The wave swayed as the figure perched on the tree enjoyed the setting sun. This was where he came to become free of his stress and hard work to gain the title of Master. His Master had been hard on him lately, being bombarded with tough trials. His friend always had his back though. This brought a short-lived smile before returning to the sea. Also, it was his getaway from a gruesome image he had lately, involving the passing of his parents. Something so irrelevant made him growl. He has been doing fine suppressing his emotions. But, that thought slipped through his brain. There he stood, wearing a expressionless face. The wind met his bangs, causing him to shield himself from the annoying brush of wind. One could note that he is not wearing his headphones, something that is rare him to behold. His escape from reality with music couldn't replace the solemn casting of waves below him. Haseo sat on the tree with elbow on his knee, watching colors of red, orange, and yellow. He liked being alone. It helped him relax his nerves and loosen up. "I can't believe people used to think this island was prison." The world itself was enticing to look at. The seagulls soared through the air with the ability roam the skies with freedom. Haseo exchanged a disbelieving look to the rumors spread. It was merely opinions. Haseo thought this world was comforting to its travelers. There, the boy continued to exchange his thoughts and watch nature take its course.

A dark portal appeared, Xalyk walked through it casually as it disappears upon exiting it. Looking around, Xalyk noticed that there was no one here. "I wonder if anyone else knows about these islands...?" Xalyk looked into the distance, the ocean seemed vast and never ending. "Hmm..." Xalyk looked around the small island and had noticed a paopu tree that was bent low and over the waters, it looked like a good sitting spot. So, Xalyk walked over to the tree and casually hopped onto it, walking to the farthest point where the paopu fruit was in reach. Xalyk reached for one and pluck it out from the tree, holding it and looking at it. Then, Xalyk took a seat, "A paopu fruit...according to legends, if you share it with someone, you and that person will be bonded together forever..." Xalyk then chuckled, "Yeah, sure." Taking a bite out of the paopu fruit, Xalyk gazed at the vast sea as the waves washed onto the beaches.

A voice from behind it rang. It came from Haseo, who was just passing by. He overheard her talking to herself and decided to add on what she didn't believe in; the paopu fruit. He leaned against the over-laying tree, and folded his arms. "It's not Destiny Islands for nothing." Haseo sighed, before looking out into the vast red sea.
"By the way...this island isn't made for fighting. So, don't think even about it." This island was his home, and he wanted to protect it even if it meant defeat.

Xalyk didn't look at Haseo, but did notice his presence. Xalyk quietly listened while Haseo shared his opinions, about the paopu fruit and about the islands. Then he commented that this place isn't for fighting...well that much was obvious. Xalyk shrugged after Haseo had finished talking, "Well...even if I wanted to fight you, that'd be a waste of energy...I need all the energy I can get if we're to get rid of Death..." Xalyk then looked at Haseo, "You do know of Death's current status....right?" Xalyk waited for Haseo to respond to the question, taking another bite out of the paopu fruit.

"Are you kidding? The headmaster made an announcement across the school." He looked at Xalyk, then back to the vast sea. "..Yeah. He took Twilight Town and is reeking havoc across worlds as we speak. Every Keyblade Master that is available is taking part in the battle against him." Haseo sighed, and continued watching the sea alongside the aloof person in the black coat perched upon the overlaying tree.
"So, i'm assuming you're leader is siding with us temporarily?"

Finally finishing the fruit, Xalyk tossed the seed of the fruit onto the beach. "Yes...since we're nobodies, we can't exactly touch Death..." Xalyk then decided to lie down on the tree, staring at the sky, "That's one reason we're siding with you keybladers in the first place...to be able to touch Death...and send him back to where he should stay...with his Horse Riding friends..." Xalyk then summoned Sharp Defense, holding it close as if it were a pillow. Xalyk didn't say anything else, wondering if Haseo had anything else to say. Sharp Defense's appearance:

The wind picked up, brushing by his bangs. His remained in his composed stature; one arm over the other. After awhile, Haseo stepped off of the tree, and began walking toward the bridge to cross it. "..Right." He dug his hand into his pockets while simultaneously walking. Their partnership was only of business, and only business.

