freezes instantly trapping the opponent in an unbreakable cocoon of ice.

Makyou Hyoushou (Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors) A
Description: The user can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. The user can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. If the mirror the user is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The mirrors are able to resist fire techniques almost completely. For every turn that the mirrors are used, subtract 10 chakra points.

[Freezing Wind] A
Description: After performing the needed hand signs the user inhales the moisture in the air.They then exhale Creating a white cloud surrounding 100 feet in front of the user. The cloud contains bits of ice and water. If the victim is trapped in the cloud the bits of ice will latch on to them making it hard to move. When the bit of ice have hit the opponent the user snaps his fingers creating a flash freeze with in the cloud. When the cloud disappears the area is a frozen wasteland. The victim can not break out of the ice seeing as the are in a hibernative state making it the perfect jutsu for retrieval missions.

Reinami [Zero Wave] S
Description: This jutsu that requires a large water source. By supercooling water to the point where it can freeze nearly anything it touches, the shinobi gets behind the source of water he intends to create and sends forth a giant tsunami of supercooled water towards whatever he intends to attack. The wave causes great destruction, such a level that it could easily defeat an entire army of shinobi. When the wave finally crashes down it instantly freezes into a giant lake of ice, trapping anything and everything caught up within it beneath the ice.

Raikou Koori No Jutsu [Lightning Ice Technique] S
Description: Forming a highly intensified ball of water infront of their hand, the Snow-nin begins to compact the ice into a perfectly formed icicle about the length of a kunai. When the kunai is formed the supercooled water behind it releases all of its pressure behind the kunai sending it at a speed so fast that it cannot be seen. The result of this pressure being released is a loud sonic boom. This kunai can travel for about four miles before it is stopped completely and cannot be redirected once fired. Needless to say that anything caught in it's path will be most unfortunate.

Reido Bunshin [Zero Clone] S
Description: The ultimate clone technique. Power, finesse and chakra control are focused into this ultimate fighting clone. The clone is not solid anywhere but the very exterior of itself. This clone has a pool of 40 chakra and is capable of using all of the users jutsus. The plus side to this clone is that if anything touches the clone it will be frozen immediately due to the supercooled water it is created from.

Makyō Hyō Satsu (Demonic Mirror Ice Murder) SS
Description: After the victim is trapped in the user's Demonic Ice Mirrors, the mirrors will explode, damaging all inside while the user, using his speed to get away at the last instant, remains safely outside of the blast. The explosion is leveled S rank but does not affect anyone outside the mirrors. Also note that shards of the mirrors are spread throughout the entire battlefield. This can be used on other ice jutsu, but is much better with the demonic crystal ice mirrors.

This Kekkai Genkai has just recently shown itself among the villages. It is known to be only in the Konan family.This bloodline gives the user control of paper. They can shift, move, and control the shape and density of paper. This does become stronger over time, training, and rank. Children, usually genin and academy students can only make small things using the paper, such as shuriken ,or knives as sharp as razors. Full adults such as chunin or jounin can disperse themselves into paper,or turn themselves into paper butterflies to escape battle.They also can use bomb tags.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan can turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. She is also capable of hovering while in her paper form.

In this form, however, she is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick. She is however not weak against water to the same extent, as seen when Pain washed the oil off her with the Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave technique, her use of paper in her village Amegakure where it always rains, and later in her battle against Tobi where she divided a lake with her paper. This is shown again later in the anime, as Konan uses water to her advantage, soaking her paper body in water so that flames and heat would not burn her.

Through Kumitate the user folds paper into pure white butterflies. These butterflies are best use for tracking,though in a minor variation of the technique the butterflies crumple further into paper Shuriken.Which are as sharp as any standard Shuriken.The butterflies are able to change directional the users whim,yet one they are formed into their shuriken versions they gain speed and lose maneuverability.

The user forms a well-sized bird or animal out of solid paper. Upon the will of the user, the animal will explode releasing needles, kunai, or shurikin made out of formed paper. The weapons can be made out of normal paper or exploding tags. Used as an attack or quick escape method. The blast radius depends on the size and amount of chakra put into the creature. It can also be left behind as a trap but this use requires a larger amount of chakra if you wish it to be an effective means of hindering an opponent long enough for you to gain more ground in fleeing.

Using Kumitate the paper butterlies will be made of exploding tags.In which the butterflies will be able to explode at the users whim.Making them great for assassination attempts.

The Origami user manipulates paper into their backs ( harmlessly) and creates massive wings allowing for long flights, the wings are strong and durable, they are also razor sharp, strong enough to even cut through some trees


Paper Creation D - SS
The Origami user is fluent in the control of paper and the manipulation of atoms themselves, to an extent. The innervate can fly freely through the air, completely made of resistant paper. It scales with chakra, growing stronger and faster with more energy pumped in. It has the astonishing ability to turn inorganic objects into paper at S rank or higher.

xxxxxHISTORY/DESCRIPTION


Ranmaru has a kekkei genkai ability similar to the Byakugan. It includes penetrating vision, disrupting eye-based kekkei genkai, and a unique chakra particle extension. He had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world and perform Genjutsu that can fool even the Byakugan. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuga trait. Ranmaru's vision is also able to locate and track others by sensing chakra, pick up chakra from long distances, and notice changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many of them are present.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers not unlike the Sharingan, meaning Ranmaru can comprehend any details he sees to predict the opponent's next move. This ability contributed mainly to Raiga being so formidable in battle and becoming one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. He can also see one's life force, allowing him to determine that Raiga, who had recently fallen in battle, was still alive,and he was able to transfer part of his own life force to Raiga. When activated, Ranmaru's eyes momentarily glow red.

Description: A genjutsu that involves the eyes. If the user's opponent looks at the user's eyes, he or she will be casted into a genjutsu without even knowing it, unless he or she could tell when they are in one. This genjutsu can only be described as living hell. After looking into the users eyes the surrounding area disappears and a fiery dark land that never ends forms around them, In this genjutsu the user can attack the enemy in anyway. Though, a mastered Ranmaru User that has not enough chakra can pass out, only required for those of Jounin and higher. This genjutsu cannot be Kai'd out of.

Bounshi Sepuku (Eye Concealment) A-Rank
Description: Using this the user can conceal their chakra and body, but as soon as the user attacks they are visible again. The user can NOT attack in this form. Could be used for stealth missions.

Kyounkan Ritsuzen (Assassin's Horror) A-Rank
Description: An eye technique. Also, a Genjutsu. Once the user looks into the enemies eyes with the Blood Red Eye time slows down for that enemy it seems as though you are moving at a high speed, or the enemy has been slowed down. This genjutsu cannot be Kai'd out of.

Once a Ranmaru wielder reaches Jounin rank, their eyes awaken a second stage; the red in their eyes seems to flare to life, making overexaggerated dramatic effects like swirling or even looking as if energy were leaping out from their iris. Beyond the aesthetics, they gain the strengths listed above for stage two.

Ikatsu [ Threatening ] Academy
A basic Ranton ability in which the user will slap an object and have a thunder sound emit from that spot. The noise is loud enough to overlap most other sounds for a brief moment. If used offensively, a slap directly to the opponent can cause temporary deafness.

Saegiritte [ Interrupting] Genin

Using one's hands as if they're using a slingshot, the user will pull back one hand and let loose. Three to five small white clouds will shoot towards the target in a straight line. Upon impact, the projectiles will stick and roll about the target as if an adhesive fluid. After setting for a short amount of time (1 post), the clouds will expand roughly two-fold, rendering the target a bit more susceptible to electricity, in addition to having some movement complications.
• Each cloud sticks for one post, Meaning the post after they have set is the post that is stuck to the opponent.

Kumorizora [ Gathering Clouds ] Genin
A basic Ranton ability in which the user forces the clouds above him/her to gather so thick that they will completely eliminate any chance of rays of light from touching the ground. Gathering Clouds can also be used with Amagumo to cause rain over an entire area.

Kumogatta [ Cloud Formations ] Genin
A basic Ranton ability in which the user will create a human sized gray cloud, in any shape they desire, and push it off to drift for a little while (2 posts). Anyone or thing that comes into contact with this cloud will feel a moderate shock so long as they are within it.

Hikari no Kekkai [ Light's Barrier ] Chuunin
After the needed handsigns are performed, a plate of fuzzy light appears upon the user's chest. This light will strike down light to medium projectiles, and is capable of protecting against explosives by quickly shelling over the entire body.

