The Forsaken

Ability:"Kaisou" S Rank - The ability of this Mangekyō Sharingan differs from its brethern. The occular prowess transforms the Sharingan into a ripple effect as the tomoes split into equal fitting, while adding three above it. This Mangekyō power steps into the boundaries of an equal domain of reality, while it seems as it is bending time - space it is acheiving a stepping stone for the words of "Equivalent Exchange." This means that something cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain something of equal value, something must be lost or in this case "replaced". In the focal point of the host of the Mangekyō Sharingan, the Uchiha can focus on a object that is seen, or will be seen, and can voluntarily take its place. The object that is switched is moved to the position of the host, while the user is moved into the position of the object. This occurs by focusing into a creation - object into a certain distance that the Mangekyō Sharingan can view, and by pinpointing its direct location can the user forcefully remove both theirself and object into switching places. Nothing is created nor destroyed.

Restraints:
• This ability can only be used once, with a two post cooldown.
• This cannot be used on: Humans, summonings, pets, techniques - jutsu, and custom weapons [ That are not created from the host of this ability ].
• Cannot use this ability on larger objects than the Uchiha

How to Unlock:
- Already activated Mangeko Sharingan to prior Auto-Rank.

Example: The crimson hues of this ancestors burned brightly into the azure sky. Walking amongst the dead, his brethern had fallen into the pit of the netherworld. The landscape was vague of meaning, but its broken pieces could not be picked. He stood alone but moments ago he was filled with confidence, now it was replaced with despair. He cried for a moment but tears would not leave his body, instead the agony of hate was controlling himself, and would take over. His eyes began to burn, twisting and turning as the affect of hatred was replacing his emotions. Opening his eyes the broken landscape he noticed before was becoming etheral. He felt himself fighting and struggling to keep himself sustained into his vincinty. Questionable rights were now lost, as he stood away from his clansmen, and at the heart of the destruction. Looking back at his position a pebble stood by his brother, where he was moments ago.

Seduction

Lust attraction: This ability gives off a lust attraction. When activated it causes his opponent will feel a sudden attraction to testial. This can be used as a device to extract Intel from a foreign ninja. But after he activates that as a genjutsu.

Restrictions~
~An uchiha can break from it easier.
~This can only be used once per battle.

Mysterious Traveling technique: This ability is like minato's yello flash technique were as it need's a kunai were he has written/carved a word into were he want's to travel which is in a 2 mile radius. it's excilent for escape or attacking.You can only tag objects. For that you must, MUST have the word tattoo'd onto your hand
Restrictions
~Their is a special requirment when it comes to chakra in this one. regular use 10 chakra points. attacking 15 are taken.
~A person can attack the area of were the person is teleporting. Due to a small bubble like rift but its barely visable.
~Practice makes perfect.....8 post to master it.

Mysterious illusion technique: when the person is looked in the eye it sets the sharingan user up to create illusions to fool his opponents. With this he can cause the sharingan user to create false images of himself that causes his opponent to become heavily paranoid of were he is. When attacked the weapon used goes threw him and the false sharingan user dissapears leaving enough time for the real one to take his opponent down.

Example: Heavily breathing the man continued to run untill he saw a figure with red eyes. "No stay back." said the man as he pulled out a kunai and threw it at him. It went threw him and the figure dissapeared. "Well this must be the end of your little run." said testial. the man turned around and fourmed hand sign's but testial mimmicked his hand sign's. "Katon ryuuka no jutsu." Is what ran threw both of their minds as they sent fire from their mouths to look like their dragon's. after it was released the man attempted to run again but he was hit by a kunai in the leg. the eye's of testial began to burn as it was changing. he then walked over to the man kicking him on his back. "You attempted to kill me......the hell man." he said as he used a kunai to carve an X into the guy's chest. Staring into the wound he then activated his genjutsu upon the man. The man began to scream loud and holding his chest. "I'll spare your life for now but leave you with Incredible pain. fare well." he said walking away.

Ability: "Maka Tatigomi" S Rank
Maka Tatigomi casts a powerful yet subtle mind-controlling genjutsu on the target. The ability allows the user to enter their opponent's mind and manipulate them through by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will without the victim being entirely unaware that they are being manipulated. This lasts for 5 (not the sentences but separate posts). Cannot give more than 1 command to a target if used with the Mangekyō Sharingan; cannot give more than 2 commands to a target if used with the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. There is no way of getting out of this ability once affected. The user can end the jutsu early if necessary.

Restraints:
~Cannot make the commanded person kill himself. Can make him/her attack people
~Once used there is a 5 post cool down. With EMS the cooldown is lowered to 3.
~If used on Ranmaru clan or Genjutsu Class, the duration of control is nerfed to 2 posts for Mangekyou and 3 posts for EMS
~Can only affect one person at a time at Mangekyou. Can only affect 2 people at EMS.
~Once a command is made, it can't be changed
~Cannot use any jutsu on the turn this ability is used and affects the opponent.

