Yin was frustrated, and that frustration was taken out on the dummy in front of him. He had been unusually forgetful lately. Small things, like not sure whether or not he had already shampooed his hair, to larger things, such as not remembering that he did his math homework, but having the evidence in his own scrawl that he was the one who had done it.
It was irritating, and by the look of things he was not the only one to notice the change. So there was really nothing better to do than to go back to where he was comfortable, the gym.
Then he caught sight of a familiar face and he could not help but grin. If there was anything better than training it was training with someone else, and Frost could normally be counted on for a spar. Yin started jogging toward him, hand raised in acknowledgement and to get the other boil's attention, wings fluttering in excitement behind him. He stopped just before he got to him, quickly bringing his hands in front of himself and bowing. "Would you do me the honor of sparring with me today Frost?"