Amagumo [ Rain Clouds ] Chuunin
This technique condenses moisture in the air to form an overcast sky. It should be noted that this technique does not cover much area, and after being performed it still takes roughly four [4] posts before the clouds form and break open. ( Only takes two [2] posts, if clouds are already present. )

Kumoritte [ Becoming Cloudy ] Chuunin
Stretching both hands outward, the user releases a continual mass of nearly pitch black clouds which almost utterly demolish visibility. This string of black clouds will continue for as long as the user's hands are outstretched, expanding at roughly 10 yards per post.
• Badly affected by the wind.

Reizaa Saakasu [ Laser Circus ] Chuunin
Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. The user is also able to bend these beams toward their target in order to deliver pinpoint strikes.
Each beam costs [5] chakra to form, and can be bent freely. They are all considered as separate techniques.

Kumo no Fukushuu [ Arachnid's Revenge] Chuunin
Similar to [ Kumoritte, ] the user will release a string of black clouds from their hands at roughly 10 yards per post. However, unlike Kumoritte which is merely used to disable visibility, these black clouds hold a creeping secret. Within the darkness lurks hundreds of tiny "thunder legs;" chakra created creatures which give off a small amount of light and emit an electric charge from each of their eight legs. In small amounts, the feeling of their legs on one's body is almost therapeutic, but in leagues these critters are capable of delivering an intense shock.

Raiton: Kurobansa [ Lightning Release: Black Panther ] Jounin
The user performs a single handsign and tucks it close to their body, from here a substantial amount of black lightning will surge around their body and shoot from them. By aiming the still held handsign, the user releases a mass of black lightning in the shape of a panther-like creature to electrocute their target. Because of its size and overall power, the panther is capable of causing severe damage if full contact is made.

Raiun • Honba [ Storm Cloud • Home ] Jounin
The user releases black clouds from one hand while performing handsigns with the other. The spray of clouds will coil around and encompass on the user, forming a mass of electrically charged darkness. If anyone else ventures within the mass of clouds, they will almost instantaneously be assaulted by various electric surges, which will continue to barrage the body until said person leaves. Because of their nearly nonexistent weight, the user is free to move around at a lessened pace with this cover of electric pillows so long as they hold the single handsign. The jutsu covers their surrounds but not underneath them.
•Lasts for three posts or until the hand sign is released

Raiun • Douki [ Storm Cloud • Pulsation ] Chuunin
Extending the electric composition of [ Raiun • Honba, ] the user will use their free hand to deliver a solid palm thrust from within the clouds to send out a bulb of pure electricity at a rather high velocity. Unfortunately, because the clouds are so difficult to see through, the user typically has to have developed some method to get passed this, lest they literally be shooting in the dark.
• Obtained when [ Raiun • Honba ] is learned. Can only be used with Raiun Honba.

Raiun • Dendou Ranpi [ Storm Cloud • Electric Dissipation ] Chuunin
Rather than simply letting [ Raiun • Honba ] end, the user will supply additional chakra to the clouds before casting them off. Now, rather than simply fading away, the black clouds will cause an electric burst.
• Obtained when [ Raiun • Honba ] is learned. Can only be used with Raiun Honba

Hijutsu: Ryuuki Boufuuryuu [ Secret Technique: Rising Dragon Storm ] Sannin
The user takes aim with both hands, builds up chakra, and then releases a twisting torrent of black clouds at the target at an impressive speed. While twisting, the black clouds will separate and converge multiple times until they take the form of a dragon. This odd display can be rather confusing for opponents at first. When the attack finally makes impact, the clouds will cluster, swirl, and electrocute a rather well sized area due to the moisture held within them.

xxxxxHISTORY
The Senju clan descended from the younger of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths who was born with the "body" of the Sage, inheriting his father's strength of will and physical energy and believed that love was the key to bringing peace to the world. The Sage grew to favor the ideals of his younger son over those of his older son, who believed that power alone was the true key to finding peace. Therefore, on his deathbed it was the younger of the two brothers that the Sage chose to name as his successor. The elder brother, bitter and hateful at having being denied what he felt was rightfully his to inherit, attacked his younger sibling. The Uchiha clan would descend from the elder brother, resulting in the bitter centuries-long rivalry between the Senju and the Uchiha.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION
Under most circumstances, the Senju are famed for their deepened chakra pools (similarly to the Uzumaki) as well as their abilities in Mokuton (Wood Release), Medical Ninjutsu, and their powers over Bijuu. However, their clan has received the title of "The Clan with a Thousand Skills" (「千の手を持つ一族」, "sen no te o motsu ichizoku"). From this, it can be inferred that the Senju possess the potential to be well-versed in all areas of combat.

• Users of this Bloodline must have the Water and Earth elements unless they have the Elemental Specialist path.
• As an add-on to the previous rule, each Senju can have a type of skill (be it Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, etc) that their character typically doesn't specialize in. When they choose this one aspect of combat, it must be mentioned in their profile which one they're choosing. Otherwise, you could become well-versed in Genjutsu with a weapons class character, allowing you to gain 10 extra Genjutsu. It follows the chart below:

Ninjutsu: You can learn 15 Additional Ninjutsu, and gain an extra element. You cannot exceed three Elements with this.
Genjutsu: You gain 10 additional Genjutsu, and your skill is considered second to only the Genjutsu class.
Taijutsu: Can learn one Additional Taijutsu Style.
Weapon: Can learn one additional Weapon style
Medical: You may learn Medical jutsu, and you can use jutsu for 5 less chakra. This does not apply to styles. This does not grant the Sealing Sub-Element.

You may not use the specializations of a class you already have, meaning that a Taijutsu class ninja cannot take the Taijutsu specialization listed above. These are meant to broaden your specialties; consider it a small version of subclassing.)

• High Aptitude
Members of the Senju clan are not restricted to 'Learning Restrictions' based on class, meaning that every style/sub-element is available to them. The exception to this rule is sealing. This does not unlock multiple sub elements for one character, rather gives them the ability to use sub-elements that their character normally wouldn't be able to use due to other bloodlines, clans, class, etc. The same goes for Tai/Weapon styles. Sage does not receive this lack of restriction.

  • One With the Forest - No Cost
    The user can turn their body into wood and even merge with their wooden creations. They can even turn their body into wood to use as the foundation for casting other Mokuton Jutsu, eliminating the need to use the ground to grown trees.

    Genin-ranked:
  • Mokuton: Shibu Shuriken [Wood Release: Branch Shuriken]
    A skill where the user has a branch emerge from the ground and swing towards the opponent. Released from the branch is bits and pieces of bark, that spiral off and transform into shuriken.

  • Mokuton: Moku Kawarimi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Replacement Skill]
    A skill that is a build up upon Kawarimi no Jutsu, in which the user creates a dummy made of wood as they disappear. When the opponent attacks this kawarimi no jutsu version, will disperse into bits and pieces of wood hitting the opponent.

  • Mokuton: Moku Bunshin [Wood Release: Wood Clone]
    A skill that causes a bunshin made of wood to emerge either from the body or the ground. These clones can easily be tracked by the user, and they have a direct link with the user. When this bunshin is struck by taijutsu, half the damage is returned to the opponent. The clone can also transformed into a pill that when swallowed, the user and the caster of the pill can communicate through thoughts.

  • Mokuton: Hotei no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hotei Technique] C-SS
    After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a number of gigantic wooden hands that erupt upward from beneath the ground, which encircle and then attempt to restrain a chosen enemy. The size of each of these hands varies greatly, a gennin can make small hands, while a kage can create hands large enough to hold down a tailed beast. Hands are created in sets of 2.

  • Mokuton: Soutei Hashira [Wood Release: Binding Pillars]
    A skill that causes various branches to emerge up from the ground. These pillars bind the opponent as they wrap around them. Making them incapable of moving so that they cannot escape.

  • Mokuton: Shichuuka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Home Skill]
    A skill that is used in order to create a shelter out of wood. This can be used in order to quickly make a shelter for a traveling shinobi, however it can also be used to change the flow of battle. Altering the surroundings to one the user can move around better.

  • Mokuton: Shichuurou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Four Pillar Prison Skill]
    A skill creating a large forrest of bamboo around the opponent, encasing them inside a prison of wood. The sides, are very hard to break through and metal weapons even have a hard time cutting through. If using a fire jutsu in order to break free, the user just causes the prison to catch fire and wait it out with unbearable pain.

  • Mokuton: Moku Shouheki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Barrier Skill]
    A skill that creates various bits of wood to emerge from the ground, creating a cave type barrier around the user capable of absorbing large amounts of damage in the process. After the attack is over, the user can simply slip out the back side and continue with the battle. This jutsu can also be used, to make a complete barrier and also trap people inside.

