He is... Play MegMan Net Transmission and get the MystData.

Bass, since Serenade said he himself won barely(and I believe this is before Bass got absorbed by Alpha/Proto). Aaaaand Bass.Exe is pretty powerful with Gospel, fully synchronised by him in MMBN4, plus being controlled by Chaos Lord in MMBN 5 and let's not talk about Bass.BX with a legendary beast in his pocket. wink

And you can fight Zero.EXE if you complete so much stuff on BN3. I don't remember what you do, but he replaces Alpha.

It may be false, but I remrmber reading it from a guide. The chances are about 4 out of 5 it's true.
