Since when was killing some sort of fun game?

Our clan, one of the very highest rank in the world of Gun Game. A game consisting of survivors teamed up. We fight against an opposing team, and the winning team would be the last man standing. Our weapons consist of hand guns, rifles, blades, throwing knives, hammers, all that could be used as a weapon. A fast paced game where there's no time to rest, especially with the dangers of computer-enemies, such as large lizards, alligators, any amphibious creatures that lurk in the dark of the forest area.
We made our way up to the top ten of the score board, and making our way to be the very top of the list. In the world of Gun Game, I am the very most respected person. An unstoppable, viciously skilled gun man that topped the very best player in all of Japan. That is how I gained my popularity. This is how I became noticed, in the world of Gun Game.
Oh, and the outer world? I don't care for. Why should I? I am particularly a college drop out. I couldn't handle the pressure of being out in the world where I am never acknowledged, where I am not known to society. I was never popular in high school, so why would I suddenly be noticed by a single soul the very least once I grabbed hold of that diploma?
It doesn't matter...
Because in this world, people sees me as something great. A person that people can look up to...

And thank you for participating in our new reality television broadcast program, also known as, Gun Game! Less than a matter of three months, more than six-million copies of this game has been sold world-wide. We're running out of stocks here soon!
Without your investment, we would never be able to broadcast a reality show based off our highly popular video game! That's right, you heard it! Gun Game is taking a massive step into making our video game into a television show for your entertainment! And we have gathered a heap of people to partake in this great event. We have carefully selected a total of forty-eight contestants to participate in our show, with a chance at the end to win a grand total of five-million dollars! Say what!? You must be curious why you have been selected for the very most 'six people to have a chance to win five-million dollars! I am the speaker of AriTech Electronics Industry, and I will explain the rules and tell you the guidelines on how to play!
As you have noticed, each of you have gems installed on the back of your left hand. It cannot be removed without surgical removal. Neither without halting blood circulation entirely for a total of one minute. But that would mean death, right? In order to win, you must have a total of eight chips to be able to be extracted out of a particular deserted island. No food grown, no water assured to be safe. This island's location is unknown on the satellite grid on the Pacific Ocean, with no other surrounding islands. There is no possible escape, unless you want to starve to death making your own raft... There are strictly no foreign air crafts allowed to pass by aside from those of AriTech Industries.
This is where I care to explain. You all have been chosen by particular people that you may know of that received a waiver for them to sign a name. These people had select you to disappear, because maybe; you're a nuisance to people, or just unwanted. But not to worry, because this game will give you the opportunity to change everything, because now you all will be on screen soon!
Each of you will be given a set of weapons carefully picked out, and no one will have the same equipment or set. But, you can acquire new weapons from other contestants. However, with our very latest advanced technology, our weapons are finger-tip traceable. Guns, gadgets, and close-quarter weaponry will not be able to function in the hands of the opposing player, unless that opposing player's heart beat comes to a complete halt.
Twice a day, we will send carriers containing all the necessities to survive. However, many of you will struggle because we will only send a total of four per drop-off. Hey, at lease we're not going to starve most of you.
Now let's round things up. There are forty-eight of you in this carrier. And only six will escape. Meaning 42 of may not see your way off this island. But who's telling!

I. GOD MODDING
This is a very realistic real-life role play. Your character will be hungry, fatigued, tired, sick. Any physical impact will come into affect. No auto-hitting is permitted. No one can walk perfectly the next day after splitting their leg-bone in two... No characters will be killed off without plotting in the OOC. NO ONE HERE SUDDENLY KNOWS HOW TO USE A GUN OR SWING A KATANA RIGHT(Unless it is stated they have had experience. But we will limit that)
II. GRAMMAR AND LITERACY
I tend to not care much for grammar. Just as long as every one can comprehend your sentence, everything will be fine. About six sentences per paragraph, one paragraph minimum each post. We all run into writer's block sometimes. Ideal directory will be discussed in the OOC.
III. ROMANTIC/SEXUAL SCENERY
There will be no Romeo and Juliet story to happen. Character connection development will be quite a slow process, so we will hold that off until probably chapter eight. Any sexual scenery can be skipped or moved into private messages, but NOT ON THE MAIN THREAD. Things do get implicitly hot, but do not for sake cross the line.
IV. CHARACTER INTERACTION
All characters will have to interact with each other, whether in a group, separate group, or a lone-wolf. We would like to have everyone involved. Do not leave anyone out of the story just because "Oh, I just don't like that person because in the past they said this and that and I just don't like that person..." Keep everything that goes on in the role play, in the role play. Keep anything not concerning the role play, out of the role play. We all know better.
V. ABSENCES
If you are aware of any absences or posting delays, please post to the OOC to keep everyone informed and estimate how long you will be gone. If you are not sure, I'm fine as long as you tell us. BUT if you disappear for a whole month and not return, your character will be killed off. Any uninformed absences for more than a week, your character will be killed off. No exceptions. I will keep track of your logins if you do not inform anyone and I am unaware of your excuse.
VI. If you have read the prologue, introductory, character profile, and these rules, put a Ninja, a Heart, and a Mr. Green anywhere in your profile.
VIII. If you have read rule number VI, disregard those smileys and put in a shocked face so I know you've read everything thoroughly.
IX. If you have noticed I skipped rule number VII, disregard rule number VIII and add just a Ninja so I am assured you've read everything thoroughly.