  • Mokuton: Shi-do Torakkingu no Jutsu [Mokuton: Seedling Tracking Skill]
    A skill where the user can create a seed made from their own chakra. Able to sense where this seed is at all times, the user can plant this seed upon an opponent in battle and track their movements so the opponent can never get the drop on them.

  • Mokuton: Moku no Yoroi [Wood Release: Wood Armor]
    A skill where the user can create an armor made of wood, however this armor is a special type of armor. Weighing less then conventional steel armor, it is actually stronger then steel. Being heavily infused with Wood Chakra, making it very resilient to taijutsu damage. Ninjutsu blades can penetrate this armor.

  • Serial Pillar Houses Technique
    This technique is a larger scaled version of the Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique where, instead of creating a single house, the user creates multiple houses at once. Because of the sheer volume of structures created with this technique, it appears to exhaust him rather quickly. The user can create an entire section of a village with this technique.

  • Smothering Bind Technique
    This technique is similar to the Wood Release: Great Forest Technique, as it also transforms the user's arm into several wood tendrils which can be used to capture and restrain an enemy. It can be made large enough to capture a giant squid and strong enough to capture even taijutsu specialists of the same rank as the user.

  • Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Cutting Technique]
    A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.

    Jounin-ranked:
  • Mokuton: Moku Keiteki Denka no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Rhino Charge]
    A skill where the user creates a large rhino from the ground, being approximately four and a half feet tall and six feet long, with a large horn that is about three inches in diameter and three feet long. The rhino charges towards the opponent, having a bunshin type of intelligence. Normally after charging into something stone or stronger, it dissipates into a pile of broken wood. However, it can easily plow through a forest.

  • Mokuton: Take Yaiba Joushou no Jutsu [Wood Release: Bamboo Blade Rising Skill]
    A skill where the user infuses their chakra through the ground, creating pillars of bamboo underneath the ground. As the opponent rushes towards them, the user releases this jutsu. Having multiple hollow bamboo spikes to emerge from the ground in order to impale the opponent from various angles. Spikes can reach a maximum of five feet tall, and there can be a maximum of thirty spikes

  • Mokuton: Kyuutai no Jukai no Jutsu [Wood Release: Orb of Genesis Skill]
    A skill where the user creates an orb of wood around themselves, acting as if it is some type of barrier. However, the barrier is actually a farce as when the opponent(s) get close from all sides various small branches emerge outwards in various striking motions to deflect all oncoming attacks from hitting the user while inflicting damage. branches are created all around.

  • Mokuton: Chakra Akyo Ki no Jutsu [Wood Release: Chakra Drain Tree]
    A skill which creates a large tree out from the ground, this tree being approximately fifty feet tall and having a diameter of fifteen feet. This special tree, knows in tune with the users chakra. So the user can run up the side of this tree without even using chakra, however any other shinobi that touches this tree in any way will have some of their chakra drained each moment they continue touching it.

  • Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring
    The user creates a wooden circle around a target, creating spikes on the inside of the circle. Any sudden movement by the target causes the wood to rapidly constrict, impaling them on the spikes.

  • Mokuton: Waraibotoke (Wood Release: Laughing Buddha)
    A technique that creates a dozen wooden hands that rise out of the ground, large enough to grab and subdue a Bijuu. The size of the hands created can be altered by the user to fit their needs, from normal human sized hands and up.

  • Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique
    A simple technique, where instead of growing a tree, you simply grow roots and vines to grab and slow opponents. The vines can also be used to wield weapons. They can also be used pull the user underground with great speed.

  • Mokuton: Jukai Koutan [Wood Release: Birth of Dense Woodland]
    A skill where the user summons forth a great mass of woodland from the ground. This dense growth of woodland can roam around and constrict an opponent or even crush an opponent under its wake.

  • Mokuton: Mokuryuu Rendan no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wooden Dragon Barrage Skill]
    A skill that is a widespread attacking jutsu, where the user brings forth various dragon heads from the ground. These dragon heads are created out of wood, and essentially pin down the opponent onto the ground slamming them in the process. It is rumored this jutsu was used to help subdue Jinchuuriki.

  • Mokuton: Mokuryū no Jutsu [Wood Dragon Technique]
    After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from any surface, which is then directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound. Since it is animated, it essentially has a mind of its own.

  • Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin [Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees]
    Taking advantage of the innate properties of Wood Release — to be able to force trees to grow on any surface in an instant — the user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is then released into the air and when inhaled, renders any afflicted target unconscious.

    In order to counter the technique fully, either the trees themselves must be destroyed completely or the target must continue to remain elevated above the dispersed pollen. Inhaling a decent sum of the pollen will render you unconscious, totally at the mercy of the foe. The pollen stretches out as high as the tallest tree, which is 400 feet in the air. The user of the technique is immune to the pollen.

  • Mokuton: Jubaku Eisō [Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial]
    This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body is crushed.

  • Mokuton: Jukai Heki [Wood Release: World of Trees Wall]
    One of the strongest barriers in the Senju arsenal, this one creates multiple pieces of wood that all interlace, to form a net-like wall that is extremely strong.

    SS-Ranked
  • Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu [Wood Avatar Technique]
    After forming the required hand seals, the user creates an enormous statue-like creature out of wood. This humanoid creature with a full body, and an oni-like face is usually created with a wooden dragon wrapped around its left arm, and is generally used in battle as an avatar. This creature is powerful enough to catch an uncompressed Tailed Beast Ball fired by the Nine-Tails. If the wood dragon is used as a weapon, it is the ultimate anti-bijuu weapon, with the long sword-like whip draining the tailed-beast's chakra upon all contact (and stunning them). It can go toe-to-toe with a Susano'o.

  • Mokuton: Hōbi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Hōbi Technique]
    Using Wood Release, the user creates a dome-like defensive structure that completely surrounds which takes the form of a dragon's face. This defence is split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command. It is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of a Tailed Beast Ball (immune to bijuudama).

  • Mokuton: Shinra Banshō [Wood Release: All-Covering Forests]
    A literal sea of trees and growth, putting all other forest creation technique's to shame. This forest is powerful enough to cover an entire hidden village, and can easily overgrow and consume a bijuu, growing and wrapping around it.

xxxxxHISTORY
The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", Meaning (Viz) "Mirror Wheel Eye") is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. It first manifested in Indra, the earliest ancestor of the Uchiha clan, and later became regarded as one of the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is also called "Heaven's Eye" (天眼, Tengan), because of the many abilities it grants the user. Tobirama Senju defines it as the "eye that reflects the heart" (心を写す瞳, Kokoro o utsusu hitomi).


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Sharingan
The Sharingan's powers, while formidable, come in stages and require certain events to unlock. The first of which is the initial unlocking of the Sharingan. Those who wield the Sharingan are not blessed with it at birth like some other bloodlines. It must be obtained, and the only way to obtain it is through an event that puts great stress on the wielder. It make be something as simple as a teacher pretending to kill the wielder all the way to an attempted rape. When the Sharingan is first unlocked, It has 1 tomoe, which gives the wielder heightened perception. This allows the wielder to catch any movement, no matter how minor, the opponent may make. After extensive training with the first stage, the wielder unlocks the second tomoe and the ability to mimic and learn any jutsu they witness using the eye. After even more training in the with the second stage, the wielder unlocks the final stage of the basic Sharingan. In this stage, the Sharingan now has 3 tomoes and the ability to see through genjutsu and tell if others are in a genjutsu by reading their chakra flow. This ability is not to be confused with the Byakugan's ability to actually see the chakra system of a person, just the fact that the person has chakra. In addition, you may see things that are you chakra colour, as long as it's above ground.

The Mangekyou
When the wielder meets certain requirements or a certain event is witnessed, the Sharingan evolves beyond the basic for to become the Mangekyou Sharingan. While the basic Sharingan is the same for all people, the Mangekyou Sharingan varies from person to person, being tailored to their specific fighting style. Instead of gaining tomoes, the Mangekyou gets its own unique pattern. Along with the special bonuses from this new eye, the wielder also may now perform the Sharingan's mighty jutsu. But this power is not without a drawback. If the wielder overuses their Mangekyou Sharingan, they will slowly lose their eye sight till they are completely blind, making the eye useless.

The Eternal
The final, and by far most powerful, evolution of the Sharingan, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This variant is one that few have, and are even willing, to obtain simply do to how you obtain it. While unlocking the Mangekyou may vary from person to person, there is only one way to obtain the EMS, stealing someone else's Mangekyou and combining it with your own. When one gains the EMS, all vision impairment is retored and blindness is no longer a risk. In addition to regaining their sight, the wielder gains a powerful skill that is specifically tailored to their style. Legends have been told about some of the powers that have resulted from this, making this variant one to truly be feared.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Sharingan Perception
While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground. This level of perception varies given the progress the user has made in developing their sharingan. These levels of perception are elaborated upon below.

