The hair looks stringy... was that the look you were going for? [If you want more anime like hair, try and make the ends of her hair pointed instead of circle or square like. If not then cross this out.]
I like how you made her eye look slanted, she looks really calm and reserved ^^.

Hmm... Other than the hair, her clothes (the jacket/top) should have more wrinkles on it; it looks very stiff on her, refrence other clothes and compare and contrast. Also since im guessing she is a woman... >.> On her jacket, make curves around her breasts to make it look like she has some (unless you're going for the flat look). The bottom part, her pants, should also be larger, women have curves aka a butt. So try to curve out her arse a little more whee Also work on the hands i too like bubble hands >< but ty and add some more details. Backgrounds i stink at them, so i wont confuse you XD.

But i do like the pose and the slant that she has going on heart
