um their bodies are too small for their head though. length of bodies should be about 2 times the length of their head. (just stare at yourself in a big mirror or something) if they were in chibi form(which i don't think they are) then it's ok if their heads are supersized. their shoulders should be wider too. their cheeks can be low but if low, they shouldn't stick out as much or you can start to curve it outwards a bit higher.
or another thing you can do is shift her eyes lower(refering to one the one with the scarf) hmm..hard to explain online.
girl in kimono: whats that line dark line for in the middle of her kimono on the bottom half of her body? shrug.
girl with scarf: her hair doesn't really match the shape/structure of her skull. it's a bit flat on the upper left of the pic(or her upper right)
some shading would be nice =]
are you gona color them? anyways, i think those two are really cool characters. all nice and peppy. lately when i sketch, my characters all look emo and sad o_O lols. a btw, i love the kimono outfit on your avi.
heart *looks at amount of money i have...787.....* *sniffles* gona be a long time before i can buy that.