One Tomoe: Gives 1/12 second additional time to react to an opponent's attack. Considered a 1/8 speed boost in terms of reactions, allowing them to just barely react to opponents surpassing them in the adjacent speed system. This does not allow for high-quality dodges or reactions. For example, if someone were to attack your 6 speed character with an 8 speed character, your character's speed would be considered 6 1/8 when using the one tomoe sharingan, and just barely within the limits of the adjacent speed system, allowing them to do little more than dodge skills.

Two Tomoe: Gives 1/10 second additional time. No change from one tomoe.

Three Tomoe: Gives 1/8 second additional time. Considered a 1/6 speed boost. Reactions are slightly higher quality than before, but still not enough to be considered a full counter.

Mangekyou: Gives 1/4 second additional time. Considered a 1/4 speed boost. Decent quality reactions, stay in your lane.

EMS: Gives 1/2 second additional time. Considered a 1/2 speed boost. This is honestly the only point where the reactions are allowed to be of somewhat decent quality if the opponent has you at the limits of the adjacent speed system.

ALERT: If you are found to be abusing the reactionary speed boost to make full reactions when they aren't appropriate, you will be subject to punishment from the Moderators.

• Jutsu Mimicry
While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power

• Jutsu Copying
While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline. Uchiha are able to copy one element outside of the ones they know, but it must be within the five main elements.

• Genjutsu Identification
Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.

• Class Upgrades (Natural Users Only -- No Implants - Can only be received once, no getting upgrades from multiple bloodlines):
Since the Uchiha are considered genuises at most everything they do, it's inferred that they're slightly better at what they do than those around them. As such, depending on the class of the Uchiha member, they gain a specific bonus for their character:

• High Chakra (+25 Chakra)


--Weapon Master/Tajiutsu/Samurai
And the ability to create a custom weapon/tai style emphasized around the use of the Sharingan. May be slightly stronger than your typical physical style.

--Ninjutsu
+1 element added to their copying pool. Essentially, this unlocks the potential for all five elements to be used. Ninjustu you use are a little bigger and move slightly faster than others.

--Genjutsu
Genjutsu may now be cast using any part of the body as a substituted trigger instead of the original. Eye-based Genjutsu may also be used, but with an additional 20% chakra cost added to the original. Due to their potential for abuse, a small list of ocular genjutsu are currently banned from using this ability:

- Tsukuyomi

--Animal Tamer:
Animal tamer Uchiha may have all the same perks as the head summoner regardless of whether they're the head summoner of a hierarchy or not. They may learn/use their hierarchy's perfect sage mode at all ranks. If they would be the head summoner regardless, their sage mode is amplified, giving an additional +30 NE and +1 to either stat.

--Assassin:
Stealth is one rank more effective. The Assassin's fog is now doubled in size, and the Assassin may now learn one more weapon and taijutsu style.

--Medical:
If sealing is chosen as the first sub element, the medical ninja may learn an additional sub element. Jutsu discount increased by five chakra.

--Puppeteers:
May become a human puppet at any rank. Puppet controlling limit is increased by three, increasing by two per rank. (Ex. Genin 3, Chuunin 5, etc). May learn all medical jutsu instead of up to Jounin.

--Sage
Sages are able to freely create and manipulate their element at a strength of three ranks lower than their original rank, which is not effected by rank boosts. The minimum strength of this ability is obviously Academy rank, going up to a max of B-rank with an SS-ranked character.

Kyouten Chiten B-rank
Using the copy and counter features of the Sharingan, the wielder may not only cancel a genjutsu they are under, but may even turn it on their opponents, leaving them trapped in their own illusion.

Tsukiyomi A-Rank
A powerful genjutsu used by the Sharingan wielders to achieve amazing results. If the opponent makes eye contact, they will be locked in an illusionary world; one that the Sharingan wielder controls. In this world, the opponent is at the total mercy of Sharingan user, as they are able to submit the opponent to any form of torture they can imagine for what seems like 72 hours, though this is really only a few seconds in real time. This genjutsu is incredibly hard to break without an outside force acting upon the victim. Although, a high ranked Sharingan user may break from this jutsu quite easily. This jutsu lasts for up to 3 posts, with each post acting as 1 duration of 24 hours.

Requires Mangekyou Sharingan

Amaterasu S-Rank
Amaturasu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.

Susanoo is different for each person. Before you learn this jutsu, you must apply for a custom Susanoo.

• Users can crystallize objects, as well as their own Doton, for free (as long as they are in control of them or can physically touch them). They cannot crystallize a foe's Doton for free - they must use equal chakra to do so.
• The ground within 10 feet of the user is converted into crystal that can be freely manipulated.
• Users cannot crystalize living things, Fuuton, Raiton, Suiton, or Katon
• Can manipulate your crystal techniques to elongate them/change their trajectory
• Can cast Shoton with simple gestures

Kesshō no Yoroi [ Crystal Armor ] C Rank
This technique allows the user to cover their skin with a thin sheet of crystal, protecting themselves from weak blunt attacks. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it. This does not happen by reflex, the user must perform the skills. Lasts for two posts.

Shōton: Kurenai no Kajitsu - [ Crystal Release: Crimson Fruit ] C Rank
The user can create a dome of crystal to surround a target. It is highly durable from both external and internal attacks unless they are strong enough to break the crystal. Lasts for two posts.

Shōton: Mori [ Crystal Release: Lance ] C Rank
This jutsu allows the user to create a large and sharp spear-like rod attached to their wrist, which she can use to impale her target. The lance lasts for three posts.

Shōton: Bunshin no Jutsu [ Crystal Clone Technique ] C Rank
The user creates a clone made out of crystal. The clone cannot use jutsu, but it can manipulate its own shape within reason.

Shōton: Senbon [ Crystal Release: Needles ] B Rank
The user creates long, sharp, and pointed bright pink and white crystals that shoot at the target at extremely high speeds with pinpoint accuracy. This technique doesn’t need the user actually grab the needles to be thrown. They are launched as soon as they are created

Shōton: Suishō Tō - [ Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Blade ] B Rank
With this technique the user can quickly form a blade made of crystal on their arm, and use it in a manner reminiscent of a tantō. Blades can be formed on both arms if needed for an additional cost of five chakra. The blades are maintained for five posts.

Shōton: Uwagakesuisha [ Crystal Release: Crystal Wheel ] B Rank
With this technique, the user creates a disk-shaped wheel made of crystal around them, allowing them to keep above water and race towards the enemy at high speed. This technique can be used to hit the opponent head on which would cause moderate blunt force trauma

Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken - [ Crystal: Hexagonal Shuriken ] C-A Rank
The user creates 5 crystal shuriken and launches them at the opponent. The shuriken are six-sided with spikes at the sides of each blade, resembling snowflakes. The shuriken don’t need to be thrown by hand. Much like the crystal needle technique they are launched when created. Each rank adds 5 more shuriken. The trajectory of the shuriken can be changed after they are thrown.

Shōton: Suishōheki Hachi no Jin - [ Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Wall Eighth Formation ] A Rank
This technique allows the user to encase a large area in crystal, thus trapping everything within it. This jutsu acts like a prison as well as many other crystal techniques. However if the user wants to trap their opponent and keep them from running from their fight. This is the jutsu to use. Covers twenty yards and lasts for four posts.

Suishō Bunshin no Jutsu - [ Jade Crystal Clone Technique ] A Rank
These clones are made of crystal, as one is defeated, it crumbles into many crystals. Clones made by this jutsu are also able to deceive most dojutsu users. Due to the fact the clones have a physical form like shadow clones. Making dojutsu users unable to tell which one is the real one.

Shōton: Hashō Kōryū - [ Crystal Release: Tearing Crystal Falling Dragon ] A Rank
The user crystallizes a material in the area, and then turns it into a dragon. It can be used as a means to travel or to attack a target. Several dragons can also be made and manipulated at once however they are weaker than one large crystal dragon. This technique is the equivalent of water dragon jutsu. Lasts until it’s destroyed or until the user releases it.

Shōton: Omiwatari no Jutsu - [ Crystal Release: The Gods' Crossings Technique ] A Rank
The user places their hand on a surface, creating a long stream of sharp crystals to bind and pierce a target. The crystals are able to track their opponent however they stop after fifteen feet.

Crystal Release: Growing Crystal Thorns A-SS Rank
The user creates growing thorn-like crystals that continuously grow towards the opponent's direction. Very similar to Iron sands branching technique only more rutheless. Ends after the second post.

