I was thinking a few minutes ago which one more people are good at sketching or graphic design on gaia so i decided to post this to find out. I think sketching is easier for me. What about you guys? Samanta ninja

Do you mean... traditional art (pencils, paints) vs. digital art (photoshop)?
Sketching on paper is easier for me than with a tablet, but I prefer colouring on the computer as opposed to with pencil crayons or acrylics.
A good oil painting once and a while is awesome though. :]

There's something...nicer about drawing with pencils on paper that you just don't get with a tablet or a computer program. Somebody once told me that there's a connection between the pen and the heart, so it's something like that I guess. Therefore, sketching.

o_o i'm in graphic design myself... hrmm...and this course both include illustration (traditional and digital) and design itself. for me...i'd say illustration. design can get very complicated sweatdrop but i guess with illustration and gd, both are necessary to creat something visually pleasing and effective 3nodding haha, or so i'm told xd
