What anime are you looking forward to in 2019?

Fruits Basket (Reboot)

I really hope for Season 4 of Cardcaptor Sakura

Jingai-san no Yome (sounds interesting)

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations (Maybe)

Oh my goodness they are rebooting Fruit basket. I loved that show when I found it only to be disappointed they never finished the series. So looking forward to that series biggrin

Sadly it will probably be 2020 until we get another season. I stopped watching it a few episodes into clear card found it to be rather boring and hardly anything between Sakura and Syaoran. Cards were also to easy for her to catch I loved in the first series that she actually had to think of a plan and work towards catching them rather then jumping and capturing them like they were nothing. Also I want the Sakura cards back the clear cards are sort of dumb and i don't want them to replace her old cards she worked to hard for them to just disappear forever. She is slightly cold towards her old cards since she stops mentioning them after the first few episodes or chapters I wish they showed her concern for them more. They are suppose to be important to her and her friends...

Definitely the complete remake of Fruits Basket!! So glad to it's being done while I'm alive as it holds a special place in my heart being one of the series that I grew up with from start to finish. I hope that the series finally gets the attention that it deserved when it came out. heart

FLCL is my all time favourite anime.

Of the remakes, Progressive didn't impress me too much. They knew what existing fans liked and played it too safe. The result felt like a carbon-copy of the original with new characters to give a fresh look.

Alternative was amazing though, really enjoyed it, and the things you learn from that group speaks volumes on just what their friendships meant to each other. That was friend goals right there, for sure.

Angels of Death, that was another series I enjoyed a great deal.

Though somewhat true with a quite a few new characters.
The originals are in there but just older.
I can tell the investigator had a son. Those brows.
Not sure what came of the old lady and the robot mix.
Not sure of plant girl either I don't get that.
The girl the main character Once boy now young man meets is new.
Reminds me of the rich girl.
The other alien was new though they tied it up with that odd relationship space stuff. I think it was alright and kinda cute but not quite like the first.
I need to see the other half of that though I believe Mamimi in that one.

I've been enjoying Saintia Sho for what that's worth.

I hope the Ultraman anime is good and I'm interested in RobiHachi.
And I guess I'm sorta looking forward to the new Symphogear stuff? I dunno.
