yeah, she shoulda done that thing that trinity did in the Matrix when she flipped off the motorcycle.

When you jump like that and land, you have to go into the impact, not fight it.
So, when you hit the ground, your knees should bend and you'd end in a squat.
Or be all fancy and end with a partial split. I don't care. Phht.
