Abilities: He's a high end mercenary with the ability live between the living world and the afterlife. He can go back and forth from limbo to the living with great concentration. He can pull smokey whips form the markings along with body. He is also found of shotguns and hand cannons. Close range being his forte.
He can disguise himself in a human form.
Bio: He was created a phantom, not having a sense of time- he was formed in limbo. When old and strong enough he took a chance and made his way to the living world were he picked up the idea of a common life and liked it. Though he needed money so he took odd jobs that his special abilities seemed to pick up naturally.
Personality: He can be quiet when with people he doesnt know or a crowd but once you get to know him hes very out going, and almost stupid when it comes to taking chances and his common knowledge of how things work. He can track down, he can kill, and he can drink. That's what he does well.
Moral: He doesn't have to much moral code but he will protect his buddies and once something dies- he will not mess with it in after life. Even if a good friends dies he is strongly against bringing them back.
Human side: When in human form he is mostly interested in human pleasures.
SPECIAL: Some say one of his phantoms eyes is white because thats the eye he can see the afterlife in.
