does anyone know how to make shines in hair with copic markers?

Nnnn... my guess is to use the colorless blender both before and after you put marker down? I really don't know... I think a lot of people edit their traditional piccus with photo shop or something else...
As for me... I suck at shine and I... don't use markers for everything. =o I do the first layer of color with marker (or, rather, get down the colors I want) and then shade with colored pencil, which includes "shine". =o

i make it like pixeling 3nodding i make a first layer of a very light color then the second with a medium light color then the third with a simple color and the fourth with a darker color and after that i use the colorless blender,like mie-tanuki said

I personally dont use them, however there is a How To Draw Manga book, that you can get its dedicated to colouring with Copics. Try Amazon.com
