[Shinygami]

Kuro and Kira's dorm.Upon setting foot outside the dorm one's eye would most likely catch the intricate carving that was done in the wood with the school's permission.The kanji for light and dark are set with the one representing light at the top, and the one representing darkness at the bottom.Set deep within the center of the door is a yin-yang which is surrounded in fire.The Yin crest has lightly carved flames around it, whilst the Yang crest has deeply carved flames around it, halving off the flames.Upon entering the dorm one would probably first notice the messiness of the area.Sheet music is normally pinned to the wall and two guitars rest in a corner, the only area that is actually clean.Kuro sleeps in a single bed with white silk sheets, while Kira sleeps under black sheets.There is a mount where Kuro's Angel Fang katana rests when he doesn't have it at his side.Kira normally just puts his two guns into an attache box which he normally slides under his bed.The headboards of both their beds are used primarily as bookshelves and it is not uncommon for one to wake up and find the other buried by books.The room is normally most clean on monday considering that's when they normally get into gear, but two teens normally trash the room pretty fast.

The carpeting is a very deep crimson, almost as red as blood.The walls are painted black and have many pictures of Kuro's past life.One shows him before his change and before he was tainted by a vampiress, his wings were still both the purest white back then.Kira only has a few pictures considering his recent birth from Kuro's mind, but he holds all the pictures as dear memories.A TV rest atop a dresser at one wall and is normally always being switched through since they don't have mush interest in what happens on TV.A laptop sits on a desk and is normally used for communication more than anything else.Last of the things they have is a mini fridge which normally has a few packs of transfusion blood resting in it due to both of the teens being part vampire, however more than blood is normally found, such as coke, and the occasional alchohol.

Kuro entered the dorm to see what it was like.Clean, a little too clean, actually.He opened the mini-fridge and was delighted to find plenty of packets of transfusion blood.He grabbed a pack and pierced into it with his fangs draining it.He then sat on the white bed and folded his wings around himself laying down on the bed.It was the first time he was going to sleep in a while.

Kuro awoke and sat up.He unfolded the wings on his back luxuriously before getting up.He went into his closet and pulled out a change of clothes, after which he grabbed a bath towel.He looked at the white towel he had grabbed as well as the maroon button down shirt, black tank, and baggy blue jeans he had chosen today.He then stepped into the bathroom and stripped down turning on the water and stepping in.He took his bath quickly and put on the change of clothes.Afterwards he snapped and his katana, the Angel Fang, came through a light vortex in the wall."Kira's borrowed it long enough..."He muttered and tied it to his side before leaving for Crystal Moon Lake.

Kuro walked into his dorm quietly with the now sleeping Alona in his arms. He set her on his beds white silk sheets and covered her with the top layer of sheets. He then grabbed the pure white comforter which usually he used to add warmth and put it in place atop the sheets. He then tucked it and put the white pillow under her head. He sat on Kira's bed and reached into the personal fridge. He pulled out a packet of transfusion blood and pierced through the plastic. He drained it in a mattered of seconds and his brown eye melted into red for a few seconds as he redieved a rush from fulfilling his vampiric urge to feed. His eye then returned to it's normal brown hue to contrast with his normally red one.

Kuro's eyes always changed depending on whether he had fulfilled one heritages urges or another's. I wonder if Hayate knows where I am... He thought then dialed his brother's number and got contact. "Hey bro... I'm in my dorm... If you're busy don't worry about it..." He said and hung up deciding to let Alona sleep peacefully.

Feeling different cloths laied ontop of her she turned in her sleep.
Suddenly a dream floated into her mind.

Everything was pure white untill a small baby misted in.
The baby had a tuff of hair and very small brown ears.
The baby seemed to be asleep as it was covered in a purple blanket.
Suddenly two arms floated in and the image was zoomed out slowly.
Now a woman with brown cat ears and blonde hair rocked the small baby softly.
A man with red and brown hair stood behind the woman with his hand wrapped around her waiste peering over the woman's shoulder staring happily at the baby.
A mystic humm sounded out of no where.
Then out of no where a crash boomed and the image fell into pieces.

Alona didn't make a noise but her eyes immedietly shot open.
She had been sleeping for atleast an hour now even though the dreamed was very short.
Giving a small sigh she sat up in what seemed to be Kuro's bed.

