Story: Caesar Dark is the son of a rich family that happened to be having a dispute with a rival family named the Conways. Caesar tries not to concern himself with the quarrels of each family but is left no choice when the two fathers of both clans come to an agreement. An arranged marriage between the two future clan leaders. There is just one problem....both clans only have sons. Caesar and Fitzgerald are forced to go along with the deal and are immediately put into a family home of the Dark's to live with each other. Fitzgerald and Caesar find it hard being near each other since they both find each other to blame and are nothing alike, but they eventually set aside their differences the longer they live together.
An introduction to Caesar: My name is Caesar Dark and I am 22 years of age, not that it is your business. I am a male and I have no interest in relationships, which is why this is just ridiculous. I can be seen as mysterious often since I tend to avoid speaking or being around people other than my family. I like having my freedom and I hate what it is my parents are making me do. But other than that, I like music, books, and sitting outside often. I dislike being pressured into things and days that I cannot sing. I am more of a dominate soul than a submissive one but sometimes I can be lenient if it is beneficial to me. That is all I really feel like sharing right now so I am gonna go practice singing, and you have fun with that.

Name: Fitzgerald Conway Nickname: Fitz, Ger Age: 24 Race: Human Gender: Male Personality: outspoken, kind, devious, immature, extroverted, an open book, co-dependent. Looks like: Blonde hair (currently dyed green), blue eyes, pale skin, 5'7" tall Bio: Fitz was a very lucky kid, he was always pampered and given whatever he wanted. As he grew up he quickly learned that some people could get away with anything if they wanted. So he quickly became like that but he thinks that lying or hiding stuff is stupid. Why should he have to pretend he isn't into men or that he doesn't enjoy the fact that being rich gets him out of trouble? When he heard about his father's deal he wasn't afraid to let his distaste be known either. Being forced to marry a Dark? No thank you! Seme, Uke, or Seke: Uke
The air was cool around him, and as he shut his eyes he felt a wave of calm rush through him. He could hear the water dripping from the fountain nearby, his hand hold the book he had been reading peacefully. His parents did not truly understand the beauty of their gift they gave him. An entire garden to read in. The ability to ignore the world was so serene. He enjoyed the peace that was his moments in the garden alone, thinking of nothing but the feeling of the wind around him and the tempo of the music that came from the earbuds affixed to his ears. It was another quiet day for him. He felt like nothing was going to interrupt that and he could just enjoy it all for as long as possible. But when he suddenly felt a presence in the room and opened his eyes, he knew something was wrong. His father never bothered him when he was in the garden, no one ever did. They knew it was the only thing that kept him sane in a world he couldn't understand. So his presence now, was rather unsettling for the male that stood from his seat by the pond. As he looked up at his father, that unsettling feeling in his gut started to spread again. Something had to be wrong, or else the man would not have such a grim expression on his face.
--
He shut his eyes a moment as he tried to find the words that would show just how he felt about what his father said just now. He must have heard them incorrectly, prayed that he did. His parents were sitting in front of him with faces that could only show the difficulty of what they were saying, and he was sitting across from them processing that difficulty. He knew he had to have heard wrong if he heard the name Fitzgerald Conway and marriage in the same sentence. The two families hated each other beyond belief, and now they were suddenly having private conversations on marriage? When did his parents even find the time to have a meeting with these people without him knowing? Now, he wouldn't have cared, would be open to the idea if two things didn't factor into the situation. The fact that the families only had male heirs and the fact that he would be marrying a stranger whom he has heard nothing good about.
From what he heard, he was a not like Caesar in his quiet and mysterious personality, but was actually more impolite and brash. Normally, Caesar was not one to believe the rumours that spread around, for most of the time, they were nothing but speak between women who little in their own personal lives. But with this one, he couldn't exactly ignore the possibility that the rumors may just be true. Why else would his parents dislike the Conway family so much if they weren't a family of crooks? Staring at his parents, he struggled to respond. The one thing he has always done was please his parents. But this was the one time he wasn't sure if he could give them what they wanted. "An arranged marriage...but I thought that the Conway family only had a son?" His mother dropped her gaze to the floor as his father sighed. They both looked so very tired and saddened, like they were the ones being given the news and not Caesar himself. "We are aware of that. Regardless of the odd circumstances, we ask that you consider it. It could be a good move for our families to unite instead of feuding. We want peace with one another because this has just gone far enough Caesar. You understand, don't you?" He could understand what they meant, but he was still skeptical. There was no way that Fitzgerald would agree to this, nor remain faithful to the image of the marriage. If he were to be seen frolicking with another person while under the marriage deal with Caesar, it would look bad on both families. And Caesar couldn't promise in remaining faithful to the agreement either. "If I agree to this, I want his parents and Fitzgerald himself to agree to my terms. If we are both to be stuck in this arrangement, we both need to remain faithful to it. No scandals, no getting into trouble. We have to look the part if we want this to work. I may not know them, but I am sure his family worked hard as well so I hope he will be careful for their sake. We don't need people finding out that we faked this marriage because it will not end well for either family. I too, will keep to this term of course." His parents give a look of relief as they gazed at their son, before his father stood and rest his hand on Caesar's shoulder. As he looked up at his father, he felt more confident in his answer when he saw his face full of pride. "That is the answer I expect from the heir of our family. I am proud of you son and I will never forget your sacrifice."

