Erm...let's see...it's really good, but a few pointers anyways:
1) The neck is way too long
2) The hair looks funny. I'm not saying that something's wrong with it or anything, it just looks...strange... sweatdrop
Other than those two tiny things, love it!

Water Sorceress Erm...let's see...it's really good, but a few pointers anyways:

Other than those two tiny things, love it! Lol xd I have a problem with the neck, I can't seem to make it shorter.... sweatdrop

The issue of having the neck unnaturally elongated is one which has plagued me for years. It usually comes about when one begins drawing the head first, then underestimates the distance between the chin and shoulders. Examine some pieces of good anatomy and you will notice that unless a character is supposed to be "laid back" in the extreme, the chin ends only a scale centimeter or so before the neck enters into the shoulders. Many people can actually make this artistic process work for them, myself most certainly NOT included, but you have such a way that you might try working with the deformity rather than against it.

I dunno what other ppl might think but I really like her hair XD! I can never manage anime hair like that (all my character's hair look like plastic). Yes, I have the neck-problem too...
