Bio: Richard is the son of Jason Todd and a mother he has never known. When he was but a baby his father received full custody of Richard and left his mother who from what he's been told never wanted a baby. Life with his father wasn't all together bad, just hard. Jason trained his son like Batman trained him when he was Robin and they started a nice little father/son team not unlike Batman and Robin. However Jason still had a great deal of hatred for not only the Joker, but for Batman letting the Joker kill him in the first place. This hatred transferred to Richard and now he plans to kill both the Joker and Batman now that he's finally old enough. Of course he has no idea that the Batman and Joker that killed his father are no longer around, but have been replaced by their respective heirs. Richard also has no qualms in killing criminals like his father and thinks most Super Heroes are weak because they let the criminals live to just get out of prison and cause more damage. Unlike his father Richard doesn't use small handguns. His choice of weapon or weapons in his case are two Desert Eagles.

Extra: Richard is a little bit crazy like his father, but he's very good at hiding it and is generally a good guy unless you don't know him. Then he just comes off like a huge smart a**.

Weakness: Richard is only human and while his costume is very good at stopping most bullets he still feels the impact and any pain received by them.

Richard was jumping from roof top to roof top, the drug dealers he was after below him in the alley ways thinking they lost him, but didn't want to stop running. That was fine, he could go far longer than they could and they'd have to stop eventually they were running into things and being careless which meant they were running on fumes. A grin appeared on his face underneath his helmet knowing that it was only a matter of time. Looking back at how the night started he didn't picture himself doing any thing tonight, but his police scanner went off alerting him to the drug bust. The cops were back a few blocks trying to stop their friends from dying, trying being the operative word in that sentence, and so these two had fled. He wondered how long it would take for one of the worlds many "super heroes" to show up and stop him. The desert eagles strapped to his chest bounced on his ribs as he made another leap to clear a roof top. Rolling as he landed he quickly sprang back up and made sure that the drug dealers were still in sight.

Smiling again he started his way down from the roofs as they ran into a dinner and tried to compose themselves. Looking around they sat down with their backs to a wall and kept an eye on the door. Landing in the alley way he smiled and started walking across the street, in his outfit he had received from his father he looked menacing and that was the point. He wasn't going to run around like those silly heroes with their bright costumes and leather. Shaking his head he stopped outside the dinner and looked for another way in. Sure he could walk in and shoot the dealers, but they might get a shot off and he was not about killing civilians. Tapping his helmet Richard thought for a few seconds and smiled. He had a plan.

Richard started walking, but stopped when he saw a woman walk out in front of him. She was keeping her distance which meant that she wasn't a strong physical fighter and probably had something for distance fighting on her. A smile appeared on his face and he tilted his head staring at her. "Hot shot? I've been called many things, but that's new. Any who, you want me to leave the criminals to you...." Crossing his arms he tapped his helmet once or twice before lifting up his shoulders and hands in a gesture of defeat. "I think I'm just gonna have to disagree with that. You see, I know how you Superheroes work. You'll just throw them in jail where they can be set free and can continue their crimes afterwards."

His eyes scanned the sidewalk looking for something he could throw to distract her. Seeing a bottle he slowly walked over to it keeping his hands up, leaning over he picked it up and waved it at her. "See people that litter just go to jail or get a fine and continue on with their lives and don't care about what they do." Tossing the bottle up and down once or twice he was testing the weight. Nodding in confirmation he threw the bottle as hard as he could at her and pulled out his handguns which were not small caliber guns. "This was going to be a lot less messy, but you guys just had to interfere." Richard had a scowl on his face as he turned to the restaurant and fired at the thugs, the window however threw his aim off just enough that he didn't kill the two.

Richard took the full brunt of the bad luck waves and rolled away with the hit gritting his teeth. "I'm just as bad as them!? No I'm not, they are harming the streets and poisoning them with their drugs and violence. I'm cleaning up the streets in a more permanent state that you heroes can't stomach." The girl was quick, that much was true. Maybe she was just as fast as him, but he thought she was probably much quicker than he was and was just holding back. Very well, he'd play the mouse to her cat. "Well come on kitty kitty, let's play some cat and mouse." Smiling again he pulled up his hand guns and started fire shots at her, he made sure that each bullet was around her feet and wouldn't cause any serious harm to her.

A small smile appeared on his face and was prepared for the next wave of bad luck that she launched at him. Rolling to the side he popped off a few more shots at her keeping her moving. "Touch a nerve there did I?" Richard started laughing like a manic, but it was cut very short when his helmet beeped, the cops were on the way. Grimacing he stood up and started running towards the woman in front of him he fired off a few more shots to keep her off him. "Sorry my dear the party poopers are on the way and I don't wanna deal with them. I guess you saved those drug dealers good for you. Let's see if you can stop the bleeding." He started laughing again and pulled out a flash grenade and tossed it on the ground letting it go off disappearing into the night.

Richard watched the scene from a far as the Black Cat took care of the drug dealers and talked with the police. As soon as she left he took a carefully placed shot and killed one more drug dealer, but was rather disappointed that one had lived. Taking the roof tops just like his roommate it he arrived shortly after she did. Taking off his helmet and putting it in the closet he proceeded to take off his bullet-proof vest. There was no damage to it and a smile appeared on his face. Good he had gotten away without any damage to his equipment which was good, but that Black Cat had stopped him from killing the last drug dealer. He'd have to go to the hospital and finish him off. Richard made sure all his guns and equipment were hidden away before he opened his door and noticed that Danica was poking her head out. "Howdy stranger, how was your day?
