Deep within the nine hells, evil is punished by the darkest of demons. Many cause the fall of men, so as to sadistically torment them in the afterlife. For eternity, it has been the pleasure of demons to create chaos in the human realm and make those who would be innocent otherwise pay for their evil. Yet even an elder demon, one of the original angels that followed Lucifer in his fall, could only take the monotony for so long. His sin so foul, that God would not weep for him, yet still he had a small light. It was in this light, a deal was struck: Should he live life in the mortal world for a year, proving to be good to humanity, he would be accepted back into the angelic fold. It is in this test he would be sent to live with a human chosen by the Angelic Council as fit to bring him back to the light.
