XD No, you misunderstood me. I LOVE the name Wii. It's very trendy and cute. I think it'll go over well in Japan, though I doubt it'll go over well in America.

I thought that name was hilarious when they announced it. There'll be jokes as far as the eye can see... And Wii as far as the eye can see too... The Wii will spread over the world like a puddle of... Wii.

Possibly, but I doubt it. "Revolution" was just the codename for the Wii. Maybe in America they'll rename it, but I kind of think it's here to stay.

The Dolphin was YEARS ago D: Even before the GameCube, I believe.

I read this great essay earlier on how Wii is a really good marketing idea. Most people interchange the names of game systems all the time (I'm guilty of often calling the GameCube the GameStation D: ). But with Wii, it's the only thing like it and it sticks out. It's absolutely brilliant, market-wise.