"Did you sleep well?" Kuro asked gently. He looked around his room's untidy state and then apologized. "I'm sorry about my room's condition... It was just unexpected and since you don't have a dorm I thought I'd let you sleep here for the moment..." He said embarassed at his room. He was now in a simple long sleeved black shirt and blue jeans while going barefoot, he also had a book in his lap with a pair of glasses resting on the bridge of his nose. "Our secret okay?" He asked as removed the glasses and folded them putting them in their holder. "I need them to read..." He said simply.

"I guess...and I like messy rooms..."
Alona quietly stated looking around the room.
Scratching the back of her head she swung feet over the edge.
Looking over at his glasses she gave a small smile.
"Don't worry I won't tell...."
She said with a smirk.
Looking to her sides she soon became uncomfortable in Kuro's bed.
From what she knew people weren't suppose to be in other people's bed.
Quickly standing up she shook her head slightly.
Alona had only ever seen one book in her life but luckily taught herself how to read.
Slowly walking over to Kuro she ran her finger through her strawberry blonde hair and stared at his book.
"What are you reading?"
Knowing she probably wouldn't know anything about it she glanced around the walls.
She figured she was in his dorm room, but were exactly she didn't know.
It seemed like all the dorms were scattered around so she was trying to figure out how to get to different placed from here.

Kuro sighed in relief when she told him she like messy rooms. "Thanks... I only wear my glasses when I read... Other people actully think I look funny when I wear them..." He thought remembering a comment Kira had made. "It's the complete works of Edgar Allen Poe... One of the most revered poets of his time..." He said quietly closing the book. He put it back on the headboard shelf of his bed and looked at her. "So... Is there anything you want to do?" He asked quietly as he slipped on his socks and shoes.

Alona had no idea who Edgar Allen Poe was but didn't want to ask.
Luckily she knew what a poet was so tryed to connect it some how.
"I've only read one book before...."
She figured it was strange for some one around here to only read one book.
She had been told you had to reads lots of books to get through life and wasn't looking forward to it.
Quickly looking down at her gun to see if it was there she gave a relives outburst of air.
Seeing Kuro put his shoes on she tryed to think of something to do or some place to go.
She hadn't been at Ria too long and her senses were alittle off since she had just woken up so she decided to let him pick.
"Um..I don't know...you pick something I'm still alittle groggy so I can't think straight right now."
Adjusting the bow on her head she relized she wasn't wearing her jacket.
Turning in every direction she spotted it on the bed.
Shuffling over she threw her arms in and straightened it so if would only fall off her shoulder slightly.

"How about... Well... Do you like to shop? I'll buy what you want if you do... Maybe we could find a gun shop at the forestlake mall..." Kuro suggested. He had been wanting to make his own custom gun for some reason instead of always borrow Kira's. "I haven't really been to the mall before anyways..." He said quietly and strapped the Angel Fang to his side and put on his gun holsters as well as his long coat. "Or maybe would you like to get something to eat first?" He asked.

Alona knew what a shop was and the definition of 'Shopping' but wasn't too sure what a mall was.
The town she lived near had tons of shops which she usually stole from.
She learned not to steal from any other town including Ria since it seemed she would get it much more trouble.
Besides the town was full of people who stole themselves...but they were more 'Cooking the books' than just plain out stealings.
It was all the same anyway, she only stole to provide for herself and others who weren't given the chance to earn their way.
Hearing him say something about money she shook her head.
"You don't need too...I have money.
I'm an outlaw remember?"
Alona responded with a sly smile.
"Don't worry I accually earned the money...well part of it..."
Giving a small laugh she walked over to Kuro.
She wasn't very hungry even though she hadn't eaten in awhile and she figured she needed to buy some things if she was going to stay at Ria all this time.
Wearing the same thing over and over wasn't very higenic.
"Lets go shopping then at the...er, mall..."

"Okay..." Kuro said and stood up quietly. He looked around the room quietly and said simply. "Well... I guess we're off..." He said and walked to his door opening it for Alona and waiting for her to go through. His mind started thinking random thoughts. I wonder what Alona thinks of me... I wonder what we'll do... I wonder, I wonder, I wonder... Jesus can I stop thinking for once...? He thought slightly angry at himself and his mind that was now looking for something to do.

Seeing Kuro open the Door Alona each step untill she ended up in the hallway.
She had no clue were the mall was or even what it was so she waited for Kuro.
'Maybe a mall is like a bizarre....many shops all around...probably...yeah..I think Im right...'
Pondering the thought of a mall she started listing what she needed.
'Clothes,
shoes,
brush,
gun powder,
bullets,
bow and arrow,
brush
...tooth brush...tooth paste,
something to wear at night...another jacket...oh and something to put it all in
....eheh...maybe living in a tree isn't the best idea...'
Shaking her thoughts off she slowly followed Kuro, taking in her surronddings as they walked.

