Hey guys. This is the OOC for the On a Rainy Day rp.

This is where we can hash out more ideas for the plot and our/your characters.

I'm not sure I want to make a character for this yet, but I was thinking of them being either a good guy who used to work for the bad guy and end up trying to help the kids at some point.
Or just straight up being the bad guy.

Next my ideas for why they ended up with these powers could be some sort of Fringe science test that was being conducted by the bad guys(which can actually be some countries government like the US or even Russie(I like Russia for the most part)

It got out of hand and some of the power was conducted into four random(or significant) children.

Please let me know what you think on all points even if you just joined! <3

I like the idea of it being a Fringe science thing! And maybe it could be some combination of deliberate and accidental? Like, the experiment was deliberate, but the subjects that the "light" chose was completely at random.

ANYWAY....

So Jehan had a really good idea for the minions.
But nobody gave me any feedback on my ideas in the first post of this OOC

So I'm not sure how to introduce it. e.e You can introduce it if you want Jehan

Anyway I did decide I will be the head guy, and although I think he would only make brief appearances, maybe I can also be the head scientist that worked on several undisclosed projects including the minions and the light project that accidentally infused with those kids.

Unless you just mean how to bring in the hunters/scientist/whatnot

I was planning on making an evil person (just kind of ran out of time the other day XD . But yeah I'm still going to make him, unless we won't need him, because it's fun to be evil twisted

Hey! I was going to be evil to =D Maybe we could be partner evvil scientists that have to clean up our mess. I am also playing the Head Honcho since I think he should make only short mysterious appearances to make him creepier. x)

I think there could be. Lik levels to the bad guys.

First the Minions or Grunts controlled by Jehan,
and then another level of beast
and another, and so on until you reach the top of the very skilled and rare beast.

Of course you can create your character, and what inflections scientific exploration had on it.

Hey maybe they could all be created by these two scientists that Dragon and I will play who work for a very discreet sector of the weapons development program secretly approved by the government.