Shōton: Suishō Meikyū no Jutsu - [ Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Labyrinth Technique ] S - SS Rank
First the user creates a large number of crystal flowers. Then they can grow these flowers into a gigantic labyrinth consisting of red crystals. Enemies trapped inside it will mostly be lost because of the fact that the red crystals reflect their personal image as well as generates mirror images of the routes, paths, and details within the labyrinth, confusing and intimidating them. It is even capable of confusing most dojutsu users. Because of the crystal's stable molecular structure, a simple attack focused at one point is rendered useless, and its wide surface will disperse the force of wide range attacks, reducing their effectiveness. To overcome this technique, an attack that has impact force both wide and powerful is required to smash through it. Last for five posts. With SS-rank use, the technique can withstand one SS-rank technique and remain standing, requiring at least another A-ranked chakra use to shatter. The attacks must--of course--be wide and destructive.

xxxxxHISTORY
Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse", Meaning (Viz) "Macabre Bone Pulse") is the kekkei genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members, as Kimimaro is the only known user even prior to his clan being eradicated.

Apparently, this ability gives the user a unique skeletal structure, as when Kimimaro was fatally ill, Kabuto Yakushi claimed there had been too little information on his body to give any medical treatment. After integrating Kimimaro's DNA into himself, Kabuto was able to gain access to this kekkei genkai which he uses through a doppelgänger of Kimimaro, which emerges from the base of his navel snake.

Their bones strengthen as they develop as a ninja, in a pathway like this:

Only chakra-infused attacks can break Kaguya bones by the time the Kaguya is Jounin rank. Even so it's quite difficult, regardless of your strength, unless using somewhat powerful ninjutsu to do the job.
Senpou Kaguya: Unbreakable by physical objects. Only ninjutsu can destroy a Senpou Kaguya's bones. They are even harder than hyper diamond, a level of resistance impossible to categorize.

STAGE TWO DESCRIPTION: SENPOU KAGUYA
In order to unlock this stage, you must reach Kage rank. The only thing left to do then is to use your bloodline to its fullest extent; look deeper into your blood, and develop the skills within your own body.

• Terrible at genjutsu (you are slightly vulnerable to it, and you can only learn 3)
• Anything (if there really is something) capable of crushing and piercing your bones will be hard to deal with. Furthermore, some techniques (like Jinton) are indeed capable of immediately destroying your bones, so bloodlines with amazing decomposition are a huge threat



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• Ridiculously hard bones, and therefore almost invincible bodies at Sannin/Kage
• +1/+1, physicality allows them to use one style for free.
• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES

STAGE TWO
Senpou Kaguya Passive
As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.

The Bone Apostle Passive
This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.

Dance of the Larch Passive
Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

Dance of the Young Ferns S-Rank
Sawarabi no Mai is the fifth of five dance forms. After activating the level two cursed seal form, Kimimaro quickly grows a multitude of tall spikes from his body to create a large forest of bone. While in this form he himself can merge into the bone trees to attack his target from whichever spike he wants. The max height of this forest is 50 feet high, and can stretch 50 feet in all directions from the point it was cast.

Ten Finger Drilling Bullets C-Rank
Using the bloodline's unique Shikotsu Myaku (Corpse Bone Pathways) ability, the clan member will use their fingers to fire distal phalange bones as bullets. As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact.

Dance of the Clematis: Flower B-Rank
Using this dance, the user will also form a large flowering bone spear which they can also use to pierce any shield the opponent raises. The spear is said to be invincible, even by Kaguya standards.

Dance of the Clematis: Vine B-Rank
The user will remove their spinal column from their back to create a flexible bone vine. Because the vine is flexible, it can wrap itself around an opponent to rip them to pieces.

Dance of the Camellia C-Rank
It is the second of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then cut through any opponent within striking distance.

Dance of the Willows Passive
It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.


xxxxxRESTRICTIONS
• While you can manipulate your bones, they cannot simply be infinitely pumped out. They require a brief pause to regenerate, so keep that in mind.

The Terumi Clan was one of the few that survived the massacre of the bloodline clans within the Village Hidden in the Mist. After the massacre, the bloodline was spread out to all of the Hidden Villages. Now, it's a somewhat rare bloodline, and very few have actually seen its techniques performed in person.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Much like the Yuki and Senju Clans, this clan also uses elements to create more powerful elements. The difference, however, is that this clan possesses not just one elemental combination, but two! Those who have inherited the abilities of this clan have such elemental skill as to combine three different single elements which they use to create two different elemental combinations: A lava element and a boil element. The lava element is rather self explanatory, however, it is more liquid in nature rather then thick and slow like it's natural counterpart, which is spewed from volcanoes, meaning its defensive capabilities are much lesser than the version used by the Yonbi. The lava itself is very much capable of being manipulated as well, it seems, for it is capable of solidifying upon command of the user. The second elemental combination, the boil element, is seen as fog, steam, and liquid, all of which are acidic.



xxxxxRULES

• Members of this bloodline have the option to learn both Youton and Futton, regardless of class.
• You don't need to have water, fire and earth to use both Youton and Futton, in case you are of a class without 3 elements. However:
1. If you're in the ninjutsu class, you [will] have Fire, Water, Earth
2. If you can only have two elements, one must be fire, and the other must be either water or earth. Fire is absolutely necessary for this bloodline.
You cannot have this bloodline if you only have one element, or no elements.
• Members are immune to both their bloodline elements. However, it's just their own jutsu. The Lava and Boil techniques of others will still harm you.
• Your first elemental combination--you can pick which order you learn them in--can be learned at Genin rank along with your first regular element. The second combination can be learned at Jounin rank if you decide to learn both.
• Can move your lava/boil techniques once they've been cast, however this can only be done within one post of using the technique; and can only be done on the technique used, not the lava as a whole.

• Water will prematurely solidify the lava (1 rank weakness to water).
• Wind can dispel the futton by means of blowing it apart (1 rank weakness to wind).

xxxxxTECHNIQUES

FUTTON: BOIL RELEASE

Note: Futton techniques have a varying scale of acidity. Obviously, a D-ranked Futton technique will not melt off flesh or melt bone. Below is a short and sweet chart of what the Futton acids can effect, and to what degree.

Genin-ranked: The weakest of the acids. Will cause slight burning to the surface of the skin, and will erode minor plantlife like flowers. Doesn't harm wood techniques or metal.

Chuunin-ranked: This acid will cause more severe burning to the skin. Will weaken wood style techniques, and melts metals up to the number of Aluminum (three) on the Mohs Scale. (This makes it easier to determine the makeup of metal based techniques and weapons as compared to the jutsu.

Spec. Jounin-ranked: This acid causes second degree burns. Blisters will appear, skin will peel and burn off, but it isn't full blown melting. Wood style techniques will be weakened by one rank in durability. In terms of metals, it can now melt through metals of five on the Mohs scale.

Jounin-ranked: This acid is strong enough to cause third degree burns. Wood style techniques are weakened by two ranks and are burned through quite quickly. Metals up to number six on the Mohs scale will be melted through.

Sannin-ranked: The acid burns through skin and flesh. If you're hit by this level of Boil technique, you're in for a world of pain. It can easily make holes in your body just from seeping onto your skin. It's starting to become like a school of piranhas, degrading your skin and burning through you. It still hasn't gotten better at burning metal, though.

Kage-ranked: Getting hit by a Futton technique of this potency is likely a death sentence. It can burn through one half of your body, coming out the other half. Your organs and your bones aren't safe. You must be wary to avoid this type of attack at all costs. It can burn through metals of up to seven on the mohs scale.

The Boil Element: Escape 5 chakra
This technique is simple, used as a distraction for escape when in a tight position. By forming the proper hand signs the clan member will expel thick but contained cloud of steam from their nostrils. This cloud, obviously being acidic, prevents those pursuing the user from continuing forward with out being harmed. Thus allowing the user to escape with both a distraction and a momentary barrier before the steam cloud disperses.

Boil Element: Release 5 chakra
By gathering chakra into their stomach, the user can produce the boil element in liquid, steam, or fog form to use as they wish. The potency of the acid is medium at best, capable of melting flesh at neither a slow nor speedy pace. The liquid form offers the most immediate damage, coming out as a jet of acid. The steam comes out in the form of a thick cloud, and does not linger for any more than one post. The fog can linger within a twenty foot area for about five posts before the technique needs to be used again.

