The Second Master of the Elements (Open and Accepting)

Avatar Wan was the first human to master all four elements, he brought a sense of peace between humans and spirits, and spent the rest of his life working for peace amongst the humans. Unfortunately he died without seeing his goal fulfilled, so Raava transferred their combined spirits to a new body thus starting the Avatar Cycle. The world is divided not only by elements but by Clans, each former LionTurtle village has formed its own clan. Currently there are 4 great clans; the Water Masters that control the ocean, the Fire Tamers who control the forest, the Earth Shakers that control the vast desterts, and the Air Walkers that live in the mountains and are mostly peaceful. These four groups have ravaged the land assimilating other clans into their forces in an attempt to grow stronger than the others. Now is the time for the Second Avatar will they be a savior like Wan or a tyrant that abuses their power?

Personality: Kongqi is a very patient and kind individual, he looks after others including children. Kongqi is a vegan like many of his air bending masters, whom he looks up to greatly. He has hopes to travel and help others physically and spiritually.
Bio: Before Avatar Wan closed the portals, air benders had an established connection with the spirits, living in harmony unlike many other bending clans. Kongqi's grand mentor (the mentor to is mentor) was deeply rooted with the spiritual world, communicating with the spirits. He then went on to teach his apprentice, Kongqi's current mentor, in turn Kongqi is learning to try and connect with the spiritual world through meditation. He hopes to connect sometime soon and make a link with the two worlds in a way that he can help other air benders connect as well. Though he has had a greater difficulty with the time that has passed since the closing of the portals.

Personality: Serene, strong-willed, A merciless tease, however extremely loving.
Bio: She spent her childhood hidden away in the palace, learning how to become perfect princess. It was a privileged life, but a lonely one. She hardly got to see her parents and her maids were her only friends. She read books about pirates and rogues and she wanted to be free! Her father accepted on the condition she kept her title and continued to uphold the family name, of course she accepted. Now she travels freely around the lands of the water tribe and beyond. (But still often comes back to the palace for tea.)

Bio: Yuki doesn't know her past. The last thing she could remember was waking up in Tidal Clan, the water clan. No one seems to know who she is, never seeing her in the clan before. The chief of the clan let her stay in their clan, saying they will help her with anything she needed. After 5 years she started to get tired of waiting, most forgot about the search of her memories. Yuki will soon head out, hoping her memories are outside the clan.

Bio: Kileli was one of the few earth benders of his nomadic tribe and as a such he was raised mostly around the other earth benders in their desert environment more so than the rest of the tribe. As such, he takes great pride in earth bending. He's learned from his peers that earth bending requires patience and concentration more than any other emotion to control properly. With this, he has worked with his clan on ambushing prey when hunting.

Personality: Pao tends to be very childish and light hearted for the most part. He tries to find the best in people. He is VERY close to his twin sister, Sui, and will do anything to ensure her safety, often become over protective of her at times. He tries to avoid unnecessary fighting, but if someone messes with his sister he will show no mercy.
Bio: Sui and Pao were born into a nomadic clan called the Elemental Dragons. Although the clan consisted of people from different nations, the majority of them came from the fire nation. Sui was born blind and before she learned how to use her bending to get around, her twin brother, Pao, would escort her wherever they were going. This made the two grow closer than most siblings usually did, and once Sui started to learn to sense her surroundings, Pao helped her as much as he could. Then one day when they were eight, a Rouge clan attacked them, Pao and Sui were the only people that managed to escape the onslaught. From there, the twins continued on the path of a nomad and wander the lands.

Personality: Sui can come off as a bit stubborn at times and can't stand it when people treat her as if she was completely helpless. Her 'shoes' have no bottom which allows her to 'sense' her surroundings. Because of this, she doesn't like flying or falling into an area she can't sense. Sui likes to tease people and will often play tricks on her twin brother. Since she uses her bending to 'see' the world, Sui takes her bending really seriously and trains it as much as she can in order to hone it.

Clan: Seeks Earth Benders
Bending Element/Weapon: Pretends to be an Earth Bender, though she really is just an ordinary human. She does carry a staff that she can fight with, and often throws rocks at people.
Personality: Mila is a tomboy with a temper. She is reckless and adventurous, and is quick to jump at a challenge. She also acts tougher than she is, and likes to play the hero.
Bio: Mila Avacci is an imposter Earth bender. She grew up jealous of those with bending abilities, and has always tried to act like she has them as well. She throws rocks at people to try and make it look like bending, but really if it comes to a fight she has to use her staff. She is an orphan, and wanders far from her home searching for a clan of Earth benders to join. She appears much younger than she looks, and people often call her a "kid", which sets her off more than anything.