((You know... I'm just continuously typing up massive paragraphs for things that I will know will happen, so I'm predicting posts before they even come... that way I have a continous stock of stuff to copy and paste with some tweaking ^^ and I'm not bored without the internet! Kya~))

Rivera had never been to Kira's dorm before. In fact, she hadn't ever been to Rakiri. Kai didn't really let her see his office-dorm room. It was ridiculously dangerous to step into, as there were space traps lying about that he forgot to clean up. Because it was her first time getting around, she had trouble with looking for a guide. Eventually, some people pointed her in the right direction and she managed to find Kira's room. She wasn't wearing her kimono yet. The robes were tucked away neatly in the Sproinky head shaped mini-backpack hanging down her back. Instead she wore a spaghetti strapped sundress. It was snowy white with silver lace along the lowcut and over the skirts. Its hem ended an inch or two above her knees and there was a silver beaded girdle around her waist, hanging a trail of beads ending in a plastic strawberry. The white platform shoes she wore had a braided straw pattern base and silver ribbon straps that tied around her ankles and shins. Little designs of strawberries hung from the straps. A silver ring design was strapped to the main band over the shoes with white ribbons. The same strawberry designs hung from her light brown Sproinky backpack. Even the white ribbon in her hair had a small embroidery of two strawberries on the two centimeter wide band acting as her hairband. There was a silver and pearl necklace that glittered at her throat, burning strongly with both Kira's and her own aural presence. Aside from the dragon handled key that matched Kai's dragon wrought lock, it was the piece of jewelry that meant the most to her. Around her wrists were white ribbon bracelets secured by little silver ring buckles and strange ribbon ties. The left was had to be tied around the wrist guard she kept on at all times. The most distinctive piece of ornamentation on her was actually a keychain figurine on her backpack in the shape of a chibified gyrfalcon. Where did she get smething like that?

Her hair was pinned up today, with a pair of silver chopsticks decorated with strawberry dangles. But the bottom seemed a little less ragged and natural... it was like ... maybe she finally cut it? Even looking at her pinned up hair, how did she manage to do it? She had too much hair to pin up with a pair of chopstick in that fasion so...

Setting her obento on the ground along with a paper bag containing two white mugs with the Clover logo and a bottle of pomagranet chiller, Rivera knocked softly on the door. "Kira-kun...?" The door seemed to creak open a little. Maybe it hadn't closed properly the day before, like mismatched doors that need an extra push for the latching mechanism to click. Her door used to be like that... and she gave a little too hard of a push. Repairing the hinges was a pain. "Pardon the intrusion..." Rivera picked up her things and entered the room. Kira's dorm seemed considerably smaller than hers. Well, she made an entire dimensional area plot in her room and pretty much added an entire house to her small living space. Aside from the fact the entrance is centered around her bedroom, everything seemed quite normal. Kira's room seemed like... a bedroom, and that was it. Most people's dorms look that way, they're supposed to. Hers was an exception, since she made the dimension herself and rented the rift space with soul energy.

Rivera was a little surprised. From what she heard, boys' rooms usually looked like piles of clothes and porno-mags strewn all over the place. Kira's looked like he cleaned it at least once in a while and there were definitely no porno-mags. She didn't think he looked at those anyway. A curious crept down her spine... This place... it's Kira's room, right? Not...

"s**t... is this Kuro's room?!"

Kira woke up and sat up in his bed. He had still been resting from the fight with the Kestrel. He scratched the back of his head and looked at Rivera quietly. "Well good morning... Or is it afternoon?" He asked curiously. He pulled back the black silken sheets of his bed and stood up yawning lightly. He was still bandaged heavily, but as long as he didn't get into any fights for the durance of the picnic he would heal up fine. He had slept in a pair of blue sweatpants and had just folded his wings around himself that night. He grabbed his usual grey jacket, slacks, and white shirt, along with a pair of decent shoes and walked into the bathroom. He got dressed quickly and styled his hair in the usual way. When he walked out the only visible bandages on his body were a gauze pad that had been double taped to his cheek, and a few bandages around his wings. He noticed a certain change in Rivera's looks when he finally was awake enough to see her whole image. "Did you... Get a hair cut?" He asked curiously. He then sat on the foot of his bed. "Well anyway... Are you ready for the picnic? That's the bigger question here..." He said simply.