Boil Element: Boil Bullet 10 chakra
The user will first draw chakra into their stomach, forming the boil element there first before expelling it in the form of a compressed bullet from their mouth. The first level (D rank) is commonly used by genin as a parlor trick or form of tag with lasting marks. As in it will leave both burning and scalding flesh in it's wake causing momentary pain but a lasting twinge. The second level, used instead as a weapon, has a more potent effect by actually bursting with both a compact miniature explosion as well as more severe effects from it's acidic nature.

Boil Element: Rising Steam 10 chakra
Taking advantage of their elemental affinity for the boil element, the user will first gather chakra with in their stomach and form said element. Second, the user will then expel the element in liquid form from their mouth and down toward the ground. This continuous stream of liquid will then accumulate in puddles across the battle field. At first they will seem no more then acidic puddles to watch out for, but immediately following the expulsion of the element from the user the puddles will begin to release steam. This will then cause many columns of acidic steam, originating from the puddles, to rise up and create an acidic cloud right upon the battle field. This cloud will then begin the process of burning all in the thirty foot vicinity, including the opponent.

Boil Element: Acid Rain 20 chakra
The user of this jutsu will, much like the other jutsu, first gather chakra in their stomach and release it in a torrent of steam into the air. This large amount of steam will continually rise up, eventually mixing with the clouds in the sky or simply becoming a cloud all on it's own. Second, the steam will pull in some moisture from the air to increase it's mass. Finally it will begin to rain, not normal rain though, but instead acidic rain that will burn away at anything the rain comes in contact with. It is said that this technique was once heavily feared by those of the Senju clan due to a past usage of it, nearly annihilating an entire forest.

Koumu no Jutsu - Skilled Mist Technique 30 chakra
Futton • Koumu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Boil Element. To utilize this technique, Mizukage must first focus her chakra into her throat. She will then emit an acidic fog from her mouth, which is capable of melting and burning away her target. This technique is powerful enough to partially melt away the bones of Susanoo. Because the fog can affect everyone around her, Mizukage will try to maneuver her opponent into an area away from comrades. Should the fog escape its confinement, she can reduce its effectiveness and neutralize the acid.


YOUTON: LAVA RELEASE

Lava Element: Weapon Creation 5 chakra
The user of this jutsu will first channel chakra into their stomach before spewing it forth from their mouth an into their hands. The lava itself will be thicker then usually, however, allowing the user to then mold it into a weapon with a few simple gestures. The weapons created will be very hard, the molten rock about as hard as steel.

Lava Element: Liquid Fire 10 chakra
The user of this jutsu will gather chakra into their stomach and then expel the lava element in it's weakest form in an unbalanced ratio of fire to rock, the elements which compose it. This unbalanced equation, having more fire element mixed into it then earth, will then posses a more liquid-like form, almost like a slush, that is capable of burning through solid rock and igniting a building upon contact. Upon contact with skin it will burn away quickly, but due to it's very slushy form can be easily removed.

Lava Element: Lava Creation 10 chakra
The user will first channel chakra into the ground beneath them, thus turning the ground to lava. The process is quick, as the ground will melt away into the liquid-like lava. This lava is capable of being manipulated by the user for other uses, such as solidifying for defense or using it as a weapon.

Lava Element: Molten Defense 20 chakra
The user will first channel chakra into their stomach, changing it into the lava element. Then, by expelling the lava directly in front of them, the user will solidify it that instant to create a solid defense as hard as steel. This solidified form of lava will provide a very sturdy defense capable of blocking attacks of its rank and below.

Lava Element: Volcanic Eruption 20 chakra
Unlike the many of the jutsu of this clan, the user will channel chakra through the earth to create Youton beneath it's surface over a period of time (2 Posts). After two minutes of doing this the surface of the earth will become noticeably hotter as the lava beneath is pushed toward the surface by the built up pressure. The user will then release this build up pressure by creating small craters in the ground with either explosion tags or simply stabbing holes into it with some other technique. By creating holes to release this pent up lava it will cause the Youton element to spray upward in a miniature explosion at every point a hole was created (Note. This is still the liquid lava form, since it was changed by your chakra when you summoned the lava. No thick, sturdy lava.). The more holes the smaller the explosion will be, however by creating only a few holes to release this built up lava the explosion of lava will be much larger. With the combination of the explosion and lava this jutsu can lead to severe injuries and, sometimes, even death.

Youkai no Jutsu - Melting Spectre Technique 30 chakra
Youton • Youkai no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lava Element. To utilize this technique, Mizukage must focus her chakra into her throat. She will then emit a large jet of melting, viscous liquid from her mouth which can dissolve most anything it touches. After it comes out of her mouth, it spreads outward, becoming a rather large scale lava attack. After coming into contact with other materials, the heat will generate clouds which can mask further attack


xxxxxADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Just a couple of things. A reminder that we use liquid lava. It's thicker than normal liquid, but it isn't filled with partly melted rocks or anything, so its defensive capabilities are much lower than normal lava. You cannot 'half' solidify the lava, it's all or none.

For the Boil element, the liquid form does the most, immediate damage, whereas steam and fog will do constant--but less--damage for as long as the opponent remains in its vicinity.

Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton; Viz "Particle Style") is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Dust Release techniques seem to require a certain amount of time when preparing the three-dimensional object, making it possible to prematurely halt the technique before it is completed, but once it's finished, the technique can be fired with astonishing speed. The hands also play a crucial role in preparation of techniques, interfering with the user's arms can hinder the technique. Dust Release techniques also appear to be rather chakra-taxing.



xxxxxRULES
• You naturally have three elements; fire, wind, earth. You begin with two, obtain your third at Jounin rank. You may use these elements regardless of restrictions. True Sages do not apply for this bonus, but may still use Jinton as one of their combination elements.
• You must use your hands to create every Jinton technique. Although they don't require handseals, it takes some while to form it in your hands and then release it. You can completely stop the process of creation/release whenever you want. The creation is somewhat similar to the rasengan.
• The Jinton is a solid mass, almost like a barrier. You cannot escape the shape, you must defend against it or destroy it. With that in mind, it's preferable to dodge it before it surrounds you, if possible.
• You cannot substitute out of a Jinton technique or use a transportation jutsu, but if you know a teleportation jutsu on the level of the Flying Thunder God you can escape. The force of warping through the Jinton will leave you in a state of great pain, however; 2nd degree burns



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Lots of chakra, considering its level of chakra concentration and the general strength of the techniques
• Foes who can predict where your attacks are going to originate from will have little problem dealing with your bloodline. Also, considering you can't use genjutsu, it's very difficult (if not relatively impossible) to conceal the preparation of the technique.

This jutsu allows the user to manipulate all three elements (they can't manipulate them in the normal fashion; all it means is that they can merge them) that they have at once which allows them to use the power of the kekkai tota: The Dust release to the fullest of their abilities. All users must learn this jutsu before they can fully and openly use the power of their Bloodline. Allows you to manipulate Jinton to varying degrees.

This skill must be learned before one can learn the variation that are the true attacks. This skill forms a small sphere of chakra in the user palms. Super Mega Pew Pew Laser Beam

A-Rank Variant: The Jinton user will form the conical variant of the dust release in one hand. Aiming your palm forward, a large laser beam will unleash from the cone and destroy anything in its way. It has a range of sixty feet forward, and is about as wide as your average monster truck tire.

S-Rank Variant: The S-rank variant begins by drawing a perimeter, shaped by a laser-like sword of pure particle release. Within that perimeter, a potentially small or potentially colossal, fast and destructive laser beam will be unleashed. The perimeters must be continuous, meaning if there is a gap between them too large, the laser beam will be compressed to a smaller radius within the intended perimeter. The laser is unleashed shortly after its target is done being drawn.

Jinton: Supa OP Bakuhatsu Doomu - [ Dust Release: Destruction of the Primitive World Technique, Super OP Explosion of Doom ]
Rank - SS
The Jinton user cups their hands, and out of it comes a total sphere, with another sphere inside of it. They expand the sphere outwards; up to the size of a basketball. The expansion process takes about two seconds, and three seconds after it's expanded you can release the radius of the technique at the desired location. This technique takes only a few moments to kill whatever is inside of it in a super OP explosion of doom.

xxxxxHISTORY
It is said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation", who will calm the world, or a "Destroyer", who will reduce everything to nothingness. This dōjutsu was first manifested by Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, who ate the Shinju's fruit, and later the Ten-Tails, the combined entity of Kaguya and the Shinju. Her son, Hagoromo, came to be revered as the Sage of the Six Paths by using his own Rinnegan to create the groundwork that brought forth all modern ninjutsu.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Rinnegan (輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Saṃsāra Eye") is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Byakugan and the Sharingan. While its progenitor was first seen in Kaguya Ōtsutsuki as the Rinne Sharingan, its true form first manifested in her son, the Sage of the Six Paths. It is characterised by a ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeball, with light purple sclerae and irides, and also has another variant containing a pattern of six tomoe.



xxxxxRULES
• Those of the Rinnegan hold the ripple effect on their pupils, the white sun tattoo on the left palm, and the black crescent moon tattoo on the right palm. The use of these two markings shall be elaborated on later.
• Rinnegan wielders may not have a secondary asset; this Kekkei Tota takes both bloodline/clan slots.