Fitz walked into the family room as he had been instructed and was shocked to see his mother and father in the room at the same time. This could only mean that something horrible was happening. He looked to his father for answers and what he got pissed him off. "Fitz your mother and I have decided that our feud with the Darks has gone on long enough. We've come to an agreement that will be beneficial for both sides. The caveat is that we had to offer up your hand in marriage." The young heir glared at his father and promptly broke a vase for good measure. "So what you're telling me is that you're using me as a pawn? I hate those stuck up pricks and their son can burn in hell! Cancel the deal! I won't stand for this! I'm not going to marry a boy I don't even love!! You thought just 'cause I'm gay I'd be glad to let you marry me off to some Dark?! Hell no!" As Fitz turned to leave the room his father got up and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Fitz please understand we had no choice. We're loosing money due to this silly feud. If there was another way I'd gladly throw away this whole deal but as things stand we don't have a say in the matter. Please try to understand." Fitz took a deep breath and swallowed his rage as he looked his father in the eyes. "Fine I'll try to be good but I swear if they try to make me into something I'm not I'll just leave. I'm not changing for anyone." His father smiled warmly and nodded. "I'd expect nothing less from my son. As part of the deal you'll be moving in with your new husband on an estate owned by the Dark family. I'll make sure to have all your things sent there with you."

Lying on his bed, Caesar stared at his ceiling, unsure as to whether he wanted to yell or hit something like he used to do when he was younger. After he spoke a little more with his parents about this, he was sent off to pack his bags while they went to call the Conway family to arrange a meeting that night for dinner. They wanted to get the terms discussed and the meeting of the two males done by the end of the night so they could get started on this giant lie immediately. Was he not even allowed to spend one more night in the home he had grown up in? What exactly was he supposed to do now? Yes, he was angry that he had to give up the life he had to someone he only met once, but his parents seemed sure that there is no other option to end the feud, and if it would make them proud...he would go through with it. Even so, he still felt that the worst part of all this was the fact that he was being forced from his childhood home. He would no longer lounge in this room, no longer listen to his music as he stared at this very ceiling. It was his home, and he was being told that he had leave it all for a marriage he wanted no part in. How was this fair? What would have happened if he had said no?
Several minutes later, after he had his things in tow and walked out of his room, he turned to look at it all one last time, before shutting the door and walking to the stairs. As he took each step, he could feel the situation sink in and couldn't help the dread he felt. Though he disliked that he was stuck with this person, all he could feel was a sense of equal footing with Fitz. They were both stuck in this situation after all, so they were both suffering. What was happening to them wasn't fair and there had to be someone that knew this.

Fitz was in his room looking over the place where he had lived his whole life. He had his first sleepover in this room, his first kiss, even his first time. He was glad he was going to have his things sent to his new home but he didn't trust his parents to send his treasures with the things they would deem necessary. He took out his backpack and quickly packedhisstuffedanimals inside, hiding them under his clothes so that his parents couldn't force him to leave them behind. He knew it was kind of childish but they were comforting to him and having them would at least help him better adjust to his new situation. Plus who knew, maybe the Darks allowed their children to play with toys? Maybe Caesar would relate to the feeling of wanting some form of comfort from home? He could also turn out to be everything he was led to believe but hey at least rumors said he was easy on the eyes. After making a check list of all the things he needed and running through it he heard his father call for him. Fitz gave one last goodbye to his childhood and closed the door for the last time.
He was annoyed to find out that they'd be going over all the terms over supper. He was truly baffled at the fact that both sides thought it would be a good idea to have the people they were selling off to each other present for the finalization of this mockery of marriage. He mostly just looked out the window the whole ride to the Dark estate, ignoring his parents and trying not to think too hard about what they were doing. He instead wondered what his new home would be like and if Caesar was even gay or if he was going to have to learn to live in a completely loveless marriage. Well even if he did at least he had Señor Bigote and his friends with him.

