It's very cute! The character design is simple, but I like it. I love your style! It's very...clean and...positive. I don't know how else to describe it.
There are anatomy problems however..I understand there's a specific style to this, so the big hands and feet are okay. However, she is extremely skinny...at least give her some hips, since she is a girl. Although since she is supposed to be like a cat, a little slinkiness is okay, but a person can be slender like a cat and still look natural.
The other thing, as other people have mentioned, is the slantedness. ^__^;; She's defying the laws of gravity here....otherwise that position is very painful. If you really want that slanted pose however, try putting her on tippy-toes. It'll make her seem like she's leaving forward, without making it seem unnatural, and it'll make her taller and more slender as well, since that seems to be what you're going for.
Other then the anatomy, I think this piece is really cute. You seem to have a good handle on drawing anime. Oh, and please don't be offended by my criticisms....^___^;;