• The Rinnegan cannot be transplanted by normal means. The stealing character must be at least S-ranked in power. The eye must be implanted by an S-ranked medic. As a base, the uncovered eye drains 20 chakra per post.
This implant does not allow you any extra elements.

• There may only be one Rinnegan wielder per village. Rinnegan wielders can start as rogues. Only two Rinnegan wielders in total may exist.

• Rinnegan users having children will either result in their child becoming a Sharingan wielder or Mokuton user.




xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• The Rinnegan's vision can be obstructed by regular means, such as smoke bombs, gas, etc. The ability to detect movements of chakra in the air can also be countered by high levels of chakra existing in the area around them.
• No Sub-Element
• Anything that is coated with the opponent's chakra cannot be controlled, unless specified by a technique or by the use of the passive.
• Rinnegan users are one rank weaker to Senjutsu



xxxxxSTRENGTHS

• Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods. RPCs can be debilitated using the rods, using a jutsu listed below.
• Opponents in view of the Rinnegan are subject to the most potent scrutiny of all. Chakra points, the flow of their chakra, an in-depth sense of perception capable of predicting how an opponent is going to strike based on the flow of their chakra alone. Opponents with higher chakra levels are much more susceptible to this reading ability. This ability extends to being able to detect movements using displaced chakra in the air. As previously stated, high density of chakra levels in the air can negate this ability rather quickly. This high level of scrutiny also allows Rinnegan wielders to notice the specific chakra natures and attributes inside of an opponent, allowing them to know what elements/bloodlines the opponent has so long as they've seen the chakra before.
• +75 chakra.
• Rinnegan users are able to choose one of the Mangekyou Sharingan techniques to keep, and it receives the following passives as listed below. All of these techniques are then considered Rinnegan Jutsu:
- Amaterasu: The flames of Amaterasu--after use--may now be freely manipulated by the user of the technique. Up to two posts of manipulation before the jutsu must be used again
- Tsukuyomi: Tsukuyomi may now be cast using either the sun or the moon as a trigger. The afflicted star will glow with a red hue, similarly to the eyes of the Jyuubi.
- Susanoo: The user's Susanoo may now grow legs, and costs 10 less chakra to summon. (20 chakra to summon, 10 per post after)



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
A God's Example
Any wielder of the Rinnegan may freely summon and manipulate two items. The Guoudama (Truth-seeking Balls), and Nunoboko, a multi-ringed staff, much like that of a buudhist monk. The Rinnegan wielder can manipulate up to six guoudama, and one nunoboko at any point in time. These items are indestructible. Chakra receiver rods may also be freely generated in infinite quantity, to be tied in with a jutsu listed below.


A God's Demonstration
A renowned skill of the Sage of Six Paths was his ability to transcend space and time to communicate with those who they've established links with. Similarly to Hagoromo's communication, the individuals in question will be pulled into a blank, ethereal world, where they may speak to the user of this skill. Any one user of the Rinnegan may maintain bonds with up to four people at once. However, this skill may not be used within five posts of the user initiating combat. Since this skill is used exclusively outside of combat, the user may have all four individuals at once with no cooldown.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Bansho Tennin A
The Bansho Tennin is a technique revolving around the idea of attraction. The Rinnegan wielder may aim their hand forward and will then proceed to pull the target towards them. This is a rather quick pull that almost no one can resist. However, it does leave you rather open. While using the Bansho Tennin, you may not move until your target is within a four foot vicinity from where you are standing. Against multiple targets, this can turn fatal, and so it's safest to use against an individual. The Bansho Tennin can only be used on one target at a time, and can only be used once every three posts.
You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.

Shinra Tensei A
By aiming your hand forward, you will create a barrier that can block all melee-based attacks, while pushing back ranged jutsu only temporarily, long enough to give you time to react. This also possesses the ability to send the opponent flying, breaking bones and rupturing organs. This pushes jutsu back up to fifteen feet, and knocks away melee strikes completely.

Chibaku Tensei S
Arguably the most powerful Rinnegan technique to exist. The Chibaku Tensei is a technique where you will release a ball of gravity into the air, similar to a black hole. This ball of gravity will suck everything except you into it, surrounding the tiny object. This tiny force of gravity cannot be destroyed, and you may control what is or isn't pulled into it. It can pull an entire forest into its massive stature and even the land surrounding it. At its full size, it resembles a miniature moon, and if anyone has been sucked into it, they have almost definitely been crushed to death. It can be resisted by means of techniques. Using this technique prevents Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tennin from being used for 5 posts. It slowly sucks in all of the enemy's attacks for three posts, at which point the gravity effect will run dry and it will have completed its moon-like form. This can be resisted if you have manipulation abilities, but it's only a stall.

Limbo: Spot Check B - S
A very diverse technique with a very potent uses. This technique allows the user to use a sort of 'gravity cannon'. After the chakra is spent, a sphere of gravity will take shape before them, about the size of a large beach ball. This sphere will then quickly shoot into the air, taking little more than a few seconds to do so. From this sphere, homing blasts of gravity will erupt, aiming to smite the target in a fashion similar to homing. These blasts are cylindrical in shape, and each has one attempt to smash the opponent into the ground before the next strike is fired. The homing strikes last over the span of two posts, starting with ten total charges, increasing with five more charges per rank. The lowest rank charges can break bones easily, but anything above the lowest rank can easily kill. The SS-ranked variant smashes against defenses, requiring only a few of the charges to smash defenses of lower rank. Another SS-rank defense will consume all but two of the charges, potentially taking an unaware opponent by surprise.

Alternatively, the sphere can be kept close to the user's body, dispelling charges of the gravity to repel opponents that get within a ten foot radius of the user. Carries the same amount of charges and strength as noted previously.

The final version of this technique involves storing the sphere's energy in the user's body. When this is achieved, the user may choose to trigger blasts of gravity to be fired from their fists, swings of their weapon, etc. Or, they may consume three charges to generate bursts of gravity-fueled energy from their body, making physical attacks generally useless for the duration.

Limbo: Border Jail A
A flagship ability of the Rinnegan. For 20 chakra, the user of this skill may create an invisible clone of themselves. This clone may be detected by any chakra sensing ability at a distance, but remains invisible to non-sensory opponents until it enters a certain radius. This clone follows the same rules as the Assassin's stealth system, with a higher-ranked shinobi being able to disguise it from even those with sensory abilities and dojutsu should they be of high enough rank. This clone is unable to use any form of jutsu, but has heightened physical capabilities. A +1/+1 beyond the stats of the original, but absolutely disappears after three posts.

As said before, there is a range rule on these clones. If a clone comes within twenty feet of an opponent, it will begin to come into view, as a near-invisible outline more than anything else. Once it gets within five feet of the opponent, it shall become completely visible, no matter who the opponent is. As the clone is reserved only to punches and kicks, this ensures that it will always be within the view of the opponent. Mainly used as a surprise attack for an opponent wishing to physically overwhelm the Rinnegan user. The clones may withstand one attack of their rank before fading away, making them useful as a one-use shield as well. A total of three clones may exist at any time. Up to twice per fight, the user may switch with one of their clones. This switch costs ten chakra. Two handseals required to make the switch.

Restraint A - S
After chakra is spent, the Rinnegan user will have a field of chakra surrounded them, with a radius of twenty [fifty at S] meters. Opponents within this field will feel weakened by the power of gravity pushing down upon them, and will have their base speed lowered by 1. This field lasts for three posts before chakra must be spent again.

Blocking Technique Absorption Seal E - S
A peculiar technique, used mainly as a last resort in the event that another defense cannot be procured. Holding out their palms, the user of this technique is able to absorb the chakra of an incoming technique. A barrier of chakra forms around the user while the skill is active, defending them against any secondary elemental natures present in the attack. It will absorb a technique of equal power. Placing a hand on an opponent allows them to steal chakra equal to the power of this skill.

Demonic Statue Chains B - S
A suppression technique at it's finest. After focusing the required chakra, the user of this technique will launch out purple, ethereal chains at an opponent at rapid speeds. If these chains manage to latch on to an opponent, they will find their movements completely restricted, along with racking pains shooting across their entire body like bolts of lightning. This paralysis can only last for one post with A-rank power, increasing subsequently by one post for each rank increase after. Only the SS-ranked variant is capable of suppressing Bijuu, and it only works for one post.