Example: Kai was on a mission. It was one given by the Hokage. It was an anbu black ops mission to infiltrate Kirigakure and learn more about the military power within the village. The mission was fine, but a comrade ended up getting burned. This caused for the whole mission to be compromised. Being confronted by a ninja, Kai needed get out quickly. He had no time to deal with a drawn out fight. "You made me do this" Kai whispered as he his eye started to morph, the black design of the tomeos changed into different color tentacles designed around in a sphere like pattern around his eye. It was a freaky sight. Even so, it wouldn't matter. His opponent stayed still too long. It gave Kai the moment he needed. All he needed was one moment of just staring at his opponent. If he had move out of Kai's sight, it wouldn't had worked. Now what command to morph into the shinobi's mind. He couldn't make him kill himself. There was an idea. Injecting false pass experiences into the shinobi's mind, the shinobi felt that he had been up for 5 days straight and would instantly fall asleep, collapsing into a deep slumber on the ground. Feeling the pain from his eye, Kai quickly would start to run away. Soon he would be out of sight and reinforcements would only see their comrade sleeping on the ground.

Ability: Eye of the Mockingbird SS-Rank

This unique ability of the mangekyou is unlike many before it. Whereas many mangekyou serve to provide boosts to the user's comfort zone, or give them a great ability...this mangekyou specializes in doing what the baseline sharingan can do...and more. Eye of the Mockingbird is able to copy other Mangekyou abilities it is able to observe in battle. When performing a copied ability, it morphs briefly into the shape of the copied Mangekyou eye.



Restrictions/Stipulations:

- To copy, SS-rank chakra must be spent.
- To "switch" into a mangekyou form (in order to perform the copied ability), S-Rank
- After all this, the required amount of chakra for the ability still has to be used in order to perform it.
- Can not copy any ability that comes with an RPC's eternal sharingan. They can only copy the mangekyou baseline of the ability.
- Copying an ability costs 10 sight points.
- Only one switch per post. (No stacking up multiple abilities in a single attack/post)

How to Unlock:
(I was told that Jounin uchiha were able to start with mangekyou so I don't think this is needed but I'll fill it out on request)

Ability:

Junsuina Sharingan - Pure Copy Wheel Eye

ⅠJunsuina Sharingan: These days, Yumi as noticed the deterioration of his Clan. After his father indirectly gave him the reigns of the Clan, what he sees of his Clan makes his head shake and pity and his eyes lower in sadness. For his Clan members, are no longer pure. They take on other Hijutsu's or Clan techniques, add more bloodlines to an already perfect bloodline. How low, will they go, he wondered? How low, will they fall? This EMS is awakened through those thoughts.

The "Junsuina Sharingan" is created to only pure Uchiha. Or, Uchiha members who keep only to Uchiha Clan techniques in terms of Hijutsu and Kekkei Genkais.


ⅡAbilities

ⅰ) True Uchiha Mimicry: A true Uchiha should be able to copy any jutsu that is within their parameters. Yumi's EMS allows him to copy unlimited amount of jutsu, as long as they are within his parameters. Specifically, only Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu. Upon using those copied jutsu's through these leveled eyes, Yumi will have to utilize double the CP cost for anything that is not Taijutsu based. ( Since he is a Taijutsu user.) But because of this, copying jutsu is intensively harder. Instead of the simple 1-6 Post Action: Random Number Generator. Yumi has to do 1-100. Copying a jutsu only when he hits a multiple of 10, makes successful.
Special Note: To keep this from being abused, Yumi can only copy jutsu in battle situations not by idly watching.

ⅱ) Son of Hanzo: Like all Uchiha, looking into their eyes triggers Genjutsu. Such as any Genjutsu that Yumi has knowledge in, that doesn't specifically state a manner that it is to be performed. and be utilized view ocular technique. It also, means that Yumi has a [+1] in offensive Genjutsu.

ⅲ) Ryuugan Foresight: Take the After-Image Taijutsu Style and put it in reverse to where it can be used for the defender. Instead of seeing images trailing after the opponent, this eye creates images of where the opponent will be. Almost like a foresight of the opponents movements. Increasing his perception by a rank to those of his same rank, and every other rank under it shall add another rank of perception onto it. Though like any technique, it is flawed. If the opponent's speed is +2 points above Yumi, he gains just normal Sharingan perception. +1 point above Yumi, he gains just a stronger than average boost of perception. His speed and below, Yumi can still be fooled, or tricked in direction, but it would be intensively difficult.

Ⅲ Jutsu

Description: With a flash of the Junsuina Sharingan, the user summons up an advanced version of Amaterasu. A dragon composed of Amaterasu flames. It looks similar to a Chinese dragon and has the Sharingan in it's eyes. ( The eyes, are just for visual effect. ) It coils around the user ( giving enough space not to inflame the user itself ) and can shoot Amaterasu balls as big as a well developed Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu, and can shoot a stream of Amaterasu flames similar to 'Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu'.
Chakra Limits: Takes 25 CP every post active; also takes C-ranked chakra for every Amaterasu-fire ball released.

