Um...that could definitely use some work. Her eyes are too close together, her shoulders too broad, her boobs too far apart, and why are her legs wavy like that? Is that an attempt at wrinkly baggy pants? Sorry if that sounded really harsh, I'm just pointing stuff out...not trying to be mean.

when you colour, its really good if the coluring matches up to the line art which would mean shading, light sources, shadows etc. oh yes, theres always more than we ever thought =|.
also when doing jeans or that kind of material, there are creases and so on right?, so when doing them instead of drawing lines in, you can shade them in, look at your own jeans for example and try to copy them (not every single detail but basically) just remember anime is a type of art, taken off realism so yes..
and another thing is the background, the really contrasting colours detract the main attention of the picture which is you model, either you can tone down on the background or you can make the cenral figure stand out more ^^
this is a great picture, keep practising, itll get better