If the opponent has been impaled with--or is touching one of the user's receiver rods--this technique can indefinitely home in on them, with an even more potent speed than the original. Opponents caught with a rod impaled into them are paralyzed indefinitely. The maximum amount of posts a full-sized bijuu can be suppressed is two.

Summoning: Gedo Mazo SSS (100 Chakra)
After expending the required chakra, the Rinnegan user may pull forth one of the most powerful summons of all time; Gedo Mazo. This technique summons the entire body of the beast, towering in size over most other boss summons, and nearly equal in size to even a fully-sized Akimichi. This summon has stats of 12 strength and speed, and is fully capable of withstanding two SS-ranked attacks without having to return to it's summoned container. Besides it's obvious physical ability, the Gedo Mazo is capable of summoning the chakra chains mentioned in the previous technique by shooting them from its mouth, making it a potent opponent for large crowds. It can use the SS-ranked variant of the chains once, otherwise all uses are considered S-rank in power.

Blade of Nunoboko A - S
The legendary blade wielded by Rikudou Sennin, said to have shaped the world. A double helix-shaped blade in the form of what looks like a black strand of DNA. This blade has the ability to straight up disintegrate any chakra of lower rank than the technique, making it an extremely formidable defense as well as offense. The SS-ranked variant creates a gigantic blade, capable of scarring the landscape and overwhelming opponents. The blade can reach up to thirty feet in length, and does not weigh down the user at all. Physical contact with this blade can imitate the effects of Jinton up to six inches around the wound, disintegrating the opponent's flesh in an extremely painful manner. Coating an item--usually a weapon--with the blade will give the blade the abilities of the item it coated.

Ashura A
Inheriting the 'body' of Rikudou Sennin, this is a special ability bestowed upon those with the white sun on their palm. After focusing chakra to this focal point on their palm, the user of this skill can apply the defensive, healing powers of Ashura in one of a few ways. The user of this skill may immediately restore another RPC in a significant way. Similarly to its witnessed use, it can restore an eye, or even turn a fatal wound into something survivable. If restoring a fatal wound, it may not bring them back to the point of not needing assistance to survive. This means that they're being bought more time; another five posts to seek medical attention, to be exact.

The final use of this is an immediate chakra transfer. The ability to grant +30 chakra to an ally near instantaneously on physical contact. Any body part that's restored returns in its natural form; implants will not be restored. Abusing this for infinite implants will result in your character losing the Rinnegan. This jutsu has a two week RL cooldown upon use.

Indra Create Passive - S
When using Indra Innervate, two black spheres of energy will form above the hands. These spheres of energy are composed of the same--yet much weaker in composition--substance as the Guoudama. This energy can be freely created and manipulated by the user, forming structures such as spheres, needles, walls....limited only by the imagination. With A-rank and above power, anything organic is defeated near-effortlessly, with the exception of chakra-amplified organics, such as Mokuton. In other words, if an A-rank version or higher hits your body, you will probably die. Otherwise, it interacts with jutsu similarly to other innervates, just with added flexibility and a highly superior creation speed to most other innervates.

Six Red Yang Formation S
An extremely powerful defensive jutsu. After using the chakra receiver rods to mark the points of the defense, the user of this jutsu will expend chakra to create what is arguably one of the most powerful defenses in the shinobi world. A set of crimson walls--connected to the receiving rods similarly to connect-the-dots--rises near-infinitely into the air before closing at the top. the walls are capable of withstanding up to one attack of Bijuudama-esque power before crumbling to the ground. Has a ten post cooldown between uses.

Arrow of Indra S - SS
The most powerful, directly offensive skill in the Rinnegan's arsenal. After accumulating a ridiculous amount of chakra, the visage of a Perfect Susanoo will take shape around the user. Besides serving as a defense, the hulking mass of chakra cannot be used for anything more than just firing the arrow.

But enough of that. Let's talk about the arrow. A concentration of raw chakra so massive and pure that every bit of its essence reeks of destruction. When they were talking about the Rinnegan user becoming a god of destruction, this is exactly what they were talking about. After drawing back the bow--with the accumulation of chakra around the figure weighing down on opponents so heavily that it would take a strength of at least 10 to power through--the figure releases the string, launching near-absolute death at whatever sits at the point of that arrow. The arrow's chakra concentration is so pure that it can defeat one technique of equal rank and continue on, one rank weaker than it was. Attacks of at least A-rank will destroy the arrow on a secondary impact. The resulting explosion of energy is more than capable of leveling an incredibly large area, around one quarter of a village.

Tengai Shinsei SSS (100 Chakra)
After channeling an enormous amount of chakra through their body--making them easily detectable to basically anyone with any chakra-sensing ability in the entire subforum--the user of this technique will form the 'tiger' seal, with large, ethereal bodies forming to his sides. These two will form the 'goat', and 'ram' seals. One post after the chakra is spent--meaning after the opponent's response--a meteorite larger than a Hidden Village will descend upon the area, large enough to devastate even a majority of a country if allowed to impact the ground. It takes an additional post to hit the ground after breaking the line of clouds, meaning that impact occurs two posts after the chakra is spent. This gives the enemies ample time to run if they see it coming the first post. The shockwave on it's own is enough to kill, however, so opponents would have to be very fast to avoid the radius. Multiple SS-ranked defenses would be required to defend against the meteorite, let alone stop it. Tengai Shinsei may be used any number of times within a single battle, but once that battle is complete, it may not be used in that subforum for two weeks IRL. This is to give enough time for the village/country to rebuild in case the user is a teamkilling douchebag. When I say 'multiple' defenses, it's in the event of a team fight. Each person must use SS-rank defenses to shield themselves specifically.

This bloodline was founded within Sunagakure. The special abilities of this clan deal in the heat of fire and general mobility, utility, and versatility of wind. Fighting the Shakuton has been likened to trying to fight the heat of the desert. Because of this reputation, members of this bloodline are normally very arrogant and hot headed, ready to show the world their power at any given time.

xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Scorching Touch Academy
The hands of a Shakuton user will heat up and, upon contact with anything, not only burn it but seem to dehydrate it. This leaves an area of an opponents body scorched and also emaciated as if the liquid in the area of contact had all of the moisture sucked clean out.

Hot Air Genin
The user will exhale a gust of superheated wind that dries out an area, and causes first degree burns across anyone caught within it. The cloud is 6 feet wide and tall, and travels up to 35 meters before losing it's power.

Inferno Wave Chuunin
By kneading Chakra in the stomach and expelling it through the mouth the user fires a heatwave that spreads over a forty meter distance. These waves are as strong as C rank wind techniques while also setting fires to the area afflicted and removing any moisture from the air that could be used for water techniques in that area. An enemy caught in the fast moving heatwave will suffer from immediate dehydration and receive up to second degree burns. In addition metal becomes too hot to be held if caught in the wave.

Scorching Palm Strikes Chuunin
An upgrade to Scorching Hands, the user coats his hands and feet in the flames of his scorching chakra. When the user strikes a target, the fire evaporates the water in the area it touches, heavily weakening the target with each strike as well as scorching the area and leaving it with serious second degree burns. This augments the user's taijutsu, and can cripple other taijutsu users. As this technique uses extreme heat, it bypasses personal armor. The user has another variation of this technique where the fires can be spread to projectile weapons and can increase this attacks range.

Extremely Steaming Murder Jounin
The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it can evaporate much of the water within a human body, leaving the target completely dehydrated and burned with third degree burns. Further usage of this will leave the target dead and in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emanating from the opponent's body. However, this technique is vulnerable to Water Release, which can be used to dissipate the heat and water to create hot steam where they met.

Incinerating Flare Jounin
The user combines several of their flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a 75% of a thread. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. This jutsu can be effectively nullified by a powerful wind jutsu but will take the moisture out of the air and weaken water jutsu by half a rank. The farther from the center the less damage you retain, down to about half it's power at the edge.

Smoking Wasteland Sannin
The user builds up chakra in his body, and then releases it as a fireball from his mouth. A large wave of white flame is produced, notably larger than even Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. This wave of white fire can be controlled with shape manipulation for the user, allowing the user to gain the ranged advantage. When the flames strike a target the heat generated is enough to boil the blood inside the victim, leaving nothing but a mummified corpse in its wake. It is also important to note that water jutsu is useless against this jutsu, making it hopeless for the enemy to counter by basic means. As such, this technique is considered the most devastating of Scorch Release jutsu. This technique leaves the thread itself reduced to a smoking wasteland.