Xalyk did not look in Haseo's direction as he started to make his exit. Instead, Xalyk kept gazing at the sky, "Hmm...such a serious fellow...unlike most Keybladers..."Xalyk then sat up and started to examine Sharp Defense, it looked way different than it did during a certain fight in Traverse Town. It seems that it changes due to how much energy Xalyk has. Xalyk felt the blade of Sharp Defense, it was so sharp that it could cut someone with a slight touch. However, Xalyk was not afraid of touching it.

Xalyk suddenly came back into consciousness, looking around confused, "Was I...asleep...?" Xalyk had fallen asleep without notice. "Damn...I probably missed the fight in Twilight Town..." Xalyk then sat up, and let out a sigh, "Guess I'll go back and check things out at home base." Xalyk then jumped off of the tree, a portal opened up from underneath Xalyk. [exits]
Ea blinked her eyes against the sudden beam of light. As they focused in her surroundings, Ea took note that she was in an island. Well, a little key island it would seem. She turned to look behind her to find the much larger islands and then another farther away, "That must be the main land. Huh." She looked to the keyblade in her hands, "Your pretty handy when it comes to jumping worlds." She received no answer from the weapon and she was quietly thankful for that. If something starts talking when all logic says it shouldn't, you run the other way.
Dispelling the key, Ea walked to and hopped onto the bended palm tree. She really needed to think. After everything she had figured out and now the book she had found... Ea wasn't sure if things were getting interesting or just starting to become a nuisance. With that thought in mind, Ea opened the book that she held and began to look over the words that were readable in the old pages.

Tokio placed his hands behind his head and pillowed it against his connected fingers. He seemed to be bothered by something. Something, really minor. "..Ah. Independent studies are the worst." Tokio wanted the opinion of the friend that was accompanying him. The two were crossing the bridge to the Small Island.Being forced to listen to his friend banter about was the least of his worries now. Haseo was listening to music, ignoring Tokio's protest on today's schoolwork at the academy. He rested a hand on the right speaker of his purple headphones while exchanging a few glances to act like he was paying attention.Tokio unwrapped his fingers and intercepted Haseo's walking path. "Hey! Are you listening?" He hoped that he wasn't listening to his music again. Tokio didn't like being ignored for the 100th time.Haseo paused. He turned off his headphones now that Tokio noticed he was up to something. "Of course not." His tone of voice sounded like he was annoyed by him already. He wanted to go another day without Tokio being a loud-mouth. "I like listening to music more than your mouth."Tokio frowned. "Well then get used to it! Synthesis isn't easy you know?" He pounded his fist in the air in protest.Haseo sighed. "Probably because you didn't listen closely enough. It's not the first time you got blasted in the face by messing up the formula.'" He surpassed Tokio, with his hands occupied in his pockets. "..." Haseo remained silent once he noticed Ea. "I don't suppose you're a native here?"
Ea blinked and looked up to see who would she be bumping into here. She didn't recognize the orange haired kid but her lips twitched upward when she saw Tokio. "Nope. Not a native, your friend can testify for that." She jerked her head to the redhead and hopped off the tree trunk. Ea closed the book and placed in a hidden pocket inside her coat, "Haven't seen you in a while, Tokio."

Tokio waved his hand, actually a little far behind because of Haseo going forward. Good to see a familiar face here. "Same to you, Ea." He smiled and stood beside Haseo.Haseo turned his head to Tokio. "You know her?" He raised an eyebrow. Tokio hummed in thought. "We met at the academy and ran into each other on a few occasions there." He answered in response to his question. Tokio turned his attention back to Ea. "What brings you here? Here to kick back and relax?"
Ea shook her head, "Not really. I just needed a place to think. The Keyblade brought me here." She cast a quick glance around before returning her attention to Tokio and his companion, "What about you? Quite honestly, I didn't expect to see you again."