Ability: This Mangekyō Sharingan takes the abilities of the sharingan to the next level. It takes Physical attacks rather than genjutsu and inflicts these jutsu back upon the opponent, should a ninja strike his arm, instead of hurting Sin, it hurts them. This might make the opponent believe they are under Genjutsu. However it is reality and can cause quite the distraction. The ability can only be used twice, and the second move must be separated but 5 posts.

Extended Period: This takes the ability of the sharingan to predict and react against an opponents movements and extends the time by two. Making it so he might be able to react to someone twice his speed. But the cost is 35 chakra per post in use

[Example: If the user was to switch places with a rock, then SOMEWHERE in the post, the user must have relayed information of seeing this object beforehand. This is restraint gives the ability not to be abused by actions of spamming and etc,. Used with skill and precise information that cannot be gained "on the spot."]
• Cannot use this ability on larger objects than the Uchiha

Let's get started.
Firstly, Eternal Mangekyou's must be learned through RP. That being said this would be unavailable to your RPC until that has been achieved.
For the sake of efficiency I will assume that you wish to submit this as a normal Mangekyou instead. If that is the case I have some revisions for you.
1. The chakra cost would have to remain at a jounin level for each switch.
2. Switches must take place with something in the RPC's CURRENT field of vision. No replacements with something from a previous post.
3. Two full posts must occur between switches.

Alright there are some necessary revisions here, but overall a solid concept.
Starting with the listing as an Eternal Mangekyou ability. My suggestion would be to submit it as a Mangekyou ability as Eternal must be gained through roleplaying which would make it unavailable.
Secondly there must be a means of escaping the jutsu, so the detail about there being no means of escape must be omitted.
Third, there needs to be a trigger for the target. As in THEY must be the one to look at something, not the other way around.

Eternal must be earned through RP, that aside let's begin.
Son of Hanzo: Best I can grant is a single rank up for genjutsu defense. Offensive wise, no change.
Foresight ability needs to be flawed, as in it can be fooled. Otherwise it lets him see into the future, which is a big no no. Also it needs a different name, as it implies that the Sharingan is using Rinnegan abilities.
Amaterasu Ryu: Solid cost, however a cost needs to be added for when it starts spewing flames and fireballs. (minimum A rank cost)

Ability: Eye of the Mockingbird S-Rank

This unique ability of the mangekyou is unlike many before it. Whereas many mangekyou serve to provide boosts to the user's comfort zone, or give them a great ability...this mangekyou specializes in doing what the baseline sharingan can do...and more. This mangekyou is so rooted into the user's system, that it is able to alter that which most medical jutsu cannot. Eye of the Mockingbird is able to copy other bloodline jutsu not associated with the sharingan. It is able to see not only the chakra patterns, but is able to peer into the genetic makeup of the bloodline for a brief moment. Upon performance of the copied jutsu, the user's own genetic code is ripped apart in an instant, and reconfigured to the most minimalist degree to perform the jutsu before returning to normal.



Restrictions/Stipulations:

- The user does not gain any passive strengths or stat boosts associated with the copied bloodline technique
- The user must pay double the chakra to perform any copied bloodline technique
- Using another bloodline jutsu removes 5 sight points
- Does not copy clan jutsu
- Setups to some bloodlines and subsequent abilities may be impossible to copy (I.E. Rinnegan paths)

Ability:"Kaisou" S Rank - The ability of this Mangekyō Sharingan differs from its brethern. The occular prowess transforms the Sharingan into a ripple effect as the tomoes split into equal fitting, while adding three above it. This Mangekyō power steps into the boundaries of an equal domain of reality, while it seems as it is bending time - space it is acheiving a stepping stone for the words of "Equivalent Exchange." This means that something cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain something of equal value, something must be lost or in this case "replaced". In the focal point of the host of the Mangekyō Sharingan, the Uchiha can focus on a object that is seen, or will be seen, and can voluntarily take its place. The object that is switched is moved to the position of the host, while the user is moved into the position of the object. This occurs by focusing into a creation - object into a certain distance that the Mangekyō Sharingan can view, and by pinpointing its direct location can the user forcefully remove both theirself and object into switching places. Nothing is created nor destroyed.

Restraints:
• This ability can only be used once, with a two post cooldown.
• This cannot be used on: Humans, summonings, pets, techniques - jutsu, and custom weapons [ That are not created from the host of this ability ].
• Cannot use this ability on larger objects than the Uchiha

Example: The crimson hues of this ancestors burned brightly into the azure sky. Walking amongst the dead, his brethern had fallen into the pit of the netherworld. The landscape was vague of meaning, but its broken pieces could not be picked. He stood alone but moments ago he was filled with confidence, now it was replaced with despair. He cried for a moment but tears would not leave his body, instead the agony of hate was controlling himself, and would take over. His eyes began to burn, twisting and turning as the affect of hatred was replacing his emotions. Opening his eyes the broken landscape he noticed before was becoming etheral. He felt himself fighting and struggling to keep himself sustained into his vincinty. Questionable rights were now lost, as he stood away from his clansmen, and at the heart of the destruction. Looking back at his position a pebble stood by his brother, where he was moments ago.
