I tried to incorporate my style into markers, but it seems to be harder than I thought it was. Keeping my own little chaotic marks in there was difficult, but I do feel like I did an OK job with it. But that's Felynvayas, Elven rogue who's not quite sane...far from it actually. His neck is too thick for what I wanted...because he's SUPPOSED to be VERY...thin, like a whip almost.

Crits loved,

Keene

that is really amazing! i love the chaotic marks,as you call them. i love really rough, sketchy type styles. and i think you did a great job using markers (i cant use em one bit stare )
also, his neck seems just fine. it can be fairly thick and him be extremely thin.

Overall it's pretty cool. I don't really like how you did the hair, however. I think you could've kept a chaotic style without as many lines.

Blocking the strands of hair into different shades and hightlights would be a lot more effective than just having a ton of lines going straight down.

To get what I mean, you can check out this tutorial: http://www.portrait-artist.org/face/hair.html

Ey! Thanks yo.

I had been thinking I might get away with the crappy hair there. *shrug* Better that I don't, but I can be lazy. Thanks for the tutorial though, I appreciate it yo.

Keene.
