The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWFG Intercontinental Championship!

A wolf howl sounds as the arena darkens and Werewolf begins to play. Smoke covers covers the stage, almost obscuring it from view
I can feel you, I can hear you, howling in my bones
There's an evil lurking in the dark (there's an evil lurkin' in the dark)
Ever shifting, skin is ripping, as you take control
I can't tell where you end and where I start (there's an evil lurkin' in the dark)
the smoke lightens just enough for a large figure to step through it, Lykos, entering the arena to cheers from the crowd, with the WWFG Intercontinental championship around his waist and a black baseball bat as his weapon of choice for the match in hand. He stands and looks out over the sea of fans
I could be up all night, but I'm paralyzed when the creature comes alive

During the chorus of the song, Lykos steps completely out of the smoke and begins to make his way down the ramp, letting out a wolf howl to the crowd that gets returned
"Making his way to the ring, residing in Athens, Greece, weighing in at 305 pounds, he is the WWFG Intercontinental champion, Lykos!"
Lykos reaches the ring and walks up the stairs, then steps in through the ropes. Reaching around, he unfastens the title belt and takes it in hand raising his first ever championship belt to the cheering fans.

Slow menacing country music echoed through the speakers as the screen briefly went dark before two words in red glowed on the screen.
ERYN REICH
"My gun is loaded, it's getting time
Two shots of whiskey, I'm takin' what's mine

Your time has come, boy, I'm gunnin' for you
When hell is rainin' down
You'll see my face, won't hear a sound
You'll feel that bullet burnin' through

As the music thundered through the arena, from the top of the stage, the roar of the crowd reached a deafening pitch as the man himself appeared.Dressed in black tights that ended at knee high jackboots and an unadorned hooded vest, his hands taped up in black athletic tape. He wore a half mask that covered his mouth. He slowly made his way down the ramp as he was introduced.
Introducing his opponent and challenger...From Weimar Germany, weighing in at 298 lbs...Eryn Reich!"
"There's desperation deep in your eyes
No turnin' back now, no compromise
'Cause only one of us walks out that door
The other bleedin' out on the floor."
He made his way down to ringside and climbed from the steps to the corner turnbuckle.
"When hell is rainin' down

He stood on the turnbuckle and peeled back his hood and mask to reveal a buzz cut haircut and a fuller goatee. He did away with his vest as he spared his opponent an icy glare. He stepped down off the turnbuckle and stood in the center of the ring as his eyes took in the sight of his opponent.

Lykos hands the title off to the referee after the challenger finally makes his way to the ring. Tightening his gloves at his wrist, Lykos steps forward to the center of the ring. The champion is confident as he is thus far undefeated and intends to remain that way tonight

He flexed his hands as his eyes never left his opponent, not even sparing a glance at the title, as he walked to the center of the ring to meet his foe as the crowd watched on.
King "The champion looks ready and doesn't look intimidated by the challenger in the least. But the challenger doesn't look too bothered either. In fact under that cold exterior, there looks like a wild animal waiting to be uncaged."
JR: "Indeed and a whole different look from the challenger as well. Given what's transpired so far in these men's short history together, there's clearly quite a bit of animosity running in the veins of the challenger. This could get ugly quick."
As the bell rang, the challenger would raise his hands ans look to begin with the traditional approach with a collar and elbow tie up.

This is in fact the first one on one meeting of these two men. Lykos has no problem feeling things out to start so he goes into the collar and elbow tie up, very quickly looking to transition into a standing side headlock

The collar and elbow tie up would soon quickly transitioned into a side headlock by the champion. The challenger would look to try a deliver a few right hand shots to the ribs to cause some separation between the two men.
Given that this was just the first meeting, the crowd was surprised by the technical beginning to the match, as most of the crowd thought it would quickly dissolve into chaos.

Lykos eats a few shots and grits his teeth to fight through the pain. His grip loosens, so he switches strategies, releasing the challenger but quickly looking to drive his elbow across the back of his head

The shots were effective as he could feel the vise like grip of Lykos beginning to loosen, only to have the massive champion hammer him down with a nasty elbow to the back of Reich's head.
The big German was sent crashing down, his teeth gritting in pain as he grabbed his injured head and slammed his other hand on the mat in anger.
"Lykos being quick to assert his dominance already JR!"
"Indeed, but as we all know, it's not smart to piss of the big German. Look at what happened last match."

Lykos was the rookie here between the two, but his quest to prove that he deserved the title he'd rightfully won from Bison continues. He'd been the rookie in every match he'd had so far after all. Measuring his challenger, he'd wait for him to start to get up to throw a swift straight right hand at the side of his head

Reich shook his head as he attempted to knock the cobwebs out from the elbow strike to the back of the head. As he rose, Lykos caught him with a quick right hand to the side of the head.
The blow stumbled him back a few steps and he set his jaw before he looked to answer back with a equally blistering left hook of his own. Lykos was still green and he would soon learn that it wouldn't be a good idea to go blow for blow with his opponent.

Lykos hadn't gone through the Rumble and Elimination chamber without picking up how things would go for him. Not to mention his title win and defenses so far. Lefts are harder to block when one is right handed. You never see them coming, so this one clocks him and he stumbles back a few steps as well. Not one to be deterred, he comes back and throws another big right of his own, more than willing to trade blows

The left hand had tagged the big champion and rocked him a bit, but Reich soon found himself back on the defense as Lykos hit him with another right hand that made him wobble a step or two back.
So the dog had some bite after all. A smile crossed his face as he looked to deliver another left hand in an attempt to back the champion back into the corner.

another left clocks Lykos and he stumbles again. His back hits the turnbuckle and he reaches out to grab the ropes, seemingly to steady himself

Seeing that his offense of left hands had done the trick, Reich would look to quickly measure his opponent and pancake him into the corner with a massive splash.
