7. also, any band that screams, or is part a scene band, isn't hardcore/post-hardcore.

9. self abuse, and depression. take some ******** pills
10. a style of clothing. sorry, but the hair in the eyes doesen't make you identify with the Rites of Spring (real emo)

Those arn't true. There are emo bands new and old and there are lots of screaming emo bands like Orchid and La Quiete for say.

Emo harldy means the punk genre of the late 80's anymore, hon.
It's changed.

Now you can be all hardcore and think you're better than us, but please, like that's going to change the type of music we listen to.

Now don't get me wrong, I do like the origional emotive hardcore bands. But that doesn't mean I can't likke newer stuff.
