gaia_crown[ EARN A PERMANENT FREE CHARACTER ENROLL ]
Now doing a special promotional introduction to earning a character with rp points! In this event only, if you ACCUMULATE 30 RP POINTS FROM NOW TO NOV 22nd (this is with the double bonus on) WITH A QUEST OR EXISTING CHARACTER, you will be able to CREATE THEM INTO AN ARTLESS ENROLLED CHARACTER at the end of this event!
Please note: if you wish for a horseman, artless Horseman must be "vagrants" aka: they were not present for the events of previous metas etc/ were away for a long time and wandered into the Horseman Tower for current events.
Please note: if you wish for a Hunter, you will get an artless trainee Hunter. Basically the same as an enrolled except no art!
This character you can enroll officially and has all the RP perks, bells and whistles of an enrolled character. They HOWEVER do not get official art due to the limited time of the artists and the accessibility of these character slots.
You can HOWEVER at any point in time, commission/win/buy from eligible auctions and customs official TiH art for your character from our official TiH artists. As you do not need art to enjoy all the joys of TiH you can start rping any time without any art at all! Any unofficial art you make or get you can post to your journal, but is not not considered official shop artist art/cannot be put on certs.
Yes, once again, this is basically a full character slot (sans art), but it can be grown, you can make a journal for them, rp them, prp outside of events, and even participate in metas for more points for them! When they are grown however, since they are not an art slot, please do not post them for ART growths until an art slot is obtained, and then they are considered eligible for all growth arts! They can grow however, ICly, with all the IC bonuses (ie dice upgrades, IC appearance upgrades, etc).
Once again, at the END OF TiHTOBER (NOV 22nd) I will make a thread for ENROLLED CHARACTER SLOTS. If you fulfill the conditions (see above), post your proof and you may then enroll them! Limit ONE per person for this event! For this event, this offer is a special ALL FACTIONS.

gaia_star[ Human world visitation! ] Students can pick up a temporary pass (just rp or backstory rp them going to the school office to pick one up) to visit the Human World! Currently, they are limited to only specific safe areas, anywhere in the world. These locations may be:
Any abandoned haunted house or abandoned location (or house deemed spooky) in the real world - you can pick a real world location. Check out these cool locations for an idea (youtube link). Any abandoned school/schoolyard Any "haunted" forest or wood, as long as that forest/area has ghost stories told about it in actual lore Any graveyard
Don't forget that students cannot be seen by Humans. They can see Humans themselves, but Humans (other than Hunters) are unable to interact with them! Any items they pick up in the Human world will unfortunately dissolve if they bring it back to Halloween, but they can interact with items as long as they are contained within those locations. It is also possible to meet Hunters in those locations, that's up to you and the Hunter rpers!

gaia_star[ Octoberween! ] All students get a temporary power increase due to it being the spookiest time of the year for humans and those of Halloween. Their attack dice modifier is now -4 (ie, 2d6-4, instead of -6), they have +10 HP to their original health, AND they may use any of their Fear attack, of any choice, twice in a battle instead of once.

gaia_star[ SEARCHING FOR LAB TEST SUBJECTS! ]: The local and quite famous AMITY LABS INC are looking for test subjects.
REWARDS: Students who complete this will receive 100 silver pumpkin seeds (rp it out as you please, it's about the equivalent of 100 dollars for doing this!) + their choice of any of the potions from the rolls below. This potion can be used any time and lasts 10 minutes. HOW TO: You can prp, orp, or solo this in the usual rp guild spots!
The lab is quite well furnished with plenty of cobwebbed bookshelves and accommodating spiders, and your character is placed in a room with either just themselves or their friends/buddies/ random other people, and asked to pick a few potions to try. They must drink down these questionable coloured potions, and each one causes a different effect for about 10 minutes. - Roll 1d10 to see which effect in the spoilers - they only have to try 2 potions - the lab research agent is waiting on their report on "how they feel", so you will need to rp out the results!
1: Your character grows super tiny! They are only the size of a button. A spider is eyeing you hungrily - it looks very large. 2. Your character starts growing purple spots all over their body. Is this- is this normal? 3. Your character's hair starts growing uncontrollably until it tangles past the floor. Unfortunately this "effect" doesn't wear off after 10 minutes, but there are a pair of scissors nearby to make some impromptu adjustments. 4. Your character now looks like a regular normal Human version of themselves! 5. Your character now looks like a Horseman version of themselves. It's just a glamour, it'll wear off. 6. Your character is now a minipet (pick any). They can't actually talk, unfortunately. 7. Your character is suddenly aged up, to around the general age of the usual professors. This is an appearance thing, it doesn't affect their actual mental state. 8. Your character can now read the minds of everyone in the room (please note, quote your other rpers, and have them rp out "thinking things" that they want your character to mind read if you'd like!) Otherwise, if it's just your character you just hear a voice saying over and over and over "kill me". 9. Your character swaps gender (if not applicable, either pick one, or just reroll). 10. Your pick of any from 1- 9 to inflict on your character!
gaia_star[ FLYER DELIVERY! ]: The local magazine publishing LA GHOUL is paying students to hand out flyers to random passerbys!

gaia_star[ Octoberween! ] All weapons report a repeated "hungry" sensation, as if they are starving but don't know why. Their bloodlust and general eagerness to battle/ absorb Fear is increased. gaia_star[ Clear Skies ] Just clear skies in sunny, tropical Deus. gaia_star[ Do Trees Dream of ] The large tree anchored to Deus (a little away from shore) has begun to bloom. Picking the white flowers, or even just touching them however, results in temporary memory loss. It could be a single event, a large event, or all of themselves. Basically, don't touch them (though the consistent rain from prior has made them rampantly scattered along the shoreline). Memory loss only lasts an hour up to MAX a week. Can be recovered faster from a jolting event that happened in the memory loss.

This of course comes with the caveat that nobody knows what a costume is or does or means, so this could be from a wardrobe change to something a little wackier. This is entirely up to you how your horseman reacts to this/what they're wearing/ where they go to obtain it.
