Her nose is strange. Her body perportion is incorrect and her arms are too thin.But the character it self is very original and I give u credit in that and even thought u have mistakes pple can still make out what it would look like with the corrections made so good job and keep practising!

interesting!
ok hm.. her bangs start too low on her forhead. look in the mirror to see where your hairline starts. if you don't have bangs, it doesnt matter cause they still start around that area.
remember, anime characters have cheeks too! they're not simply a v-shaped face with a rounded chin. so usually, the face curves in when near the eyes, start to curve out a bit, and then curves back in down to the chin.
her body is way to small for the size of her head. note: the overall height of an anime character is around 6.5, 7 or 8 times the length of their head for teenagers. yours is like 5.5 times. also, the upper half of the body is usually two times the length of the head.
shoulders and neck should be wider. work on hands(yea they're a pain to draw)
her hair where it ends, you drew each strand all equally spaced and equally wide. hair should have a greater variety in width and such to give a smoother feel. also, hair gets tangled! so there are always some stray hairs that overlap others.
i'm not gona go into coloring and shading..too much explaining. ><;;
anyways, nice character design. keep working on it! =] 3nodding

^_^ Her character design is very unique, but try plumping her out a little more (girls have fat! Not just skin and bone). Otherwise, I think she's fine (you already mentioned the coloring thing, but I'm going to advise you to color her again just for the sake of it). Good job smile