He was already well dressed and ready to go an hour before the arranged time of the dinner. But as it got closer to the time, things started setting in for Caesar and he started to pant. They tried to keep him from doing it, but he was close to having a panic attack and needed to feel calm again. As soon as the situation sunk in fully, Caesar panicked and dropped his suitcases before running back into the house and towards the indoor pool room; stripping off his clothes to his briefs before he jumped in and stayed under as long as he could. What else could he do? He wasn't good with situations like these that caused a lot of stress for him and there was always comfort in the water. Eventually pulling up for air, the man gasps, his mother and father watching as he moves over to the edge of the pool and rests his head in his arms. He didn't want to do this...this wasn't right nor was it fair. How was he supposed to pretend to love someone he doesn't even know?! As a kid, Caesar was taught to be honest, not to play pretend. He sat there for what seemed like forever in the silence as his mother and father leaned down and rubbed his hair or his shoulder to calm him down. They said nothing however, not knowing what to say in that situation they were forcing him into he supposed. What would you say to someone that you were making live and become a pretend lover to a stranger?
When he managed to get his bearings again, they all heard the knock at the door and a servant came in to announce that their guests had arrived. This was it, there was no hiding after he accepted this already. He had to face the music that he composed, bathe in the water he set in the bath for himself. Without a single word to his parents, Caesar pulled himself out of the water and started to walk throughout the hallway until he reached the door. His mother and father followed, asking for him to not answer with such an appearance quietly. He just looked back at them and shook his head, telling them that they had no right to tell him how to behave after what they had asked of him. His mother could only nod before she walked away with his father and they were escorted to the dining hall.
With his usual emotionless expression and his damp hair in his face, Caesar pulls off his glasses opens the door. What he was graced with was to be expected. His fiance, and his future in-laws. Sighing softly, Caesar ran his fingers through his wet hair and moved out of the way for them to enter, a servant drying the floor behind him quickly. "Forgive the appearance, I was under the impression there was time for a quick dip. You must be the Conway family. Please come in."

Fitz walked up to the door with his parents and they knocked politely as they waited silently for an answer. What he was met with amused him beyond any thing in the moment. He found himself wanting to learn more about the person he found in front of him.
When Caesar Dark opened the door Fitz was glowing. This was perfect for the young heir. His "fiance" was just as unhappy as he was. They could maybe bond over this ordeal and learn more about one another. Then maybe this marriage would actually have a chance. Fitz wanted it to work with this obviously stressed out young man standing in his briefs in front of people who had been his rivals up until today. He liked the fact that his "fiance" wasn't one of those rich boys with no personality. He smirked and winked at Caesar. "Hey there, I'm Fitzgerald but most of my friends call me Fitz and some friends call me Ger. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this entire arrangement distasteful. I think we could get along if we try. I know it will be hard but we can bond over this." He held his hand out to the younger man that he was supposed to marry. He smiled and rolled his eyes as he pointed at his parents. He was so annoyed at the situation. He hated being forced into things.

For someone that was annoyed with the situation, the man was very nonchalant about it.At least, that is what he thought when Fitzgerald officially introduced himself to Caesar. Taking his hand, Caesar gave it a firm shake before he released his hand with a sigh. They were both being tossed to the wolves in this situation so at least they can both find their own terms to this thing. If they make their own rules, maybe they will be able to pull through this? It was wishful thinking on his part, but it was all he had at this point.
"My name is Caesar Dark, it would have been more desirable to meet under better circumstances, but we can at least make due with what we are given." He answered before motioning towards the dining hall, signalling for them to follow him towards it so they could start this sham of a dinner. "I would put on clothes, but they took all of my belongings to the car since I am being forced out of my home." The man said nonchalantly as he gave the other's parents a pointed stare, hands pushing open the double doors of the dining hall. Of course, his parents made a face at his appearance, but said nothing as he took his seat. Patting the one next to him, he looked towards Fitz. "I suppose, since we are planned to be wed, we should sit next to one another like most engaged couples do. We have to look the part of a happy couple so we don't expose our parents right?" If he didn't make it obvious to his parents before that he was pissed, he certainly did now.

Fitz put on his best plastic smile and sat next to Caesar without even looking at either set of parents. "I agree, we mustn't let on that this whole thing is just a power deal. But hey at least now I can be used as the girl my parents so desperately wish I was. I can even whisper in your ear like one." Fitz leaned in close and put his hand up so that no one could read his lips as he whispered in Caesar's ear. "Here's the deal Salad, we're both in a s**t situation. I propose we form a united front. This does however require me to use you as a prop. It will involve a kiss but I promise to make it short. It's to mess with them. They wanted to force us into this. I say we make them pay the price. I'm going to pull out to lob some more venom towards our parents soon. Tell me what I can and can't do or say. If we hate each other they win."

Kissing? How was that going to get revenge on their parents? Was that not going through what they wanted for them? On top of that, he did want his parents to know how angry he was, but he didn't want to be violent about it. Somehow he felt like this guy was a little on the extreme side like he heard. Sighing softly, Caesar moved his mouth to Fitz ear, his voice lowering. "Though I don't really understand the point of the kiss, do as you please, just make it believable. No childish pecks. As for the rest, if we throw nothing but tantrums, they will only continue to believe we are children they can move around like pawns. Lets be adults about this. The man said with a sultry tone before he sat up straight as the servers brought in the first course.