Karma stretched out under the palm tree, despite the world basically being at war this young airbender was at peace. She knew this was Water Masters territory but the beach was just to inviting not to risk it, that and having nearly unparalleled control over air gave Karma a huge ego. Some wondered how someone named the word for fate, could so easily risk their life. It was a common joke in her village that Karma would soon be found by karma. However this particular airbender had never taken heed of such jokes, if only she had known just how right those jokes had been.

Drifting Fire Bender

Michael smiled a bit as he looked out at the water. He was standing at the edge of the forest nearby the beach Karma was laying at. He had a sack of things he needed slung over his shoulder, which he reached into and pulled out a map. He looked at it for a moment and apparently the Water Masters controlled the area. When he saw that he looked out at the beach to see if anyone was there. It seemed like there was only one person but she didn't really remind him of any water clans he had met before. He thought for a moment about weather or not he should talk to her. Eventually he figured he'd try, so he walked down to the beach and looked over at her under the tree. "Hey. You with the Water Masters?" He asked curiously.

The clan was on another hunt herding hogs to another trap near the cliffs. One of the hogs branched off from the rest along a path they hadn't planned with. Kileli, riding on with the lure group, broke off to chase it down. They needed all the meet they could from this herd before they moved on. When the path ended in a drop off, stopping the hog turned around to face him, squeling at him. Kileli dropped down off of the ostrich horse, drawing his sword as he approached. When the hog squeled again and charge, he used his bending to pull a wall in front of him which the hog ran into straight on, knocking itself out cold."There. Now to drag you all the way back.. " he grumbled as he sheathed his sword, dropped the wall and walked to the edge to stretch, looking over the ocean. It was the first time they've been this close to the ocean since he was 6. He was enjoying the view before he had to go back to hunting.

The crunch of the sand announced the boy's approach before he could even open his mouth. However Karma chose to ignore his presence until he had spoke, she was after all busy relaxing. Not even bothering to open her eyes let alone sit up she responded, "that depends on who's asking if your in the Clan please allow me to join; if your not then neither am I." Karma blew a little gust of wind to show the guy just what she was. If he'd been a Water Master he would've known she wasn't, which could only mean he was from a different clan or a drifter. "Are you a nomad or a scout? "

Michael chuckled a little at the answer. "Well I'm certainly not" He said then smiled at her next question. "Neither really, I just go wherever I feel like going" He told her as he took a seat in the sun just a few feet away from her. "So why are you here? You usually don't see air benders away from the mountains" He asked curiously as he looked out at the water.

"Come on Sui! I can smell it!" Pao cheered over his shoulder to his twin who followed closely behind, her bare feet making little noise as she stepped along. Sui gave her brother a small smile, "Calm down. It's not going to go anywhere." Sui teased. In the last town the two had learned about a nearby beach and Pao quickly got Sui in on the idea of going. The two hadn't been to a beach before, though they had heard tales of it from their clan members.

Stepping out of the foliage and out onto the beach, Pao's eyes lit up, it was just like the stories. The wind carried the salty scent of the ocean and the water shimmered beautifully and the sand seemed like it had been untouched.

Grabbing onto his sister's hand, Pao rushed forward onto the sand which rustled beneath the twin's feet. As her feet hit the sand Sui tightened her grip on her brother's hand. Everything seemed blurry, even her brother who was only about a foot away seemed to waver as she stumbled a bit after her twin. Noticing Sui's tightened grip and odd steps, Pao slowed down before coming to a stop and looking at his sister a serious demeanor taking over his face.

"Sui are you alright? If you're tired we can rest here." Pao stated worry entering his voice. Before Sui even said anything, Pao latched onto her arm and the two lowered onto the sand sitting down. They'd been traveling for a while now so it made sense that Sui might be a bit tired. Sui looked at her brother, though her gaze was slightly off "It's fine. I'm going to rest here for a bit. You go take a look around." Sui lied and gave a small smile. Pao could tell that something was a bit off, but Sui was stubborn and he knew that he couldn't force answers from her. Pao nodded and stood back up, brushing some of the sand off his clothes. "Alright, if you need anything just yell for me."Pao smiled placing his glider down beside her before walking off.

As the sound of Pao's footsteps faded, Sui pulled up her knees and bit and placed her chin down on top of them. Placing her hand into the sand, Sui let the tiny grains run through her fingers.

While he enjoyed the ocean view, Kileli's peripherals picked up a couple duos down on the beach area. He knelt down to watch the groups from his vantage point, knowing that just walking up might mean death. They may have been in different clothing, but there was always the chance. The hog started making noises again, so he unsheathed his sword, stabbing it through its heart as he walked by it, and returning with rope from the ostrich horse. After setting the hog on the saddle with the rope, he made a quick note to the others explaining he would rejoin them soon. With that, he sent the ostrich off back along the path and Kileli returned to the drop-off, raising some rock to provide better cover as he knelt to watch.
