Apparently hearing Beautiful by James Blunt brought a young girl out of a coma after having fallen head first from a balcony.

I know that song makes me want to fall head first from a balcony.

Even James Blunt admitts that the song is overplayed.
I admit that it didn't make sense until I heard the unedited for radio version. The line "flying high" is actually supposed to go like this:

"She could tell by my face that I was F*cking High"

that explains why he can't finish a line of thought during that song. It makes so much more sense now.
